I just can't justify the pricing for the quality of nails received. I really wanted to like them, tipped her good, because I was there for exactly 2 hours for a simple acrylic set, it was clear she did not how to do this and kept telling me how difficult it is which is extremely unprofessional coming from someone who also has experience in the beauty industry. My boyfriend had to come in and make sure I was still alive due to it taking longer than normal, lol. I have had this exact set plenty of times before because it's my go to, and it has always looked much better for way cheaper. I even specifically asked for regular polish, not gel because it always chips but she did gel. I will not be back. read more

When we walked in, I said our appointment was for 2:30, but could you see us earlier and the owner Mimi said, 'yes, right this way' and I asked if we could use the restroom first and she said sure. Then I came back and was told me I'd have to wait. It's bad business practice. Mimi could have initially said 'No, I'm sorry we are busy today- you'll have to keep your appointment time' and that would have been fine. We wouldn't have minded waiting. But to provide less than mediocre service the first time we came, then to handle us as you did today- you stink. You don't treat customers like that. Once, sure. We all have bad days, but twice? No thank you. I'm guessing you have plenty of regular, established customers that come in and that's why you're still in business. New customers have JUST as much value as established customers. Don't waste your time at this salon and if you go, make sure it is to someone whose work is good. The lady I saw spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to do the pink and white ombré dip and clearly had no idea (even though others at the salon could have done it). In her effort to procrastinate she cut my cuticles and skin above my nails 3 different times even though I told her it hurts. It took 2 hours for dip and then she quoted me 3 different prices. 2 days later my skin still burns from being torn up, the manicure looks bad, and none of the shapes match up. I put two stars instead of one cause she spent so long trying to figure it out. Waste of time. read more

I found this salon by reading google reviews, which were mainly very positive, so I gave them a try. I get my nails dipped and they gave me a sweet gal named Mindy. She is a lovely person and also does an excellent job (I'm very picky and detail oriented). She takes her time to make your nails look perfect. I can't say enough good things about her. I have tried nearly every nail salon in the area and I couldn't be happier to have found this one! The staff is very well-trained and knowledgeable (I have worked with several of them). I really like how clean it is and the fact that the tools are sterilized. Mimi is wonderful. She does great work, is very personable and very professional. i was a return client, but it's been a while cause I moved away for a bit. Decided to give it a shot since I've liked the place in the past...not today! My nails are not even fully colored or shapen well. Still rough and there are what looks like to be little air bubbles. My toes weren't even clipped, so that's great. And the massage? Literally the worst nail salon I have been to. Short staffed and they let two regular customers get their nails done in front of me. I'm sorry, but if you want more regular customers, treat new ones with respect. My friend got hers done, but I had to wait the whole time and didn't end up getting mine done because the wait time was so long. I used to get my nails done here often, several years ago, when my job had flexible hours and I had more spending money. I used to return weekly because it was a great price and that they did an exceptional job, additionally the place was neat and the staff friendly. I had an afternoon off for the first time in years and decided it was time to treat myself and get my nails done. It must have changed ownership in the last few years. The place is now awful, it looks dismal and dirty and it is overpriced for the quality of my manicure. similarly to the other reviewer, I could have done a better job myself. My once beautiful, strong nails are now stripped and ruined. Also there was a man smoking outside when I pulled up which may not bother some but it repulsed me, I should have turned around at that sight but I didn't listen to myself. There is nothing spa like or relaxing about a technician that smells like smoke. the only thing positive I can say is that the girl who did my nails was sweet, but I will not be going back.
