I actually really liked the way my nails turned out here and the quality of the work was good. The reason I stopped going is because I noticed a big price difference for the same service. I was charged $70 for a set that my manager regularly gets done here for about $55, and the shape and style are the same. My manager even mentioned that sometimes younger customers or people who look like they might not question the price get charged more. After hearing that and comparing prices, it made me feel like I may have been upcharged. I wish the pricing was more consistent and transparent because the nail work itself was good. read more

My previous nail salon of 10 years abruptly changed ownership and staff. I don't like change in my nail routine. I decided to try this place as a walk in. They were all very friendly. The salon was busier than I expected for a Thursday morning. I feel like the work was good quality. I couldn't tell if they were trying to upsell services or were giving me solid advice for my situation. In the end, I feel that I chose the services that fit my needs and they listened really well and asked many questions to be sure we were all on the same page. They were so sweet to get my mom and I in early on a Sunday morning last minute. The decor is beautiful, and we enjoyed our time there. However, the pedicures were just okay. The real issue was with the payment system--there were internet issues, and it made things awkward. The pedicurist seemed frustrated and kept asking if we had cash, acting like we broke the system. She called a manager, and two men showed up--though they seemed a bit out of it, they were nice and handled the payment. A client behind us mentioned that this happens often. I had my nails done on Thursday and by Sunday my nail had chipped because they make the tips so thin with acrylic. I went back to get that fixed and ended up having to have 4 repaired because they were soon going to be in the same shape. And the kicker was I left with 4 nails that don't match the others. The only saving grace was I didn't have to pay but my nails don't match. Soooo after trying this place and several times I won't be back. Maybe others have better luck but not feeling it. read more

I got mani and pedi. Just wanted basic with gel polish. The nail girl asked me several times if she could wax my eyebrows. I finally gave in because she said they were uneven. When she finished half of my brows were cut off from the outside to the inside of my brow. They look awful . My brows are about 3/4 of an inch long now and the widest side from my nose is the only part left. I assumed when I walked in I would be paying about $72 plus a tip. But my bill was over $100.00 for a mediocre job. I cannot recommend this nail shop. read more

The good: seems clean, used to get very good service here. The bad: no longer will they clean up the cuticles when you get a fill. The fill is $42 dollars and you get no little massage and no cuticle treatment. Literally they don't even push the cuticles back. This seems to be the trend now, no cuticle treatment at all. If you ask for this then you will be charged more. Also if you want a shape like almond it's an extra $5. Seems excessive since almond is really just a natural nail shape. So you're looking at $47 for a fill with a naturally shaped nail. I'm priced out! read more

Good place for a manicure or pedicure. Color seems to last longer than most other places. There's only one nail tech I wasn't impressed with, don't know her name but she was an older lady. Seemed to get frustrated when I asked her to correct one of my nails (and I'm not a picky client). Everyone else has been very pleasant and accommodating. Love their online checking in and rewards system to obtain points for future discounted services. Recommend to call and schedule an appointment but they also take walk-ins. read more

A terrible experience. The lady doing my pedicure had to keep getting up to go fix the lady's nails she just did. I now understand. My gel polish was stuck to my skin all around my toes. It chipped and peeled away after my shower. Not to mention I requested one of the better experiences so I paid way more than I should have. Never going back ! read more

I got the pedicure one level up from a normal one. Wonderful job on that. The hot stones were really nice and so was the massage. I also got a French manicure and that's where my problem is. He messed up a lot and started squaring my nails without asking what shape I wanted. (I like round) but he already clipped my nails to short to fix it without there being any nail left. He left the clear coat gooped up around and under my nail. I asked him to clean it up and he really didn't. I also had to ask him to fix my nail because there was paint missing at the top of one. The lines aren't smooth or even. The worst part is 7 hours after I got my nails done I did the dishes... just some dawn soap and hot water. They started to bubble up and chip. Based off reviews and looks i thought this would be a nice place to go but sadly i don't think we will be returning. First off the man that did my daughters nails seems super annoyed the whole time and made her feel uncomfortable then my set wasn't really awful...i can live with it. It's just the first picture is what i asked i for and i guess they were out of a lot of colors and i some how ended up with the second. Now my friends set is why i give it a 1 star. First you can see her real nail under the acrylic..then the color wasn't the one she picked and when she asked for almond shape the lady told her no, she didn't know how to do that shape and square would look better. This place has a very cute look, but idk about the nail quality. They were very fast which leads to them to break easily and not shaped all the same. They were nice but when I called to get one of them fixed because it broke they all gave me a look. The second time I noticed that one of my nails wasn't double coated and I have OCD so I had to go back and fix it, they gave me a look again. Felt uncomfortable as if they were all talking about me. Will definitely not be returning. I got my nails done here this past Friday by Nate (I think that's what his name is). Initially, I was satisfied with how quickly he did my nails, but I guess I should've paid more attention to what he was NOT doing. My nails looked like absolute sh*t. I got the dip powder which usually lasts about 3-4 weeks for me. My powder was chipping on several of my nails THE NEXT DAY. And one of my nails developed a black line towards the tip of the nail and my entire nail broke off. The gel polish on my toes, especially my big toenails were extra bumpy. It looked terrible. Normally, when I get a bad nail job (which happens a lot in OKC), I just let it go. But I'm tired of wasting $65+ on bad nail service! I called them that Sunday to let them know I needed my nails fixed. The lady I spoke to on the phone asked me to come in Monday morning to have them fix it. Once I arrived the next morning, I told the lady and man who greeted me that I had an appointment scheduled for 10am. They looked at my confused and asked what the appointment was for. I explained to them why I was there and the guy rudely told me,"Sit down and wait." I'm guessing this was because there wasn't a nail tech who available yet. After a few minutes of waiting, a lady nail tech walked in and greeted me. I explained to and showed her what was going on. She started working on one of the nails I showed her. I had to let her know there were multiple nails that were messed up. She asked me who originally did my nails. I told her I didn't know the guy's name. I described what he looked like and she told me his name was Nate. While she was working on my nails, she took a phone call from someone. I could hear the conversation between her and the lady on phone. The lady was saying that she needed something fixed and apparently Nate is the one who did whatever it was that she needed fixed. My nail tech then asked me if I could come back tomorrow morning so that Nate could fix the gel polish on my toes. I thought she was joking. I asked her if she really thought I would come back again to get two toes fixed even though I was already at the nail shop?!?! She said normally they want the nail tech who messed up to fix their work. Why would I go back to the same person who messed me up? Like...be for real. She ended up fixing my toes, but I'll never come back to this place again. (I posted pics. I didn't get any before pics of my finger nails unfortunately.) read more

Got my nails done here on Saturday, just a basic manicure. $26 with tip. They used a base coat as my top coat, my filing was not clean, and my manicure had almost completely separated from my nails by Tuesday. I work a desk job and don't do much with my hands, so that should not have happened so quickly. I'll stick to doing my nails at home, they last much longer. read more

I visited for the first time today and I'm a very picky person when it comes to how my nails are done. The nail technicians who do your nails are so welcoming and provide you drinks such as water, soda and even slushy's! They handled my feet and hands with such care and didn't destroy my nails. As you can see in the photos the nail technician Linh gave me exactly what I wanted and was so nice. Unfortunately this is what you can expect here. Grabbed a reg black for fill and watched the nail artist grab a different (gel set) polish bottle. Went to get this fixed the next day and was told it's suppose to look like that. Very disappointing was hoping to make this my new spot. Well.. I went to get a full set and a pedicure and they were filing my nails and made me bleed on my toes and they filed on a nail that I told them to be careful with because I have a cut on my thumb and it's oozing stuff out of it and them filing on the cut made it 10 times worse. Also I wanted ombré on the full set with glitter only on the bottom like the picture I showed them and they did the exact opposite. They also tried to charge me 60 for my pedicure when I chose the 40 dollar pedicure. The polish is already peeling like jelly off my toes and I just got them done today. I use to love going here. Unfortunately the whole staff and ownership seems to have changed and no one seems to care about quality anymore. Went to get a pedicure and my nails were cut down to the quick without asking to be cut. My mother got a acrylic set and they could not shape them correctly so they gave her very crooked and uneven nails. They also cut her natural nail down to the quick and didn't even file them. I made an appointment it was today at 1:30. I showed up on time and upon entry I was asked if I was there to get a full set of nails. I told the man yes sir a full set of acrylic nails just like I scheduled. A lady comes up to me after I've already signed in and told two gentlemen what I was wanting and said that they cannot accommodate me that they were too busy and not everyone there knew how to do acrylic nails. Are you kidding me? They were too busy and I made an appointment?!?! I drove 25 miles to make this appointment and now I have to find somewhere else to get my nails done on short notice.
