My daughter and I have been coming for a long time. After today, we won't ever go back. We both got mani-pedis and i told them when we arrived that my daughter was 10. This falls under the kids pedicure. They tried to charge us for a spa predicate instead. They also spent most of the time trying to upsell us rather than do the service we requested. When doing a gel manicure, they cut my daughters finger and made it bleed. Just a horrible experience overall. read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years with my mom but we decided that today will be our last day going. Her nail tech kept trying to upsell her multiple times and got an attitude when my mom continued to say no. I got regular toe nail polish and I guess my nail tech did not wait for them to dry to put on the disposable flip flops because her fingerprint is literally on my big toe! I was charged for the $40 pamper me manicure but I got no neck and shoulder massage, paraffin treatment, or a hot neck wrap. Helen did my nails and I asked for a little heart on two of my fingernails and they turned out so misshapen and ugly, she told me she wouldn't charge for them but I just had her take it off. I arrived with my 2 daughters (7 and 10). They were both so excited to have a nail day with their mom. Upon arriving we were told to go pick our colors towards the back of the salon. Immediately workers surrounded all 3 of us wanting us to pick our colors quickly. It felt very rushed. We didn't even get to look at all the options. They separated my oldest daughter (10) from myself and my youngest (7) and had her sit on the opposite side of the large salon where she couldn't see me well despite there being an open seat on the other side of me. When I asked if she could be moved by us, I was told no because she was old enough to sit by herself. Even though she was 10, it made her feel very uncomfortable. Meanwhile, the woman who did my nails, kept trying to upsell me on a style of nails despite saying no multiple times. She was very difficult to communicate with and also very rough with my hands. I had to have tips put on a few of my nails and left with glue on my skin on multiple fingers and the edges of nails were very rough and not smooth. Good service, nice atmosphere however they charge me 30 dollars for my 4 year old daughter to get her nails and toes PAINTED. They stated she received a "pedicure" but only put her feet in the water. If thats considered a "pedicure" for a 4 year old I'm disappointed. Once situation was addressed they stated she received a pedicure. Shes 4 YEARS OLD what can a 4 year old get in a pedicure is my question? This salon is super gorgeous and huge, too! If you're going on a weekend, be prepared to wait. Or book an appointment, because it was BUSY. The owner had me soak my fingers while waiting for someone to be free, and I ended up soaking my fingers for a full 30 minutes before they got started. I got the "pamper me" manicure. The massage itself was GREAT, but it was a little hard to relax fully with how loud/busy it was. She used primer instead of top coat when she first painted my nails. That caused it to look a little wrinkly, but she insisted it was because I grazed my nails against the towel. She did redo them - which I appreciated. On her second try, I pointed out then that it was primer/base coat, and she insisted that it was top coat and kept pushing a gel manicure instead. She later on used a different top coat though, so I think she did realize her mistake. The end result was great, but I wasn't too happy with the customer service of the manicurist I got. The owner, however , GREAT customer service, is super attentive, and was a gem overall. So I don't know, mixed feelings about the place. Loved the end result, though! read more

Terrible experience -- I am naming the nail tech, Jacky. My niece went to get her nails done today for the very first time, something she has been looking forward to for months. The design she showed the nail tech was completely ignored. On top of that, he made an insanely inappropriate comment, asking her what she had for breakfast because he could, quote, "smell it on her." Completely unacceptable. My sister ended up having to take her to another nail salon to have the nails corrected. The "middle of the road" pedicure ($57) was complete with a neck warmer, hot stones, hot wax, hot towels, your choice of aroma, and two different exfoliating scrubs for your legs. Rich was awesome & restored my dignity & took the elephant toes OFF my fingers and replaced them with beautiful natural shiny NOT BLOODY nails. The place is beautiful and the staff were all very kind, they were also patient and after hearing about the bad experience at Swan they looked at our hands and said they'd be able to help!!! The manicure I got was also including of a 15 min chair massage and omg it was WONDERFUL and I got my daughter a 15-minute massage as well as her nails from Swan REMOVED and a nice new anti-chicklette gum looking set put on.... After my cuticles were trimmed she simply added oil and was done, the lady then told me it was $20, for a 4 minute job....no joke. The problem I have is them telling me one thing, and then doing another. This salon is beautiful but falls extremely short of quality service. My family went here this weekend and we were very disappointed. My grandmother was cut multiple times by her tech and three days later her heels have just now stopped bleeding and she is able to start walking on them. However, her cuts are starting to look infected and will likely require a trip to the doctor. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! My children got their nails done and the gel polish was coming off the same day. It didn't last long at all but at least they didn't walk away bleeding. read more

My dip color turned out to be more bright than I expected, when I got home I found out it was glow in the dark, which I didn't know (I was not told or the nail did not say). When I called to ask to have a color change because I didn't ask for glow in the dark, they told me it was not their fault and I would have to pay for another full set, which I was not going to do. If I pay enough for my nails, I would like to be completely satisfied with them for the amount I spent. I'm really disappointed because all the other reviews were so good! Have been there several times before and never had and issue. But there are firsts for everything and this experience was rough. I got a pedicure! 1. While waiting for the pedicure there were several ants by the tubs near the back corner and also crawling on the physical tubs. Thankfully there weren't any crawling on mine or my friends tub. But still just a cleaning concern. 2. I got gel nails with the deluxe pedicure. During a normal pedicure for me once my nails are painted my feet don't get put back into the dirty water and if they do it's not in dirty water. I've never had the nail tech put my feet back in the dirty after painting my toes and exfoliating my legs with the salt scrub as well as wiping the scrubs and whatever dead skin game off my feet and legs. 3. The nail tech (ka**) was consistently going back and forth between texting and talking on the phone and singing to herself. The singing truly not a big deal just that she was being a little loud. Normally I wouldn't mind the texting or talking but it was excessive and she wasn't wearing gloves, truly I felt like it was a cleanliness issue our phones carry so many germs. And she's going aback and forth between touching my feet and her phone. But not the biggest deal in the world. Just a lil excessive. 4. My nail person was just kinda a mess. As I'm still sitting in the chair done waiting for my friend to get done. She proceeds to clean the tub and splash water all over my Lulu leggings. If she would have just asked me to move I gladly would have. however I couldn't move until she was done because she was literally cleaning out the tub in between my legs. It was just an awkward and rough experience. I think this was enough to not go back though. I gave this 2 stars because of the better experiences I have had in the past. But the most recent experience on 11/23/22 I'd give 1 star. read more

I want to live this place I really do... we have been many times bc it's convenient, easy to get into, and best of all they have a lot of kids chairs and they are right by the adult chairs so I can bring my 2 girls in and sit right beside them while getting my own. I'm happy they are clean but we always leave with our faces BURNING BC THE BLEACH IS SO STRONG!!!! It's like there is zero ventilation!! It's intense to say the least!!!!! The reason we HATE this place is bc I tell them repeatedly only toes for me and my girls(they actually don't like their finger nails done). Every stinking time they STILL paint my girls nails(they are 4 and 7 and get nervous to speak up). They then proceed to charge me for it after we repeatedly said NO THANK YOU!!! They refuse to remove the charge bc the service was done. Even as they are painting I say "no, toes only" and they continue anyways. I'm usually in the middle of getting mine painted and can't just jump up to move them away. I also always get extra charged to my service even without having anything extra added to it. They are shady AF when it comes to the way they charge you up there. So yay for a clean environment and good pedicure but after this many chances we won't be back. read more
