I just moved to the area a week ago and wanted to treat myself on my only day off. I found this…read moreplace through TikTok, and after comparing reviews online, it seemed like the best option. They close at 5 PM, but I called ahead to see if I could squeeze in a pedicure at 4:30. They were super friendly and welcoming over the phone and in-person. They got me in without any issue, which I much appreciate. It means a lot. Sarah did a great job on my toes. She's also amazing with leg massages, which is my favorite part of getting a pedi. I didn't have Amy, but I watched her working on someone next to me and her attention to detail really stood out. I'd recommend either of them. One small note: I would've liked my toenails shaped a bit more square and straight, but I understand that can be tricky depending on the natural shape of your nails. Honestly, it seems almost impossible unless you're getting acrylics on your toes. I also noticed for the callus removal, they only used the callus sponge and not the scraper. I personally prefer both as the scraper gets most of the dead skin off (which is actually my second favorite part of a pedi!), and the sponge is great for smoothing out what the scraper missed. I would've really loved that extra step in the service. Overall though, still a great experience, and I'll definitely be back to try the jelly pedicure next time!

This was my second visit. The first time I had a good experience, although I thought the prices…read morewere high. I decided to give them another chance and ended up spending over $250 on two full sets. One had designs and beads, while mine was very simple. Mine took longer than my daughter's, the quality was poor, I had to return to have them fixed, and less than a week later one of my nails came completely off. I left an honest review based on my experience because I believe that's what reviews are for. Shortly afterward, my small business received two 1-star reviews from people who have never been customers. One left no explanation, and the other falsely claimed they got food poisoning from our shaved ice stand. You can draw your own conclusions, but the timing speaks for itself. As a fellow small business owner, I would never retaliate against another business for leaving honest feedback. If this is how criticism is handled, it's not a business I can recommend. Take a few minutes to read through their reviews for yourself. You'll see that my concerns about the pricing and quality aren't unique, and other customers have shared similar experiences. I wasn't trying to hurt anyone's business--I was simply trying to help others avoid spending their hard-earned money on an experience like mine. I recommended Aaron at Artisan Nails because that's where I've personally had a much better experience, and that's my honest opinion.

They explained things to me well, it was only their first full day of being open. At the beginning of my appointment, I explained that I have medical conditions that require me to be particular about my nail services. I also explained that I prefer to complete one service at a time and specifically requested to do my dip manicure first, followed by my gel pedicure. I wasn't in a hurry and simply wanted my appointment done the way I requested. Unfortunately, my experience started off poorly. The first nail technician was rude, dismissive, and seemed irritated by my requests. Despite explaining multiple times that I wanted my manicure first, I had to repeat myself over and over. To make matters worse, she spoke negatively about me to the other employees, apparently assuming I couldn't hear or understand. I was wearing an earpiece and heard everything. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or talked about during their appointment. Thankfully, the owner ended up doing my dip manicure. He was kind, courteous, and much more professional, which I genuinely appreciated. However, when he mentioned that the color I selected wouldn't fully cover the damage on one of my nails, the only solution he offered was to place a sticker design over it. I'm an adult, not a child, and I would have gladly paid extra for nail art or another professional option. Instead, I left without the matching color I had originally chosen for both my manicure and pedicure. The pedicure itself was extremely disappointing. The polish was applied unevenly, my toenails were cut unevenly, and the overall application looked rushed and sloppy. Considering the price I paid, I expected much higher-quality work and greater attention to detail. Overall, this visit left me disappointed. While I appreciate the owner's kindness, it wasn't enough to outweigh the disrespectful treatment from the first technician, the lack of communication, and the poor quality of my pedicure. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience did not leave me feeling welcomed or valued as a customer
