I went in again and only asked for a pedicure and the tech did a Great job, however again tried to UP sale me, so I said " Id only like Nail polish put on, that was done!! From start to finish, the whole thing took just 22 minutes--barely enough time to unwind, let alone enjoy all the steps they advertise. The massage and exfoliation were so quick they felt more like boxes being checked than actual care. To top it off, I left with polish on my cuticles and skin--something I wouldn't expect from a professional pedicure. What really got me, though, was how rushed and transactional it all felt. The only things said to me were attempts to upsell--first pushing gel because "regular polish will take too long to dry," then questioning why I wasn't getting a manicure too. I had already been clear at check-in about what I wanted. It didn't feel like anyone was there to take care of me--it felt like I was on a conveyor belt. Meanwhile, the person next to me started at least 10 minutes before I did and was still relaxing in the chair when I was already walking out the door. I'm sure there are great technicians here, but the one I had clearly prioritized speed over quality. I have been going to AM Nails off and on for about 5 years and have always had a good experience until my visit yesterday. SABRINA was awful. I bite my nails so my nails are very short. I have never had an issue when it came to putting a full set on but SABRINA acted like I was putting her out. She would sigh, pause, and stare at me whenever I asked her a question regarding the way she was doing my nails. Well, I generally love this place. Today I had a signature pedicure which included hot towel, paraffin and stone massage. Not sure which cause the burn to a foot and resulting blisters. HIGHLY UPSET!! I got the deluxe pedi and a full set of nails, I arrived at 2:58 and did not leave until after 6. I was sat at the pedi chair in water and waited almost a hour, the water got cold and after asking the tech to please not cut my toenails too short she did it anyways. So short to the point of my toes burning while she did the massage. The pedi alone took 2 1/2 hours, I finally get set to get my nails done and I ended up having 3 different techs work on my nails. Beautiful salon, but disappointing service -- beware of poor technique & attitude I love the salon's environment, but I had two bad experiences that I want others to know about. During a pedicure the water was cold, the technician kept cutting the skin around my toes (they hurt for days after), cut my toenails extremely to short, and the scrubbing left the bottoms of my feet raw. After I got acrylics hoping the experience would be better, and the technician ignored my requested length, shortened my nails without permission during the service, and made rude remarks about my choice to her coworkers. I've had long nails for 10+ years -- this wasn't about safety, it was about not listening and being unprofessional. If you go here, consider confirming who will do your service and watch the process. Received a deluxe pedicure, pedicure was okay seemed rushed. Then we got to the painting part and the paint did not cover all of my nails. Chose the deluxe option for me and husband... it's in the description for removing calloused areas on the feet. When we asked they said they don't do that service anymore, just filing. Which is basically the plastic scrub sponge. The technician clipped my skin a lot and I was actually jerking my feet away from her multiple times. Now my toes sting unfortunately. Had 3 different people work on my nails, on the 3rd person I requested to get my tips off & to leave. She insisted she could fix them & that she wanted to try. She failed to listen & still was upset when they were not done correctly. Shortly after telling me no one could do my nails here after saying I wanted them off on the 3rd person. Making extremely disrespectful comments like "I'm not a machine" "I only work here" "I don't file nails because I work smarter not harder". Will never be back. Terrible. A total waste of money. My gel manicure began chipping in 1 day. I was on a 7 day vacation and by the time I got back I had 7 of 10 nails where the gel came completely off! I've always had to work to get gel off but this came off in one piece. I don't think they used the light enough to dry the gel, but I don't know. With all the nail places in OKc find somewhere else. So, let me start by saying they do decent work. However, when they tell you how much they are doing to charge, ask them what they are going to do before you start. The most expensive manicure w/ gel comes with a neck/shoulder massage, paraffin dip and hot towels and it's organic. I paid that price and what I got was my nails cut (which I did not want done), filed, cuticles clipped back and gel paint (only one coat of the color). No paraffin. No lotion. The hand "massage" lasted about 15 seconds and was just rubbing the cuticle oil all over my hands. I've been overcharged for my manicure here a few times before, but this was the worst. It wasn't even a basic manicure, and again they charged me the same as when I get the organic manicure. I've been going here exclusively for years, but I doubt I'll go back again. read more

I was a regular customer here for years, coming every 4-6 weeks for dip manicure and pedicure. I was really excited for their remodel but service has gone totally downhill since their popularity has increased. I had issues over several appointments including: being given the wrong service (asked for dip and had another product put on), uneven nail lengths and incorrect shaping, improperly done dip that chipped and cracked quickly once within hours of my appointment, long wait times, and worst of all getting cut at several appointments to the point of bleeding. Didn't even receive a discount the times I was cut. I always tipped well and gave them chance after chance. The final straw was when I made an appointment specifically because I had a very busy work day and needed to return to work after my appointment and couldn't wait for a walk-in. I showed up for my appointment and waited FORTY MINUTES past my appointment time without ever being worked on. I asked once 15 minutes in about the wait and another time 30 minutes in before leaving. On my way out, I reiterated once again I'd had an appointment and was waiting 40 minutes without any service. They didn't care and told me it was because another customer chose to change their service? I'm sorry but no. Fact of the matter is, on many days, they have more customers than they can service but will still try to squeeze everyone in. Leading to outrageous wait times and cut corners leading to rushed and poorly done services. They've lost my business forever! read more

I am so sad to be leaving this review right now, but I cannot act like I'm happy with the service I just received for $108. I've been coming here for six years, long before they became the flourishing business that they are now. This was my first time coming since they remodeled since I now live an hour away and I am so disappointed. The nail tech I got rushed through my pedicure, didn't put baby powder on my brows after waxing them, then completely destroyed my nails. I'm so upset. I've never hated my nails this much before. I got dip and she left stains all over my finger tips and nail beds. My nails were already pretty short and hardly needed to be filed, however she filed my nail down to an actual nub to the point that it's now bleeding and I actually gasped and asked her to be gentle. I have 20 piercings and four tattoos, but she managed to hurt me. My nails beds are bleeding and scabbing and my dip is uneven. I'm so unhappy with this manicure that I don't think I'm ever going to come back. Was fun while it lasted, but I guess six years of loyalty isn't worth the patience it takes to not damage my hands during what is supposed to be a therapeutic treatment. I literally couldn't relax the whole time I was here today. Worst experience I've ever had here. First time Ive ever not left a tip. Usually tip $20. I had a terrible experience and will not be back any time soon. I waited for 45 minutes for a manicure to start (I was planning to get a pedicure too). They were busy, so I asked if I should make an appointment and come back later, and the staff said no. When then manicurist started, they were out of the polish color I selected. I'm not sure why it was presented as an option if unavailable. I paid and tipped but left before my manicure was finished and before my pedicure started.
