My mother and I went for pedicures today. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Prices were much less than expected.

Long time 20 year, on and off, customer of this shop and I only come here for pedicures…read more They used to be the best at getting ingrowns and pushing my cuticles back to get the dead skin out but here lately they've hired younger workers who aren't as thorough with the pedicure. My last pedicure in November a younger worker did it but when I got home and went to bed, dry scratchy skin scraped my sheets. Not good! This last time,,1/3/26 another young worker did my pedicure and they didnt put the cuticle cream to soften the cuticles, they just go in and scrape after soaking a few minutes. They didnt use the "cheese grater " file either on my feet. Just a purple scrub brush. I did ask her to spend more time scrubbing on the bottom of my feet because it might look smooth but its dry..I also asked for short toenails without a toenail but she seemed scared to go shorter, unlike prior older and more experienced workers have done with no issue. This used to be my go to pedicure place but now I'm back to looking or maybe next time Ill give another chance and ask for an older worker, I'm not sure. Im just not happy with how my feet look or feel. The worker also forgot to put a topcoat on my toes, so they look blah, not shiny or anything. So I'll go buy a topcoat to put on myself but for $70 including tip, I shouldn't have to. So, my advice to you going here, avoid the workers who look 15, make sure they are thorough with scrubbing your feet since they don't scrape, and make sure they put a topcoat.

Very painful experience. Something was left in my water that caused me to have some sort of…read morechemical burn. Didn't get my full service because of an immediate rash that broke out of my foot. The owner did not take it seriously and made me feel very unheard. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a fun, relaxing experience- not painful. I'm sharing this because I believe the salon needs to take customer safety concerns seriously and ensure proper cleaning and care. I hope this feedback helps prevent this from happening to someone else. Further, I believe salons should take care of their customers. I truly believe I shouldn't have been charged and receiving only a $5 discount after being hurt and not receiving the full service is wrong. I would have paid to NOT of gotten my nails done this day with how bad it hurt. I didn't make a big deal about it when I was there and they definitely used my kindness towards their businesses advantage. I wish I stood up for myself better but yet again I shouldn't have had to.

I've been going to "Nails Now" off and on for the last five years…read more Pros: convenience, fair prices, usually in/out Cons: rude/racist staff/half job done nearly every time, place is outdated and resembles the 1980's The man on the right, second to the last generally serviced me. However, if he was busy I'd let the man to the left of him, or the 1st woman on the left, or the one on the end. I stopped going here a few years ago because the 1st woman was rude af and kept snatching my hands and throwing them on the table. I got tired if driving to Norman to receive my services. So, I decided to give them a chance again in 2025. A few months after I started going back. The first woman serviced me, and kept snatching my hands, throwing them on the table, rolling her eyes at me. When I pointed out that there were humps in my nails where she didn't sand the glitter powder down. She raised her voice at me and said "it's going to cost you!" I asked for her to do her job. She said, "yes!" I said, "don't even worry  about it." No tip! Then, last Friday. I came in for service. The last woman on the left asked me to sit down. She brought two color books to choose from (all wack). I picked two glitter colors. And waited at least six minutes for her to toy around. Then she started on my nails. And said something (in her language) with an attitude to the last man across from her. And got up and walked off, without saying a word to me and went to service another client with a pedicure. The last man applied the powder and didn't drill it down. He only used a file. As a result, my nails look like swimming paddles. I pointed this out to him and advised him that "I'm an influencer, I work with my hands, and people will see this." He shrugged his shoulders and said, "it's glitter, it's going to be thick. You asked for glitter." No tip! He allowed me to leave with product still caked up on my fingers and under my nails, as you can see in the photos. I asked for lotion, since he didnt massage my hands and they were filled with product. He pointed me to the lotion. Blasted on my social media pages, bad review, and I won't ever be back! It looks like something from the 1980's. They don't pour back into their business. And don't realize that they have competition. They women don't appear to like people of color. I've witnessed how they stare at other women of color, roll their eyes, and talk in their language. As if Trump wants them here. ***UPDATE*** I got my nails and eyebrows done at Wynn Nails. I found my new nail spot.

Atrocious! Worst manicure ever. It was as if they had never before done a manicure and had no idea what to do.

This place is the cheapest I've found and actually the best quality. They use flare lashes so its faster and very full unlike some other experiences I've had at other places. I've been to other places that take forever to get the extensions on and then at the end it still looks very sparse. I also love getting my eyebrows waxed here!!! They are known for their eyebrow waxes. That's actually how I found the place. I asked a random girl with amazing eyebrows where she got them done and she referred me:) So happy I asked! And only $8!
