I originally booked a gel manicure but was talked into a builder gel manicure because I wanted to try the service. I've never been to this nail salon, this was my first time, and when I asked about the pricing since it was an up-charge from what I originally booked, I was met with laughter by her and a few of the other surrounding nail techs. They spoke in another language but I did hear her say under her breath "asked about the price", after she continued laughing. I knew at that moment that I wouldn't make another appointment and felt very uncomfortable in her chair. I was very disappointed because my nails, other than a few hiccup areas, did not turn out terrible. I did feel as though my appointment with her was rushed; and other than informing me of the price of the builder gel service and asking what color I wanted, she didn't seem as though she wanted my business, and rushed off right after she was done. I looked at the reviews before coming to this location but did not realize that there are a few postings of this nail salon with a few not so great reviews. It was so refreshing to go to a salon where I could chat with the technicians and they were all so friendly. They took their time getting the pedi just right!
