Do the deluxe spa pedicure! The wax on the manicure is wonderful, I'd never done that, but I loved how soft it made my hands. I loved the hot rock massage on the pedicure. Got a regular manicure, and it was so nice. Definitely found my nail place. Got a matte gel manicure. Just as pleased if not more so. My gel manicure has lasted a lot longer than I expected and even though it is more than past time to take it off it still doesn't look to bad. I think it's almost been a month. Obviously there's been nail growth, and being right handed my right hand looks more worn. The very top of my thumb and index and middle finger are starting to show. The right side of my thumb is starting to lift up a little. My index finger has peeled a little. On my left hand my thumb, index, and pinky are starting to lift up. I really love this place. Please remember these photos are after a month with a matte gel manicure. They looked incredible when I first got them. I think they lasted a good two weeks before the first nail started to lift. read more

I wouldn't recommend this salon based off my experience. The staff was nice, but I'm disappointed with my nails. I previously had dip on my nails from a different salon, and wanted it removed, and shellac applied. They charged me $5 to remove the dip since it wasn't "at their salon". The color of my nails is not the color of what was is on the display color they give you to chose from. It is way brighter and more blue. Lastly, the nail tech cut my cuticle during my manicure, the shape of my nails is terrible, and the gel is on my cuticles and even spills onto my finger. read more

Today has been a busy day, with birthday celebrating and all. But, all I wanted was a much needed pedicure. I headed over to XO Nails around 7 pm. As I was walking in wiht my little sister, she noticed on the door that they close at 7. I apologized and said we'd come back. They smiled and waived us in, saying "no problem, come in" I got a fantastic pedicure and manicure. We didn't walk out until nearly 9. I assume it was the owner but she asked us to fill out a piece of paper with our names and birthdates and such. My sister told her that it was my birthday today, and she got really excited for me and gave me a free bottle of lotion since I had already paid for my mani/pedi. (I think they give you a discount, or a free mani for your birthday... I'm not sure exactly.) There was another lady in the shop. She was incredibly picky. I'm talking OCD to the maximus picky. It took the poor nail tech over an hour to simply "fix" the pickiness. He did it happily. He wasn't short in his answers, he tried and and tried to make them exactly perfect for this client. There wasn't even any chit chat in a different language. He just kept fixing. He helped her with her keys and called her by name and said "Thank you" as she left. That says a lot about the level of customer service this shop delivers. I love this place. read more

I have 3 daughters and we all like having our nails and brows done here. The nail polish stays on, the service is great and they are really good with designs on your nails, as well as giving kids the same service as the adults. I don't feel cheated when I pay for my 7 year old to get her nails done too. Prices are average except on days they have specials, and they are really great prices. They aren't pushy either. I have two young adult girls and they both only go to XO nails to get their brows waxed. read more

UPDATE 10/13/17 I'm still going to see Michelle monthly & couldn't be happier!! She does a terrific job on facial wax & pedi's too. All employee's are VERY respectful of their clients. Calm, low-key atmosphere. See quite a few men come in 4 pedi's as well. Appt. on 9/2/16. to fix poor job of another "designer nail place"salon. The ladies were all very nice & careful not to sound harsh about other salon's poor job done. Michelle did my nails & I would definitely recommend her. She communicates very well in English. She carefully & wonderfully fixed the poor job done. The excessive acrylic was soaked off, not peeling it off thus ruining the nail bed. They were constantly busy the hr or so I was there (4p). I'm going back for sure! There were quite a few customers getting waxes so I'm going to try that as well. A variety of ethnicities & wide-range of ages for clients & all warmly welcomed. I go here almost every time I get my nails done. I got the color changing gel polish and it peeled and cracked in less than 5 days. I went back in to have them change the color thinking it was just the brand of polish. I was still charged $20(just to change the color), and a full gel manicure is $25. I just had my nails done less than a week ago. Not happy at all, especially since I'm a consistent customer. Not any longer, do not go here because if you want your nails fixed they will charge you almost as much as a full gel manicure, just to fix what shouldn't have had to be fixed for another 10 days or so. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. read more

I've been here several times as a walk-in and also made appointments. Service and prices are great and keeps me coming back! The regular nail polish selection is not a varied but I've brought in my own polish before and haven't had any problems. Shellac manicure comes with paraffin hand wax treatment which is nice! I appreciate this place because it is easily accessible and open on Sunday's (except during the winter months). Check it out - you won't find many places with similar low prices! read more

Went there for a pampering day with a bride and her maids. Got a mani and pedi. The pedi was great except she cut my toe and made me bleed. But I wasn't to worried about that. When it came to my mani she filed my nail and filed my skin down and I began to bleed again. I wasn't to worried until I looked at my big toe not knowing it was cut... My toe is infected now!! I walked In to get a pedicure and the lady was very nice and talkative, they didn't have a ton of color choices, and A LOT of shades of red. A massage is included with the regular pedicure but she didn't really spend a lot of time on it and wasn't very thorough. And the paint job was simply okay. The people were friendly and funny and I've had worse pedicure experiences, but it definitely wasn't anything great. read more
