I am just super OCD/Perfectionist when it comes to my nails and they miss the edge of my nails. Nothing you would notice, unless you had my nails up in your face. I understand they are busy at times, but I still do wish they would slow down a little bit and pay a little bit more attention to my nails than to the people around them. Vibe - Although it's fancy, I have not been made to feel that I don't belong or anything like that. I enjoy the decoration theme and appreciate the free complimentary drinks that they have available. The hostess, Katie, is the sweetest. My last visit there I discovered she was only 16 and was impressed. She has a very good head on her shoulders and she definitely deserves a raise. Always polite and respectful. Has very good communication skills.

Well, we found it at Royalty Nail Spa! First off, everyone was very nice and helpful. The pedicure massage chairs were luxurious with many advanced options, including a head massage and heat and air. Most times, those massage chairs hurt my mid and lower back, but these chairs did not. They were perfect! We got the Signature Royalty Pedicure. They quickly put a warm, scented wrap around our necks, then got to work on our feet and legs. Everything was amazing. At the end, we moved to a regular floor chair for a neck massage with lotion scented with tea tree oil, and it was the ideal finish to the pedicure. We will definitely be going back!

Well, turns out I walked in 15 minutes before closing and asked for a mani/pedi with gel fingernails. They took my request in stride. I didn't know they were about to close until they started multitasking with me. At one point I had all three of the employees who were left working on my toes and fingers at the same time. It was a bit hectic and not very relaxing. The finished product looked great, and they stayed a few minutes late to get me done. You couldn't tell they did everything in only 20 minutes. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had. Throughout the entire service, her nails dug into my feet, making what should have been a relaxing experience genuinely uncomfortable. At one point, she even blew on my feet with her mouth, which was shocking and extremely unhygienic. The "massage" was careless, rushed, and lacked any basic level of skill. When she finished, she tapped my leg, said "you're done," and walked away to sit on her phone. She made no effort to clean her tools, adjust the chair, help me put my sandals on, or ensure my polish was dry--basic expectations at any salon. It got worse after I left. By the time I reached my car, my polish was completely smeared. I had to go out of my way to return, only to receive an even worse result. My nail was cut crooked, and instead of correcting the issue properly, she painted over the original polish without removing it, leaving a messy, uneven finish. To top it off, she made a passive-aggressive comment saying, "See, gel polish lasts longer," which was both unprofessional and inappropriate given the situation. This experience was careless, unhygienic, and unprofessional from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this salon. I would also like to know that any positive review you see is likely incentivized. They offer a free cuticle oil if you leave them a positive review.
