Everyone here is so kind. My partner and I come in about once a month for pedicures - we absolutely love it. The employees are pleasant, they always offer us something to drink, and they're great at what they do. I cannot comment on nails or designs - we're just pedicure people. Really loved this place! My aunt and I came in for manis and pedis as walk ins, and were seen immediately. We both had lavender pearl pedis and gel manis, and we were both very happy. I had Leslie as my nail tech and I LOVED her. She was fast, professional, and my nails are perfect. Best pedi I've ever had in fact. Go literally anywhere else to get your nails done. My 8 year old daughter and I went here for both of us to get a basic pedicure and her to get a manicure. $150. When we told them we didn't want gel, they cut her cuticle bad and it bled for 30 minutes. Just horrible. read more

They made my right thumb nail bleed. So there's that. Other than that they were okay. I got told no about adding some holographic glitter, not sure why when I'm willing to pay extra. My nail tech also kinda complained the whole time because she had to take my last set off, and at the length I wanted my nails. My nails are just tolerable for now, they are different thicknesses which I hate and my thumbs are completely biffed. Different shapes and no apex on one! My go-to spot for 6 years. Never had a bad experience!! I always walk in for a mani, pedi, or eyebrow wax. Never had to wait too long, even during the busy times. My choice for the basics! I have asked for a different color halfway through a pedi, for "Thunder nails," for a hard scrub on my heels after being barefoot all summer, and for some TLC after 368 days in sweaty boots in Kuwait... All the negative reviews, I don't get it! Just ask for what you want! My mom and I go here quite often, as it's her favorite place to get fills. The 4 star review is mostly indicative of the quality of one particular nail tech (Trisha at table #7) because the rest of the people who work there are kind of rude and don't do quality work in my opinion. The rudeness is primarily toward Trisha actually but it's palpable... not a professional setting for her it would seem, but she does great work and she's very friendly. As a side note, I recently went while my mom was getting her nails done and I sat in a mostly empty salon (there were 2 other patrons in the whole place) and nursed my 2 month old without a cover. 2 different people came over with dirty looking towels trying to cover me and my baby's head, which I found to be inappropriate. I'm not painfully modest but I do keep a low profile while nursing in public, as is my right, and I don't appreciate being covered by a stranger. Maybe it's a cultural difference, but for me it felt rude. read more

I've tried a few nail salons since getting stationed here at the end of 2020 and I wasn't satisfied with any of them. I have really bad anxiety with nail salons when it comes to filing - I find they always file too much and leave me with nubs and raw finger tips. But today I decided to give this place a try since I'm 8 and a half months pregnant and really wanted to pamper myself before baby comes (plus I had to get groceries at the Walmart next to it lol). I felt super comfortable the entire time and didn't have any anxiety! Kim was super gentle, did a good job and finished fast! Needless to say, I'm so happy with my experience. Not a good place. I made an appt for a pedicure and nail fill. After my pedicure the elderly gentleman who makes appts asked me if I could come back another day, they didn't have anyone who could do my nails. The lady who did my pedi didn't know how. Do NOT come here looking for designs, even if you bring your own. Asking for designs seems to cause an immediate attitude. The services are subpar and none of the people doing nails seem happy. I heard quite a few patrons saying "Ouch!" during different visits because the techs are careless. I can not recommend supporting this business. read more

I wanted to like this place, I really did. The staff was nice enough, the pedicures were okay. But the place didn't seem clean, which I can sometimes overlook. However, they use the old school cheese graters on feet along with pumice and tools that are shared. I was hoping I would see the nail technician take it to a sanitation station, but she took it to a small sink (the one for clients to wash hands), rinsed them half heartedly, laid them on a (dirty, from the looks of it) towel. Time for an update. The last few times I've been in here, I've been more impressed. First of all, my gel mani has lasted for 2+ weeks the last couple of times I've gotten one, so that's clearly the main thing. Maybe because I went at off times, but it hasn't been crazy in there. I know myself well enough to know that I can't handle a nail salon on a Saturday afternoon. Just can't do it. Also, maybe I just got a more low-key person, but not one single time in the last few visits did my tech talk to someone across the salon, loudly, right in my face like they have in the past. The salon is clean, and the past few visits they've been playing the Travel channel, which is much better than Nancy Grace for a mani. Affordable, quick, all the things you need out of a mani place. You still have to sneak past staffers who smoke right in front of the door - this is my least favorite part of this place. It's still not a spa, but it's not spa prices either. read more

I dropped in here by chance one day while in the city. Tiffany did a pedicure and manicure for me, and the care she took was so unexpected and so appreciated! I explained that I am a massage therapist, so I am on my feet all day, and that my hands and forearms are tired and in need of some massage. First if I could rate this place less than one to five I would. I've had the worst experience with my sister and my two cousins. They were rude our nails looked awful and we paid for things they didn't even do. I wish I would've asked for my money back. They called my sister multiple names why she was there so she was listening to it. I had to wait an hour and a half for them to even start on my nails. My daughter was taken advantage of. She was shuffled from one nail tech to another for OVERPRICED poor solar extremely THIN nails. There was gel everywhere on her fingers and the nails were filed very uneven. She had asked for almond shape with skinny tips (even showed a pic) & received uneven square shape w/solid polish. Not only that but the guy taking money pressured for a tip. It is not her character to speak up. Please pay attention to reviews and BEWARE. The place was nice and clean and the staff was friendly but I was disappointed with the $35 deluxe pedicure. It seemed more like the $25 express pedicure. I sat in the chair at 3:45 and he was done by 4:10. That times includes the 3-5 minutes of my feet just soaking in the water. Even on their printed price list is says the deluxe is approximately 45 minutes. They weren't busy and they had plenty of staff so there's really no excuse that I can see. read more

One of the best pedi experiences in my life. The pedicurist helped me pick out the right shade of red for my toes and a really cool snowflake design. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The tools were taken out of a package, they may be professionally cleaned between uses, I'm not really sure. I believe the pedicurist name I received by pedicure from was Tammy. She did an amazing job on the design. I was a little frustrated by the massage chair. It seemed to only have one function. So, I was a little disappointed to see that it appeared to be malfunctioning. I pointed it out to Tammy and she tried to help but was obviously more focused on the pedi, which I was grateful of. She was very fast. So, I was glad to be done in under 30 minutes. I'll be back for my next pedi, no question! read more

Sad.... gave me mold under my thumb nail... charged more than they said... took 2x as long as they said which sucked because I was trying to rush back to work. My thumb and entire arm were sore for 10 days after that until the thumb nail finally grew out enough for me to get the buildup out from underneath my nail. 0/10. Never going back... also told allllll my friends never to go here after going back to have them file under my nails (to clean away the acrylic underneath) and they didn't even use the right sized drill. P.s. had multiple people working on my hands which didn't make me feel very appreciated. read more

DON'T READ if you are a germaphobe: I was excited to try this place out since I had a $50 gift certificate. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. However, there were a few things that just irked me, and you can see them for yourself if you choose to go. I went to get a gel manicure and pedicure with the basic foot bath. The $35 (+$15 extra for gel) pedi. That part was mediocre, but that isn't what bothered me. After she was done with the foot bath, she dragged the light (used for sealing the gel) to my chair and insisted I put my feet in it. It looked very much used, but I did not do much inspecting at the time, as I did not feel as if I needed to. She propped it over the bath (basically a powered toaster over your bathtub... just saying) and it was SO uncomfortable. She sped through the process, then guided me to her manicure station. And then.... dragged over the SAME EXACT LIGHT. I sat and watched her finish my nails after 20 minutes as I imagined every kind of person's bare feet inside that machine.... and it made me SO NAUTIOUS. Then it got worse... I had come into the spa for about an hour and a half before closing time, and they got everything done a few minutes before close. Naturally, they were "cleaning"... I watched as they went to one or two of the baths, including the one I just got out of, and wiped them down with a used rag, and turned everything off. I figured that they would maybe spray the areas for foot soaking... but each and every one of them walked out as they finished their other clients. Long story short, its nasty, and very hard to relax when all you can think of is the sweat of other people's feet as you "relax" your hands into a light where they were previously in barefoot. Also, she used a completely different color than I wanted. I rolled with the situation because she said there "was nothing she could do" and so now I am stuck with a different color she accidentally picked up. Oh, and my gel peeled off two toes and a finger already... just a day afterward. I will not be coming back, I feel like a lot of wasted potential. Try it out at your own risk, I feel like if they took as much pride in their cleaning as they did the looks of the place, I would be back again, but I will have to entrust that elsewhere. read more

This has always been my go to nail salon. But the last three times I've left disappointed. This last visit I went in to get a pedicure and dip powder manicure for my upcoming vacation. When I left my pedicure polish was smudged and on my skin and I had to re do it myself when I got home. 3 days later and my first day on vacation my dip polish was just popping off like fake glue on nails. I had to take them all off. It was a waste of $90. Will not be going back. read more
