This was our first time coming in, and unfortunately we will not be coming back. We booked appointments because of all of the great reviews, but left severely disappointed. I booked a full set of acrylics with regular polish for 2 of my daughters, and I booked a deluxe pedicure. Once there, i upgraded my pedicure to a seashell pedicure for the paraffin wax and extra 3 minutes of massage. The soaking water was lukewarm/almost cold, definitely not relaxing. The massage shouldn't be called a massage at all. She slid her hands and seashells up and down my legs without applying any pressure whatsoever. No foot massage, which I definitely could've used because I am on my feet constantly throughout the day. She even stopped her "massage" about a minute before the 13 minute timer was up. The polish on my toenails is horrible. There is polish on my skin, lumps, and the color is way too far away from my cuticles, making it look crazy. My toenails are cut extremely short to where it's painful, and they are all uneven. I will not be wearing sandals until they grow out and I can get back into my usual salon to fix them. For the first set of acrylics with regular polish, i was charged for a set of gel x nails. Obviously I didn't book that nor want that. The nails ended up being absolutely atrocious and do not look professionally done in the slightest. They are lumpy, have many jagged, unsmooth edges, and there are multiple spots where there is no polish, or the glitter does not cover the base color. The second set was booked as the same, but i was charged for an acrylic set with gel polish. These are the best looking nails out of the bunch, but there are still a few jagged edges and a completely different glitter was used than in the inspiration photo that my daughter showed her tech. Both my girls left extremely disappointed as this was their first set of "fake nails" for back to school, but they are sweet and didn't want to complain or upset their nail techs. I would've mentioned being charged for things I didn't book when checking out, but the only thing I was shown was the total, and the receipt didn't get delivered to my phone until we were already almost home, and we live close to an hour away. read more

First time and it will not be my last. I have found my forever nail place and technician Haylee. The atmosphere is so welcoming and I love how the owners socialize with everyone. Haylee was awesome. Nails and toe nails are smooth and flawless. Haylee was a pleasure to visit with. Haylee also does nail art and I can't wait to give her a design and see her work her magic as she did her own nails and her designs were amazing. I expected to be treated like I mattered. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment or could walk in. I was told they weren't busy and I could walk in. I got there with my 2 granddaughters. They got a full set each and were helped quickly. I waited a bit and my manicurist came over with a bowl to soak my hands. She then left to go to the front register and after she finished whatever was taking her time there, she came back. My oldest granddaughter thought it would be cool if I got a set too. Asked if it would be a problem getting my nails done with a full set. She said ok but asked me to move to her station where all her tools wee. No problem. Then she asked how long I wanted them. I tried to communicate what I needed but her attention kept going to a lady waiting for a touch up. She kept talking to the other lady and not me. Then she jumped up and said she was just going to take care of the other lady real quick. It wasn't that quick but I just sat there waiting. I finally rested my head on my arms because I was getting more distressed. Then she finished with the other lady and came back to work on my nails. But instead of interacting with me she, she kept talking with the other lady. I had enough. Told her I was done being ignored. She kept anyone else from assisting me. I guess it's her salon. I came here during my visit to OKC and let me tell you now that you need to come in asap. Not sure if they do walkins but we booked an appointment online the day before. The website for booking is super easy and allows you to quickly select services and confirm your time. The place is so cute and looks so expensive . The stuff was really nice and my nail tech was great.. we were saying almost immediately and we were greeted with our choice of drinks and we opted for the margaritas. The guy who made them was amazing and it was a really good experience. In line with standard prices and nothing about it was more expensive because of the ambience . I'm not usually around here but from the three places contemplated going to, the prices were pretty similar. Don't walk, run here! read more

My DIL and I made appts for mani/pedi in a busy Friday afternoon. We were greeted with a warm welcome and smile from the receptionist. The salon is clean and gorgeous inside. Well lit and an overall positive vibe. You will love the chairs, they are amazing! Everyone working here is smiling and kind. I've never had this happen after getting my nails professionally done. 5 days after going to the salon, I noticed a spot on my thumb nail- I thought I maybe bruised it so I did not make a big deal out of it. While on vacation, my ring finger started developing the same dark spots. I ripped my nails off as soon as I got home (yesterday) to find this disgusting mess on my fingers.
