Maybe be open when you're supposed to be? I pulled into the parking lot today as someone I know goes there. They are supposed to be open unto 5pk on Sundays. I pulled in at 3:30 and saw a gentleman standing inside the door, but the sign in the windows said they were closed. I left. And I won't attempt a return visit. You lost a potential customer. Best mani/pedi in mustang. Gel manicure was $30 Basic pedicure is $25 and includes heal scrub, leg masque and callus remover. Where can you get that for under $30?! No where. The location is convenient; however, the ambience is a little to be desired BUT if you can get passed that you'll really enjoy coming here. Manicure was great and much better than other locations I've tried. Pedicure was amazing!!! I came in ashamed of my heels and left loving the soft clean skin of my heels. They take cash and card and have an ATM machine. It looks like they offer acrylic, gel, dip, 4 different kinds of pedicure and more! I look at the pictures of the dip nails I used to get here and it makes me sad. The ones I've had lately are thick and don't look as natural. And the length of time I'm there waiting between my tech answering the phone or greeting other customers as they walk in has gotten so long that I just gave up on even asking for any art anymore. I got the Blue Pedicure. It was very nice! The tech was super nice and did an amazing job. She massaged my legs and feet and it was amazing. There were other customers with little girls who were getting pedicures, too. The techs were very good with the children and they even have a little child's Hello Kitty pedicure chair/spa tub. I've never been to a nail shop this bad it's a definition of a chop shop. I came in to get a full set short square french. To start off with she used a USED sanding bit on my nails and a USED buffer and USED nail file. I could tell bc it was already white from being used. And to confirm my suspicions she used the exact same buffer,file and sanding bit on my cousin after me. Nothing was Sterilized. I'm very lucky I did not get infected. On top of that she used mma on my nails and when I told her it was burning she totally ignored me. When it came down to the French tip part she couldn't do it I asked for a thin French tip showed her a picture and even how to do it and she still couldn't so she suggest I do a different design. The shape wasn't even square it looked more like bubble gum I had to go home and reshape it myself. It didn't help that's none of my finger nails were the same length. If u do end up booking here you have a high Risk of infection and definitely will not get quality work. read more

My Adult Daughter and myself had appointments for pedicures. My Daughters tech never, stopped chattering to my tech. Not one time did they engage either of us in any attempted conversation. My Daughter's tech did not take time on her feet at all. Her nails look awful and the tech did not do a base coat or a top coat. He polish is streaked and areas were missed with the polish. Waste of money. Mine are not much better. The cuts on the toenails are all different lengths and shapes. She did not smooth any ridges and it really shows up when polished. Large clump looking areas. I didn't like the idea of them using a pumices that they use on other people. Buy the small pumice for goodness sakes. Will not go back. read more

What a treat! Blue Nails in Mustang did not disappoint. I will admit, I did splurge a little on the collagen pedicure at the highest price point, $55. But let me tell you, it is so worth it. This man is taking his time with me even when others are waiting and they're nearing closing time. I don't feel like a number in this chair. The aroma of the "#5 perfume" collagen spa pedicure is to die for. They are kind and gracious here. Not a fan of how the massage chairs giggles my fat, but that's a personal problem. This is the worst dip I have ever gotten. Should have only took 30 mins to do but took over a hour and a half when I had an appointment. Went through multiple different people who all acted like they did not know what they were doing. I spent 45$ on nails that look really bad. When I tried and get a refund he said that they looked fine and nothing wrong with them so he didn't have to give refund. If you want some nails done by ammuters then go here but if you want your nails done good go anywhere else but here. They charge outrageous prices for a horrible nail salon. Also if I say the nails are not up to my expectations then you need to fix it for me. Very disappointed and will never be going back to this establishment again. read more
