I went here about a two weeks ago, my friend and I had made an appointment. I don't remember the name of the person doing my pedi but he was a guy. He rushed to do the pedicure because More people started coming in and he wanted to take them in. I know he rushed because my friend and the lady doing her pedicure took an extra 20 minutes after mine had finished and we both got the "same" pedicure. I noticed my toe started to become really sore/ irritated and swollen much after a couple days. I started to put alcohol on it and I don't know if it's helped. This seems to me like my cuticle was cut beyond of what it should've. Not to mention I still had a lot of dry/dead skin around my feet. I paid $65 for a pedicure at this place and I will Never go back here. Don't waste your time, but if you decide to please don't book with the guy. read more

This was seriously the best pedicure I've ever had. I got the Ultimate Pedicure I believe and chose the rose one specifically help my "achy feet". The guy that serviced me was so nice and the pressure was perfect on the massage. Couple that with it being so quiet and relaxing with soft music playing I almost fell asleep. Not much can get me away from my phone but for this I put it down and just relaxed. It was exactly what this pregnant lady needed. I also liked how they had their non gel colors displayed (I don't know if they do gel the same) in a book to choose from. It was easy to switch back and forth when picking them out. I chose 35. We had appointments for three pedicures. One was alright. When compared to other $50 pedicures, it didn't meant standards. The nail tech was good though. Second pedicure was extremely disappointing. The nail tech left 6 plus times and the pedicure was shortly then the first even though we paid for the same thing. The third didn't happen because they overbooked. My poor son had his keep in cold water for 20 minutes before they told us they couldn't get to him at the same time. Overall, I'm disappointed by the experience after reading all the glowing reviews on Yelp. Maybe it was an off day. read more

Worst pedicure I've had in a very long time. I communicated several times the technician was hurting me and she didn't care. She cut so much cuticle and then also the sides of my toenails that my feet don't even look like mine. I left with hard calluses still on my feet and polish already coming off 5 hours after the appointment. Won't be back. read more

(Updates, follow-up), the owner is nice, contact me and refund me the service charge, and ask me if can do anything to fix. Thanks very nice lady ) Ok, it's tough for me to post this. But after two days I got so much painful I now posting. I give them an call reserved, the front desk is nice and responsible, even help me some other parts. I give an little details that I have toes that grow a little inside which need someone who good at cutting ingrow nails. An middle-aged woman served me; she don't looks happy or kind but that's ok, I don't judge people by facial expressions, if can let the work good down, I am good. But when she started to cut my toe nail, i screamed inside my heart. I resisted the pain, thinking that if it hurts a bit, it might be fine after the cut. After she finished one of my foot, I told her it's pain. She did not response any words, the other feet she just cut not that deep as my right feet. But after I walked out the store, I found out both my feet toes began to bleeds, and my right feet pain even walk after 10mins. I go home think if let me feet rest one day I am ok. But now after two days, the feet still bleed and suppurative inflammation, which I post this . Maybe find the right person in the store is important, and I know my case is not that good need more technical or patience, which that day I was not happy( how pain I am ) and not satisfied but I still pay tips 20% nearly, but I hope the owner or manager or this store watch my comment and contact me. read more

Okay. I've decided to update this to five stars, up from 4, which was a step up from 3 when I initially reviewed it. Either they've gotten a lot better, or I've gotten a lot nicer. Maybe a mix of both. My last gel mani from here was still going strong (not a single chip) at 3+ weeks. I finally came in because they had grown out so much it looked like a reverse french mani. Now, this mani I'm rocking is even better than the last. The attention to detail is really impressive. The pedis are really great too. I've also grown to really like everyone that works here. They're friendly to me, they're nice to one another, and they are all family which I love. There's not a lot of talking back and forth to each other, (which is not really a problem, but sometimes it can be a little distracting if it's too loud). They just all kind of go about their business without much ado. They also play either kind of chill music, or maybe the local news. I've never seen them play Fox Noise, which I appreciate. By not playing music or the TVs super loud, they cultivate an atmosphere that helps other ladies remember to use their inside voices. It's a great little spot and I'm happy to give it five stars. read more

I decided to pop in here for a manicure to relax a little after moving the majority of my stuff into my new home in August. My nails were a wreck! Cracked cuticles, splitting nails, dry, the whole shebang that comes with using your hands a ton and getting dirty. The man sitting and doing some nails on the left said they could do a manicure and had me sit at table 6 on the right. I ended up waiting for 20 or 30 minutes before someone came over to start on me. I wish they had let me know so I could have gotten a massage next door. The woman that worked on me barely spoke any English, but that didn't bother me. What did was when I asked that she make sure to get the sides (after noticing that she was leaving a little strip) and she replied, "I know" and then continuing to leave the edges of my nails unpainted which makes them look 3 or 4 days older than they are. She was really harsh on my cuticles (I bled and she had put so much nail polish remover and let it sit there that it started to burn my nail bed). The cherry on top was that it cost me $15! I was expecting $8-10. 2 days later without using my hands and there were already 2 chips in the polish. Sign of bad quality. To finish off my experience, she told me to wait 5 minutes and then disappeared. I had already paid (and tipped!) so I guess she didn't NEED to come say anything, but it would have been nice. I finally just left after squirting some lotion into my hands because they were so dry after the over alcohol use. The woman next to me was a regular and seems to enjoy this place, but I won't be back. On the plus side, they did have a TON of colors and their music choice wasn't bad. I have been going to Harmony nails for ten years - when it was the original owners. They were great then sold to their brother-in-law and his wife and they were equally great - everyone I ever had over several years - 5 stars for the past 10 years. Today, I went and learned that the second/middle owners sold to their niece in April. The niece has raised prices and the deluxe pedicure was not only more expensive, BUT FAR less quality. It was shorter, rushed, the polish has already rubbed off after 4 hours. The girl (new employee, not anyone who has worked there through the years) was strange about me picking an OPI off the spinner and insisted on me giving her a number from the gel books even though I was ordering regular polish instead of gel. I think they dilute and weaken the polish to make last longer which I know some salons do. The polish already rubbed off and it already wasn't the color that I ordered at all - I knew that while there but wasn't impressed with the girl so was ready to leave. I might try to give one more try but unsure bc I'm not happy about this experience after so many years. read more

We are visiting OKC for the week and needed a fill (my moms) and gel polish (me). They were very thorough and efficient. The salon itself is in an ok area, but the interior is so clean and spacious with high quality seating areas. The woman was very thorough with my cuticle cleaning & did a nice job with the gel polish. The main male owner was very efficient with my moms fill and did a beautiful job. We had both our nails and her change of toe nail gel polish done in just under an hour. Would definitely come back! read more

My regular nail tech disappeared...I called each week only to hear she was still on "vacation". I don't think she is coming back at least not to my regular salon... I finally broke down, late on a Sunday and called Harmony Nails. They booked me in even though there was only 30 min to closing. They were busy and filled a pedicure chair up for me and about 5 min later, John, the brother of the owner (so I suspect he will not disappear on vacation) started my pedi and a bit later his wide started my manicure. I got a regular pedicure and that was really pretty plush. They did all the regular nail stuff but they also did a scrub and clay mask accompanied by hot towels. I am now allowing my feet to see the light of day. The massage - the #2 reason I get my nails done was very good. I got the deluxe manicure and for the additional $5 it was worth it - the lotion was very emollient and smelled wonderful. The shop is very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The pedi chairs are excellent, new and super programmable. It is irksome when you get in the chair and all you can control is on and off and you end up with either a series of bruise rendering chops or nothing. An hour and a half later I emerged with very nicely done nails - it was awesome of them to stay late to take care of me. I will be back next week! read more

I do not consider myself a prissy girl but, I do believe you should treat your self from time to time. I choose to treat myself with a mani-pedi combo when I feel I deserve a treat. I was very impressed with this salon. From the minute I came in I was treated very well. They offered me a drink and didn't rush me with my color decision. I read all the reviews on here and was super excited to have found a nail salon that did a good job but that is not the case. maybe I caught them on a bad day but they did a terrible job on my toes (they left the paint scuffed/ "wrinkled" and didn't put on a clear coat) my nails, I got gel, are the worst I've ever had- my polish is uneven (see through in places even), I got them done Sunday night and 4 were chipped by Tuesday, I like my nails square, they were lopsided and my pointer fingers he decided to round? I don't know if it was a bad day but for two hours of my time and $60 I can say I will NEVER step foot in this salon again. read more

I received a really great pedicure and a powder manicure here. I had been going to another nail salon but a very bad experience had me looking for a new spot and I have found it! The nail tech took about an hour to soak off my (way too thick) powder manicure that I received at my previous salon. I appreciated the time she took and the care to not damage my nails in the removal process. My pedicure I chose was the "basic" service but included hot towel wraps and a great massage. My feet felt great and my toes looked great when it was over! The powder manicure was applied carefully and THINLY. My nails look and feel great. At no point did I feel the tech was hurrying the process, even as the salon started to get busy. She took care throughout the process to focus on MY nails and doing a good job for me. The facility is CLEAN and well organized. I have found my new nail salon! read more

They did a super good job on my pedi, I was very impressed! My boyfriend and his fam were working on their fixer upper house and I had nothing to do so I decided to take a walk. That walk lead me to this little gem of a place. It's in a strip mall with a massage place and Ted's Mexican Cafe Events center. Super clean interior with plenty of spa pedicure chairs. The nice lady doing nails greeted me warmly. The menu is expansive... You can add different lotions and extra goodies if you'd like, which was nice. They had a lavender, vanilla, green tea, and honey something or other package... They went from 30-50+ I asked for a regular pedi with designs on my big toes. They took extra care during the whole entire process. My feet were in such bad shape so I was glad to relax and have them all nice and clean! Unlike most Vietnamese owned nail salons, this place didn't cut my cuticles down to the core. They cut off only what was necessary and left my little piggies happy.
