I asked for John specifically but was told he didn't work there, and a technician named Jade did my builder gel nails. Unfortunately, the nails were pretty, along with the design I chose but they were lumpy and the shape was off. These photos are after I asked the manager to fix them (she did some filing to the sides and shaped them well)They were kind enough to give me a call and acknowledge their mistake of telling me that John no longer worked there and that they were sorry I wasn't satisfied with my nails, as well as saying I could get a refund next time I come in. When I returned today, Jade questioned my dissatisfaction, and John redid my builder gel nails. He did great with the shaping and filing, they're so smooth and feel great, but the design still wasn't what I expected. John usually does a great job but this time the design was pretty messy and not what I truly wanted, and I always show a reference picture. They did offer a 50% discount, but given the stress and confusion, I expected a better outcome especially since these nails are important to me because they are for my 21st birthday.
