I absolutely loved this place. From the moment I walked in, the manager and the staff were super friendly. They greeted me with a hello and a smile, and immediately wanted to help me. They explained things to me well, it was only their first full day of being open. They seriously took the time to get to know me and make sure that they were doing whatever service I needed or asked for. This was my first visit since moving from the DFW area, and I was hoping to find a salon I could become a regular at. At the beginning of my appointment, I explained that I have medical conditions that require me to be particular about my nail services. I also explained that I prefer to complete one service at a time and specifically requested to do my dip manicure first, followed by my gel pedicure. I wasn't in a hurry and simply wanted my appointment done the way I requested. Unfortunately, my experience started off poorly. The first nail technician was rude, dismissive, and seemed irritated by my requests. Despite explaining multiple times that I wanted my manicure first, I had to repeat myself over and over. To make matters worse, she spoke negatively about me to the other employees, apparently assuming I couldn't hear or understand. I was wearing an earpiece and heard everything. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or talked about during their appointment. Thankfully, the owner ended up doing my dip manicure. He was kind, courteous, and much more professional, which I genuinely appreciated. However, when he mentioned that the color I selected wouldn't fully cover the damage on one of my nails, the only solution he offered was to place a sticker design over it. I'm an adult, not a child, and I would have gladly paid extra for nail art or another professional option. Instead, I left without the matching color I had originally chosen for both my manicure and pedicure. The pedicure itself was extremely disappointing. The polish was applied unevenly, my toenails were cut unevenly, and the overall application looked rushed and sloppy. Considering the price I paid, I expected much higher-quality work and greater attention to detail. Overall, this visit left me disappointed. While I appreciate the owner's kindness, it wasn't enough to outweigh the disrespectful treatment from the first technician, the lack of communication, and the poor quality of my pedicure. I wasn't a fan. I think it depends on which nail tech you get (I didn't get the name of the lady I had). She kept getting irritated anytime I would move even though she was taking a very long time. My friend got a shorter more intricate set than I did and her nail tech was done before mine and hers looked much better. It is beautiful in there but what you pay for isn't worth it. As for my nails, the length on some of my nails are very uneven. she left acrylic underneath the nail where I had to file it at home as it kept irritating my skin, the lines on my french tips are nor straight and some of the polish is even smeared. The other two ladies who were there were incredibly nice, I believe one of them had glasses and the other had bangs. Do not get the older lady if you come here. I just chose this salon because I was getting them done last minute but another great salon option would be the Oscars off of Santa Fe right next to Highland West, it's not as new but the staff is AMAZING and they always do my nails perfectly. I'm really not one to write a review but the service here is not the best. i came as a walk in and I asked for a milky white (but not to to white) dip on my natural nails. When I sat down she didn't show me a swatch book or anything she just pulled out a color which I'm okay with like if yk what your doing go for it. But as soon as the service was done i noticed it was PURE white which i was kinda upset with but its whatever, but there was still a ton of residue still left over and she cut my cuticle multiple times were I started bleeding. She also put the cuticle oil that's only for your nails all over my hands and palms which made it feel icky. read more

i went here last summer with my sister in law and they cut her cuticle so bad she needed multiple paper towels to clean up the blood and they still put a nail on her and told her it was fine. it got infected and turned green a week later. i decided to give them a second chance and get a pedicure but i definitely shouldn't of. they cut my toe so badly and when i jerked back after she sprayed alcohol on it she grabbed my foot and said "it's okay". it really sucks because the salon is beautiful and very nice on the inside but i will never be back. read more

I went for the first time today after being recommended this salon by my friend. The building was beautiful and they helped me as soon as I walked in. I got an express pedicure with gel polish and a full set with dip. It was a total of $90, which is pretty low compared to some salons in Moore/OKC. I can confidently say that I received the best manicure at Grand Nails that I have ever gotten. Mike did my dip manicure and paid great attention to detail. Despite being acrylic nails, everyone who I have shown agrees that they look natural. My nails have never looked better. I will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend this salon to anyone in the OKC/Moore area. Do yourself a favor and go get your nails done at Grand Nails! read more

The salon was beautiful. we walked in without an appointment for a dip manicure and pedicure. Monica was very sweet and did a good pedicure. Wendy did my nails and they look awful. My nails are not the same color as what I picked out. She brought me back the color examples and showed me that the number on the sample was the number on the bottle but they still aren't the same color. I did the dip and I had the polish all around my nails and had to scrub it off. The big issue that I have is that she cut me 3 times while trimming my cuticles and continued to do my nails while I was bleeding she dipped my finger in the powder. How sanitary is that?? She then moved to my mothers nails so my mother as for someone else. She is on blood thinners so cutting her would not be good. Very disappointed. I will not go back. read more

My husband and I went in for pedicures and I got an express manicure with gel. The pedicures were amazing and my technician was very careful with things being too hot due to me being pregnant. i been to this place about 3 times today i went for a full set told the nail tech 7-8 times what I wanted and was pretty clear about it i wanted a full set square with the colors I choose and she did the total opposite she did a short coffin set that arent even ombré at that and when I brought I to her attention multiple times she ignored me the nails look like crap and the most she offered was 5 dollars off never again I promise you that save yourself the headache and go somewhere else oh and on top of that it took almost 3 hours read more
