Floor corners were dusty and rolling carts cluttered and tipped over in back corner. The staff was friendly and helpful but employees were sitting on their phones in pedicure chairs when I walked in. Following a pedicure the tech put trash from the service in the disposable liner and when going to throw it away dropped water from the bowl trailing to the back trash. She did not clean up the water or spray or wipe down the pedicure bowl after use. She did wear gloves and a mask during the service. The establishment has the means to be great with the techs skills and their location but sanitation is not up to par and needs to be addressed.

I asked for a trim as my nails where long and boy did she cut them off. I wasn't really happy with the finished product... could just be the color or even the shape after cutting off. My nails don't look just done, they look says old. She complimented my nails before we started afterwards I don't think I'll get compliments from anyone. The technician was nice just the end product was okay.

I understand it's hard right now for business due to Covid but this was NOT the case. I've never went to a salon that was this rough. OH! She has macular degeneration so navigating the chair, picking out the color, and general Regal Rules were already frustrating. She was scolded from the very beginning for the way she handled the color swatch. The lady said she "bent it" and "ruined her stuff." My mom can't open a jar without assistance so there is no way she could have bent a plastic nail tip. The lady had no patience with her. Finally, I'd had enough and I said we were leaving well before their liking because we received another scolding. Said we must "sit for one hour." This lady (who I believe was a manager of some sort) was rude, impatient, and gave my mom one of the worst pedicure paint jobs I've ever seen which I will be redoing. She has absolutely no business working with the public and most certainly not an elderly patron. Spend your money elsewhere.

We walked out with her hair matted and my daughter crying, crushed, and embarrassed. Her hair was damaged. The mats were so bad they led to breakage and a frizzy, dry mess afterward. I brought her there to make her feel special, and instead she left feeling upset and defeated - over her hair - because people who claim to be professionals handled it so poorly that it turned into a mess.
