Moving from California and having the same nail woman for 22 years made me nervous I wouldn't find someone who I would trust to do my nails. Found her in Lucy! She is nice, personable, meticulous with her work. I receive a fill every other week and my last appointment asked if she can do fresh acrylic since too much lifting. I appreciate the ask vs. automatically saying it needs to be done. I look forward to my appointments as I know my nails will look great after Lucy is done. This is by far my favorite nail salon. They always take walk ins and do an amazing job every time. Kent is so sweet and is amazing at designs. I have never been unhappy with my nails. Kent will even make sure your nail technician understands your request and that they can do it. If not, he will do it himself. Highly recommend! read more

My technician wouldn't let me place my feet in the water due to it not heating up quick enough. After it got warm she allowed one foot in the water then began scrubbing my dry foot which was very painful and left my foot red and irritated. Would not recommend. read more

Lumpy acrylic application and when I complained she told me I was wrong, so after awhile of going back and forth I asked if she could just cut them off. She hadn't done the gel yet . She told me no and I had to pay $60 for nails that are thin in some spots and thick in others. Also did not want white nails, was supposed to be a red french tip. read more

PLEASE READ!!! I wish I would have looked at Google reviews before going. Horrible experience all around. Communication was bad. Most frustrating experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I just moved back home so trying to find a good salon. I will not be back ever again. This salon is not ran very well. That's probably why I was the only customer there. I'm so sad I paid so much for something done so badly. She should have said she can't do it. I should have went with my gut and walked out at the first red flag. Not only I called and ask how much it was for dip on natural nails and designs on them and she said 42 and then when I get there she said oh design on all nails that's 57. My nails we're for something special this weekend. So now I am going to pay for someone else do them right. I requested refund it would be nice at best for the partial refund. read more

Went in with a friend and her nail tech was friendly and attentive. Mine not so much. Older male, finished my pedicure in like 20 minutes after I paid for one of the more expensive one. He slapped some stuff on my legs and then painted my nails and was done... he acted like I was inconveniencing him to trim them. He got annoyed that I wanted a dip also so he sped through that nearly grinding my nail down to the point it was hot and hurting. Ended up forced to give them a small tip because they were watching me with my transaction. The lady seemed very surprised and a little out off that I didn't have cash to pay... go somewhere else. 10/10 would not recommend read more

So I'm giving it 2 stars because the staff was very nice. But I paid 76$ for a completely crappy pedicure. The polish is lumpy and all over my nails. The massage was supposed to be 20 mins so she set a timer for 20 mins then walked away, the actual massage was probably 8 mins. The we're out of half of the colors. The nail technician did a great job on my nails. The staff was very friendly. The salon was very relaxing and clean.

No sterilization of their tools and no cleaning the pedicure bowl. Did not wash her hands before or after the pedicure and didn't wear gloves. I left without the pedicure being finished, but offered to pay. I thought it would be less than usual since it wasn't finished, but they charged me $39, when a pedi-mani is $43. Horrible experience all the way around. Very dirty salon. I was pressured to pay with cash and when I said I didn't have any, was then pressured to scan with my phone some bar code she told me to use. I insisted on using my credit card. read more

We decided to have a group mani and pedi day and visited the clovell nail salon in total it was a group of four of us. We made an appointment for 430 however some of us didn't get started till 45 mins later at which point the person who started working later rushed so she could catch up to the others. At that point we decided to stop the service because it felt rushed and she was not gentle when cutting my nails. When I asked to stop the service and I would pay for what was already done they insisted to let us give them a chance. Not wanting to insult anyone I decided to have another technician finish the process. Biggest mistake!!!! I should have listened to my gut and just left. The same tech that was so horrible ended up doing the eyebrows on another member in our group and she dropped hot wax on her eyes. She did a horrible job of waxing the eyebrows took off the natural arch. Took too much off one of the brows and now it's uneven. I had the worst experience will never be returning there. read more

I had my first experience here today on Thursday October the 28th and I already am in love with this place and the service! I had the pleasure to have Mia assist me and she was amazing and so nice! She did an amazing job on my nails and with my pedi! I am very pleased and happy and I will be coming here regularly from here on out! Worst experience. The lady I had did not know what she was doing. I truly just got scammed.

I took my friend to celebrate her birthday...and we both wanted a mani/ pedi. I called ahead, made the appointment, received the "BOGO 1/2", got there before everyone else. The birthday girl's pedicure started but another customer walked in. Her lady WALKED away and did another customers' nails and made her sit in cold water while she waited. I was finishing when she came back, I ordered the 20 minute massage ($75 pedicures) she barely massaged her and got caught up with me. She was extremely rude and didn't seem to think treating us terrible should be an issue. We paid almost $200 and left completely annoyed. I've never had a BAD nail experience until today. Dont try to save money just do it right, I also think they charged me incorrectly for the BOGO but they were insistent. read more

First of all I booked an appointment with Mia and I get there and a different girl did my nails. I told her that I had booked the appointment with Mia and she completely ignored me. I asked for the gel manicure and she said no my nails need the dip and I told her that's not what I wanted. She proceeded to have an attitude and ask me to just pick one so I settled with the dip powder mani. She went over my freshly cut cuticles with that electric buffer machine and hurt my fingers so bad, leaving them red and inflamed. My nails turned out SO bad. I've never had such a bad manicure! They were bubbled up, only half of my nails had color on them, she got the color all over my fingers, jagged, and she bumped them and left smudges. I got NO massage, lotion, or anything. Since I received such a bad service and did not tip, when I was walking out the lady followed me and basically demanded I leave a tip. I will not be going back here again. Save your money! read more
