Rose did my pedi and she was thorough and was sure to make sure that everything was comfortable and not too hot. The staff also makes sure that they offer drinks if you are thirsty. My manicurist did my nails while I was also getting my pedi. My nails are very thin, brittle, split easily and grow somewhat curved but they were both able to make them look so pretty! When I arrived I was happily greeted by two ladies, but they seemed distracted. They were more engaged in their perosnal conversation than attending to me. I tried not to read too into it and just give it a shot. I requested a pedicure with gel and dip with tips for my manicure. Only one lady was doing both services at the same time, but it was quite disorganized. As I was attempting to remain patient, give it shot, I started to notice some things: 1) trimmed beard hair on the floor near the pedicure chairs, 2) dust and grime here, there, and everywhere 3) no employees wearing gloves, 4) a very strong mildew smell, and 5) noticing the equipment was very old. I started to feel extremely uncomfortable and suspecting the tools weren't sanitized, so I left! I am wishing this business the best recovery in their services offered and sanitation.

The massage and exfoliation were so quick they felt more like boxes being checked than actual care. To top it off, I left with polish on my cuticles and skin--something I wouldn't expect from a professional pedicure. What really got me, though, was how rushed and transactional it all felt. The only things said to me were attempts to upsell--first pushing gel because "regular polish will take too long to dry," then questioning why I wasn't getting a manicure too. I had already been clear at check-in about what I wanted. It didn't feel like anyone was there to take care of me--it felt like I was on a conveyor belt. Meanwhile, the person next to me started at least 10 minutes before I did and was still relaxing in the chair when I was already walking out the door. I'm sure there are great technicians here, but the one I had clearly prioritized speed over quality.
