I just moved to Norman and was looking for a new place for my lash extensions. It took her a very painful two hours to remove my old ones that had already half fallen out naturally. Then the new lashes from Exowrt Nails were glued to my eye lid (good distance from the lash line). She still charged me even though I asked for full volume and she gave me very think classic. When requesting my refund I was hung up on and then told after calling back they were too busy. Zero star rating read more

All I can say is I've found my nail salon, finally! I moved back to Oklahoma in March. I've been to numerous salons. They were just ver priced and did a horrible job. This place is wonderful! Great prices and the nail techs are perfectionists. They do waxing also. I'd never had the inside of my nose waxed. It didn't hurt, and was easy. You've got to make an appointment! I've been to this salon twice for two different services. My first was acrylic nail removal, and the eldest lady literally ripped about 1/4 of my real nail off because she was prying my nails off. And after I started bleeding she stuck my hand in acetone to soak the nail off and got mad because I was obviously saying no, it burns! She handed me off to another lady who grinder down the artificial nail enough to put a new set on. My second experience was an eyebrow wax. Although the wax was decent, I was asked at least 5 times if I also wanted a pedicure. I kept saying no; I didn't have time that's why I only wanted a wax. Upon finishing, she never gave me a mirror to see it, and when I asked for one before I paid, then saw some out of place hairs, she was very snarky with whatever she said and seemed as if she didn't want to fix her mistake of missing a group of hair. I also got eyelash extensions done from them for $35 and one side was amazing with no fall out but the other side was janky. They ran out of the length they were using and switched to a shorter length on the outside corner of my eye which was very noticable. That side also started having fall out the very next day. I ended up taking them off exactly a week later seeing as I had one great side and one bad side. I used baby oil like they said and I have patches of my REAL LASHES missing/ripped out! I am beyond infuriated and am no longer giving them a second chance. Like I said, if you do go, go to the younger ladies. read more

If I could give zero stars to this place I would. I went to go get my fake nails off and this nail salon lady started to RIP my nails off. I've gotten my nails done and off before but NEVER have I ever experienced someone ripping off fake nails before. If I wanted to rip off my nails then I would've done it myself not waste my time. The name is misleading, I would not call this place "expert." They score 5 stars on the oversized pedicure massage chairs, but after getting my toes and nails done, I won't be returning. They were busy, so all the nail techs were rushing through my friends and I. I started with a pedicure then got gel on my nails. The pedicure went well until I realized what a horrible paint job she did. I can paint my nails better than that. They had great gel colors to choose from, but this was without a doubt the worst gel I've ever gotten. It's streaky and has a matte finish to it because the lady didn't let the top coat dry enough. My other friend got a mani pedi but was done a solid 45 minutes after me. Her nail tech moved at snail speed, so slow one of the guys noticed and jumped in to finish the job. I hate to rap on local businesses but they need to amp up their efficiency and quality. $50 wasted I'm afraid. read more

There were cockroaches everywhere and the lady who did my nails didn't talk to me at all throughout the entire service. She cut my cuticles in several places resulting in them bleeding. I also didn't see her sanitize anything before or after use. I definitely won't be back. read more

this is a really horrible mail shop. I've been going here for a few years and I atopped coming there for a number of reasons customer service was the top one. after a few months of not coming in, I decided to give it another try and they greeted me at the door with telling me that they could do dip, but proceeded to use acrylic and upsl me the polish. Then when I stated I didn't want just acrylic they switched nail techs on me and told me it would be more for dip. then she told me dip was worst than acrtlic and yelled at me for wanting dip. I asked different questions about the dip and the acrylic and she got even more mad and told me to just wash my hands and she was done . I got up and walked out without doing a thing to my nails but removing the acrylic off my fingers. they will charge you for things that are not right, upswell you on anything, and talk about you in their own language while still doing what they please to your nails. not A great experience. One of the worst places to go get your nails done... and they don't clean they tools. read more

I'm actually from Maryland visiting my sister for spring break. I get sns on my nails once a month - so I am a seasoned nail salon visitor if I do say so myself :) After searching for anywhere that could do sns nails my sister and I settled on Expert Nails and we couldn't have had a better experience. Let me tell you the women at expert nails know how to give a pedicure. I swear I had the longest massage of my life during the pedicure - it was glorious! The selection of colors for both normal nail polish and the sns dip was large and we both found colors we are very happy with. The sns nails is a great experience - however it is not a manicure and there is an additional charge if you would like the manicure services like cuticle cleanup and hand rubbing. But the cost of the sns service is quite reasonable without the services so the up charge is worth it if you're interested. My sister damaged one of her fingernails the day after getting them done. We returned and were greeted with friendliness from the workers - they remembered us and fixed my sister right up fewenif charge. Overall we had a great experience and left completely satisfied with the work on our toes and fingernails! read more

This was my first time coming here and i was blown away by how sweet everyone here was! Jessica is the one that did my nails and I have never had my nails look better than they do now! Everything was super clean and I didnt get what I had planned on getting because she recommended something else and i absolutely LOVE them! I took my granddaughter there so we could both get pedicures. My granddaughter wanted a pink base with blue flowers. When the technician started coloring her toenails dark blue, I told her that the color was to dark and we wanted pink. She told me that lots of kids get dark colors (my granddaughter is 9), and that I should just relax. After the 2nd nail, I again said no, we wanted pink. She did the rest of her toenails and fingernails pink, but left the two big toes dark blue. The technician doing mine caused my toenail by my big toe to bleed. I understand that this may happen sometimes, but you can at least paint the toenails the color requested!! read more

Great little salon. The employees really try to spend time on making your nails look nice and their prices are low. (As cheap or cheaper than the crappy walmart salons!) They always compliment me on something when I go in and don't ignore me or my requests. Unfortunately I agree with almost all of the previous reviews. I've been to this place about 4 or 5 times. The first time I went to get a fill on my solar nails and, well.. They did a terrible job :( it was all uneven and they made a couple of my cuticles bleed. So then the next couple of times I went for a pedicure. I like their pedicures, they're not the best but it's a little better than what I can do lol. I recently went back there about a week ago and decided to let them try to do my fingernails again.. I got the dip powder and long story short I'm never letting them touch my fingernails EVER AGAIN. First she nicked me with the cuticle trimmers which made it bleed, then she didn't ask me how long I wanted them so she just filed them completely down (when I went in there I could see my nails over the tops of my fingers, after she filed them I couldn't.. which I guess I should've said something beforehand but then again I shouldn't have to, she should ask me! whatever you live and you learn) then a guy took over, I told him repeatedly that I have very sensitive cuticles. Yet he still ran over my cuticles with the drill about 80 times I almost jerked my hand away several times, he just kept saying "oh sorry" but he kept doing it! I was biting my tongue so hard the whole time. By the time it was all said and done I had 4 BLEEDING cuticles, which is f*cking ridiculous, I can understand 1 maybe 2 of them bleeding just a little bit but FOUR is not okay.. They hurt for daysss and it was a terrible dip job, it was all uneven and it looked like I needed them redone two days later. I was so very upset and in so much pain when I left, I was almost in tears. Would not recommend this place for manicures. Wouldn't really recommend this place at all. read more
