Long time 20 year, on and off, customer of this shop and I only come here for pedicures…read more They used to be the best at getting ingrowns and pushing my cuticles back to get the dead skin out but here lately they've hired younger workers who aren't as thorough with the pedicure. My last pedicure in November a younger worker did it but when I got home and went to bed, dry scratchy skin scraped my sheets. Not good! This last time,,1/3/26 another young worker did my pedicure and they didnt put the cuticle cream to soften the cuticles, they just go in and scrape after soaking a few minutes. They didnt use the "cheese grater " file either on my feet. Just a purple scrub brush. I did ask her to spend more time scrubbing on the bottom of my feet because it might look smooth but its dry..I also asked for short toenails without a toenail but she seemed scared to go shorter, unlike prior older and more experienced workers have done with no issue. This used to be my go to pedicure place but now I'm back to looking or maybe next time Ill give another chance and ask for an older worker, I'm not sure. Im just not happy with how my feet look or feel. The worker also forgot to put a topcoat on my toes, so they look blah, not shiny or anything. So I'll go buy a topcoat to put on myself but for $70 including tip, I shouldn't have to. So, my advice to you going here, avoid the workers who look 15, make sure they are thorough with scrubbing your feet since they don't scrape, and make sure they put a topcoat.

She was scolded from the very beginning for the way she handled the color swatch. The lady said she "bent it" and "ruined her stuff." My mom can't open a jar without assistance so there is no way she could have bent a plastic nail tip. The lady had no patience with her. Finally, I'd had enough and I said we were leaving well before their liking because we received another scolding. Said we must "sit for one hour." This lady (who I believe was a manager of some sort) was rude, impatient, and gave my mom one of the worst pedicure paint jobs I've ever seen which I will be redoing. She has absolutely no business working with the public and most certainly not an elderly patron. Spend your money elsewhere.

I went to their new location on Hefner (between May/Penn). This location is new. Their original location is in Del City. I was greeted the moment I came in. And was waited on within 5 minutes of my arrival. I spoke with the owner, John, and he invisions this location to be appointment based, so they can give the quality time their customers deserve. They will take walk-ins, but they highly suggest making an appointment. I felt like I was having a private appointment. It wasn't crowded or loud. I booked a full set of acrylics with regular polish for 2 of my daughters, and I booked a deluxe pedicure. Once there, i upgraded my pedicure to a seashell pedicure for the paraffin wax and extra 3 minutes of massage. The soaking water was lukewarm/almost cold, definitely not relaxing. The massage shouldn't be called a massage at all. She slid her hands and seashells up and down my legs without applying any pressure whatsoever. No foot massage, which I definitely could've used because I am on my feet constantly throughout the day. She even stopped her "massage" about a minute before the 13 minute timer was up. The polish on my toenails is horrible. There is polish on my skin, lumps, and the color is way too far away from my cuticles, making it look crazy. My toenails are cut extremely short to where it's painful, and they are all uneven. I will not be wearing sandals until they grow out and I can get back into my usual salon to fix them. For the first set of acrylics with regular polish, i was charged for a set of gel x nails. Obviously I didn't book that nor want that. The nails ended up being absolutely atrocious and do not look professionally done in the slightest. They are lumpy, have many jagged, unsmooth edges, and there are multiple spots where there is no polish, or the glitter does not cover the base color. The second set was booked as the same, but i was charged for an acrylic set with gel polish. These are the best looking nails out of the bunch, but there are still a few jagged edges and a completely different glitter was used than in the inspiration photo that my daughter showed her tech. Both my girls left extremely disappointed as this was their first set of "fake nails" for back to school, but they are sweet and didn't want to complain or upset their nail techs. I would've mentioned being charged for things I didn't book when checking out, but the only thing I was shown was the total, and the receipt didn't get delivered to my phone until we were already almost home, and we live close to an hour away.

I'm always greeted promptly and seated in a pedicure chair quickly, it's a relaxing no pressure atmosphere (I'm never pressured about getting nail sets or other services unlike the place down the street ) and Che and her staff have been nothing but professional. They only offer gel pedicures now and at first I wasn't happy but they actually last way longer than regular polish pedicures so the increase in cost is worth it for me. All of the techs are nice and the complimentary drink is a plus for me. I have a cousin who gets her nails and lashes done here by Che and she swears by it. Has been a customer for over 20 years.
