I've been addicted to her for 5 years I've been a nail biter all of my life and I have never had a nail tech as good as Mary. Her work is absolutely flawless. I was very picky to start and would not leave until they were perfect to me because if they're not I will literally bite them off within 3 days. Husbands who care about how their wives are treated go somewhere else. Not sure why I received a deluxe pedicure when I paid for a basic, and my wife who ordered the deluxe received the basic. We were very clear on our order but the techs must know better how to spend our money for us. Also wondering why the young lady on my left was able to dry her nails under a dryer but my wife was not. Her nails were not even cut square like she asked. Could it be that my presence created expectations of a larger tip? Methinkso. Imagine their disappointment when my wife paid the bill and the appropriate tip for services rendered. Most rushed service ever! I originally asked for chrome, I didn't think it was possible to mess up chrome so badly but it was streaky and messy. Even the top coat was streaky. I asked them to redo them all white and it came out even worse... did my toes white and they came out badly as well. It's cheap for a reason y'all. I purchased a $60 gift certificate for my mom for Mother's Day of 2022. She ended up misplacing the certificate and just found it in January of 2023. She was going to use it but it expired SIX months after the purchase date. As a paying customer, I think that is ridiculous. They got the money and in return needed to perform a service. Cash doesn't expire so why should a gift certificate. I am so very disappointed that I wasted my money for it to expire only 6 months later. Very ridiculous. I have gotten my nails done many many times at this salon, but I will not be coming back. read more

This has been my long time favorite salon that I have attended for ab a year now. There prices are affordable ($30 full set) however some nail techs lack in creating various shapes. I often have this problem where my nails are too crooked, one is shorter than the other, too skinny, etc. it is a never ending cycle. I will likely not come back. read more

(MUSTANG OK ) While this salon has GREAT prices and the end results are spot on, I didn't appreciate having to wait 2 1/2 hrs for my service ( with an appointment mind you ) while someone who seemed to be a friend of one of the girls there (could have been the owner), got right in and out within an hour for the same service I came in for (pedicure and nails). She also had an appointment, but shouldn't you finish the people who have been waiting for quite some time before jumping your personal appointment to the front of the line? Several people had been waiting and I heard some unhappy notations other than my own! I understand walk-ins could be waiting longer, but ANY person with an appointment is as important as the next and they should go in order of arrival if you're running behind.. just my personal opinion. BTW, the tech's were working their tails off trying to keep up so made the whole situation even more irritating that this couple ( husband and wife team) were treated like loyalty when they arrived and put on rush while everyone else kept waiting. read more

I would not recommend it. I stopped in for the first time today at 10 a.m. I was told to come on back and to sit in a pedicure chair. I sat there for almost 25 minutes. No one came to turn the water on, or talk to me at all. I finally just got up and left, and no one said anything. I do not recommend Luxury Nails. My nails were so bad when I left. I ask the lady to fix them and she said its just how your nails are... Well I have been getting my nails done for over 20 yrs and I am cosmetologist. I told her it was not my nail. And shejust gives me a hateful look and she was done with me. Well I go home and and sleep on it and decide to go back the next day and talk to the manager and he was the woman's husband and was quite rude himself. I showed him how the white doesn't come all the way over to the side and how lumpy they were and how awful thick they were and all different lengths and all he could say was they look fine and he wouldn't fix them.
