This is the second time I've gotten my toes done here...and should've avoided after the first time. The first time after a week my gel polish basically peeled off in the shower. I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was old polish since it was a weird color. So I go back a second time because my friend spoke so highly of the place specifically "Jimmy" he did my pedicure twice. This time around I got another gel polish a deep red... he rushed the pedicure and was scrolling on social media on his phone as he was poorly holding the light over each foot ( quite literally not paying attention). I was so over the experience I paid and left. Mind you I wore sandals so my feet did not go into shoes to potentially mess with the polish ( although with gel that's never a problem). When I got home I noticed how uneven the color of the polish is and completely dull not shiny the other foot polish is shiny and an uneven application making the polish look blotchy where it's dark in one spot and light in another. THE WORST PART....the nail polish peeled off again! I've NEVER had gel polish just peel off. As I get regular pedicures and always get since the last so long. I will not be back to this place. It's unfortunate as my friend loves this and "Jimmy" but he did not give the same experience to me 2x in a row. If I could give zero stars I would. Lesson learned. read more

Botched girl. Got dip because I always peel the gel off and this was how thick it still was after having her file it down for 15 minutes. it's so thick it ruins the shape. not to mention, the color i picked was a sparkly skin tone, not pink so idk where this came from. i'm about to walk back in and have her fix one of my thumbs that she either forgot to seal or it's already just peeling back up. last thing, i hate watermelon scent and any scented lotions make my allergies flare up which i know is specific to me mostly but i wish she would've said something before rubbing it all over my hands lol. i feel like the normal place i go to doesn't need to use the electric file on my nail beds and i'm not sure why she needed to. she scraped my actual fingers in the process as well. read more

I went here to go get a manicure with dip polish. The guy that did my nails took his time and produced very good quality work! There were lots of color selections. I am very happy about the time and effort he put into my nails. The price was great. The most important factor to me when choosing a nail salon is cleanliness of the tools they work with. The technician opened a sterilized pack in front of me at the beginning of the service. This made me feel very satisfied knowing that the instruments were cleaned before they touch my cuticles. I highly recommend this place! It may not be the most prettiest salon you will ever walk into, but the excellent hygiene practice and passion to give you quality work was what mattered to me to most. read more

While in Oklahoma City waiting for my departing flight, I decided to come in based on the all the raving reviews for Pedicures and boy, oh boy, this place didn't disappoint!! The pedicure was your typical pedi PLUS a sugar scrub for your legs, a hot stone massage, an even better deep tissue massage for your feet and legs, and finally a really good foot cream to leave your feet baby soft. All this for just $25 and of course a generous tip! I was extremely satisfied with the services I received and will defiantly be back when I am in the area. read more

I'm new to the area & was desperate to have a chipping shellac manicure removed. For a $20 manicure, I'll probably never go back. The manicure was ok & the hand massage was not great. My main issue is with how my shellac manicure was removed. Shellac should be removed by soaking a cotton ball in acetone & wrapping in foil to sit for a few minutes. The appropriate way to remove shellac is NOT by soaking your nails in a bowl of acetone & buffing off the remainder with an electric tool. It's not good for your nails. I was desperate so I endured, otherwise I would have walked out. That is not the appropriate technique taught to nail technicians, but it is quick & lazy. read more

I called from the parking lot due to covid, but they were still able to take me as a walk in right away. The guy who did my pedicure got out my ingrown nails, smoothed out all my callouses, and was very friendly. I definitely will come here over other places whenever I'm in town. read more

The best pedicure I have ever had in my life-- the total stranger in the chair next to me said she has been going here for years and no matter who does the pedicure it is always good. You get exfoliating creams, cooling gel, razor with no extra charges and the massage Jimmy gave of my legs and feet was fantastic. I have callouses. Bad callouses. Like, 'armor plating' callouses. Like, 'I can step on broken glass' callouses. When I choose a nail place, it's because of the callouses. I don't care about my nails. At all. However, I do pay attention. Friends and I have gotten pedicures at several places, and this location offered the best treatment for ingrown toenails and extreme callouses. I know people have had issues with shellac, and I know that their communication with the customer isn't great. However, their quality of service, at least on the feet and legs, is astounding. read more

I went to US nails based on the previous reviews. However, I will never go back. Instead of wrapping my dipped nails in cotton and tin foil, my hands were placed in a bowl of acetone for 25-30 seconds for several rounds of grinding the previous dipped nails off. This resulted in damage to my natural nail, and messy sticky stuff that a day later I'm still peeling off my skin. It came time for the manicure: the water was cold, no cuticle oil was applied, the nail polish application was rushed and uneven, and the hand massage no lotion was applied which was more of pinching my skin together. I assumed because I didn't have an appointment the nail tech just fit me in, and had an appointment after me. But when I was done, she proceeded to go sit with another nail tech and talk for fifteen-twenty minutes before anyone else entered the salon. The salon and pedicure bowls appeared clean, however the manicure station I was at and tools used were not sanitary. The only reason US nails received 1 star, because my dad got a pedicure and the gentleman did a very good job on the massage. Update: my nails starting chipping and peeling after day two. read more

If it were possible, I wouldn't even give this location a star. My family and I entered the salon in order to get manicures and pedicures. There were a total of 7 of us. We entered and asked if they could accommodate us, and they rudely said they were too busy (although there were only three people getting serviced). As we tried to continue to talk to them, they turned their backs to us and ignored us. I don't understand why any nail salon would turn away the revenue of 7 clients. I understand being "busy," however, we were more than willing to wait and get done at different times. I will never refer anyone here nor will we be returning. I wasn't very impressed with my experience at this salon. A couple of us came in for pedicures Saturday afternoon and there were only three people working. They did a decent job on the pedicure, and for $25 I can't really complain too much. However, at the end they talked me into also getting a manicure. It started out okay, but then more people came in the salon and they rushed to finish my nails so they could start on the new people. It looked okay going out of the salon, but by Sunday evening, I already had chips in the polish. I probably won't come back here. read more
