It was painful, stressful, and something I never expected from a routine pedicure. The part that upset me the most wasn't even the infection. It was how I was treated when I reached out to let them know what had happened. I contacted them because I thought they should be aware, and I honestly hoped they would respond with some compassion or even just a simple apology. I never asked for a refund, and I never mentioned taking legal action. I just wanted them to know that a customer had been injured after receiving a service there. Instead, I was met with rude and defensive responses. I received multiple phone calls and text messages and on one phone call they told me that their lawyer would be contacting me and demanding that I provide my doctor's information and pictures of my toe. It felt completely unnecessary and honestly intimidating considering I had never threatened to sue them or asked for anything. What really bothered me was how quickly they became defensive instead of showing any concern for what I was going through. I was dealing with a painful infection and not once did I feel like they cared about my well-being. The entire conversation became about protecting themselves instead of checking on me. I understand that accidents can happen, and I wasn't expecting perfection. What I did expect was basic kindness and professionalism. A simple apology or some acknowledgment of the situation would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and treated like I had done something wrong by bringing it to their attention. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I did. Based on both the health issue I experienced and the way I was treated afterward, I can't recommend this salon.

I pulled in at 3:30 and saw a gentleman standing inside the door, but the sign in the windows said they were closed. I left. And I won't attempt a return visit. You lost a potential customer. I'd give you zero stars if it were possible. Side note. If you were closed early for a good reason, say so on the door.

I got regular toe nail polish and I guess my nail tech did not wait for them to dry to put on the disposable flip flops because her fingerprint is literally on my big toe! I was charged for the $40 pamper me manicure but I got no neck and shoulder massage, paraffin treatment, or a hot neck wrap. Helen did my nails and I asked for a little heart on two of my fingernails and they turned out so misshapen and ugly, she told me she wouldn't charge for them but I just had her take it off. My nails were not cut evenly and my skin was bleeding when she used a drill tool. The salon is very nice inside but the prices are NOT worth what you get.

The salon was busier than I expected for a Thursday morning. I feel like the work was good quality. I couldn't tell if they were trying to upsell services or were giving me solid advice for my situation. In the end, I feel that I chose the services that fit my needs and they listened really well and asked many questions to be sure we were all on the same page. I'll see how long the nails last, but the prices were about the same as the other salon. For now, I'm very happy with the experience and plan to return.

I also included a picture of the previous ones. I recently moved here from out of state and tried this place because it was the closest spot to where I live. Fin has done my nails both times. She's is so sweet and communicative. She makes sure you're happy with the job the whole way through. Both times I showed her a few inspo pics and she nailed it (pun intended). It's calm and clean inside. I'll be back for sure.
