BROW HEAVEN - I…read morehighly recommend this place to anyone picky about their brows. I started coming here just a few months ago and I wish I would have discovered them sooner. I have always done threading instead of waxing because it is much cheaper and my skin seems to react better to it, so I had put off coming here for a long time. However, after a few questionable threading sessions at the mall, I decided to start taking better care of my brows and give this place a try. I'm so happy I did because the results have been incredible. To start your journey to perfect brows - The first thing you need is a brow mapping. The aesthetician here will measure out your face and draw on lines to make sure the spacing and angles are perfect and symmetrical. This is a bit more expensive than the normal eyebrow waxing, but you definitely need it. After this initial appointment, the brow maintenance waxes are a bit cheaper. They are really great about not over waxing and they will leave places alone that need to fill in a bit before your next appointment. I recommend scheduling maintenance brow waxes about every five weeks to keep your brows on track for success. They have online scheduling through their website and it's very easy to use. You will need to pay a deposit of half the price when you make the appointment online. So for normal brow maintenance waxes, you pay $12.50 at the time you schedule the appointment and another $12.50 once the appointment is complete. Make sure you are able to make your appointments because they are very strict about refunds. This stresses me out, but I understand why it's a necessary policy. I have heard good things about most of their aestheticians. I have always used Jenn for my brows just because she had availability back when I initially made my first appointment. She's wonderful, but I think you can't go wrong with anyone here. They are also taking really great COVID precautions. They have opened up to masked appointments only, with clients waiting in their cars and texting when they arrive. Only one client is in the salon at once. They are being super safe and sanitary so you don't need to worry about putting off making an appointment any longer! Please please please for your own sake just start coming here for your brow needs.

The front desk staff is fabulous and sharp! Payment is made easy by having a card on file. Appointments are never a problem. And getting a discount on your first service was a very pleasant surprise. I can think I am beginning to see the benefits of regular waxing and so I will continue to use their services. They do offer packages. I didn't opt into this service but I may in the future. *Note they do have a 9 min (NINE MINUTE) late rule. Don't be late or you will be rescheduled.

My wife and I have known her for years, so just imagine how awkward that could have been. She is a total professional and we spend so much time talking and laughing that at times I completely forget that I'm not covered down there. It will only be as awkward as you let it. After years of shaving and plucking and the razorburn and in-grown hairs that go with it, i can say that I will never go back to doing that to remove unwanted hair! I called around 9:30 and was able to get an appointment at noon the same day. Located on the second floor of the Oklahoma Tower, Park Avenue is easy to find and located right in the heart of downtown. I arrived on time for my appointment and was immediately taken to a chair. The place is larger than I was expecting. Plenty of chairs and it doesn't feel crowded. Angela cut my hair and she's now got a new client in me. Fantastic cut, I was in and out in less than a half hour. The price was a little higher than your local chain haircut place, but not that much higher. When you factor in the convenience of having the joint downtown and close to work it's well worth it. I was able to get a cut, eat lunch, and make it back to the office in less than an hour. Very glad I found Park Avenue, I'll return soon.

Once we were in the room, my wife's massage therapist asked her if she wanted hot stones and another service that I couldn't quite hear. I turned to my massage therapist and asked if I could get hot stones as well. Her response was simply, "I don't do those." As the massage continued, I told her that I prefer heavier pressure because what she was doing was much too light. She then told me, "I don't give deep tissue massages." I wasn't necessarily asking for a full deep tissue massage. I was asking for more pressure. The massage was so light that I literally started laughing because it felt like I was being tickled. I apply lotion to my own body with more pressure than I received during this massage. If my wife had not been there getting her massage, I honestly would have gotten off the table and left. What made the experience even more disappointing was the difference in service at the end. My wife was given a warm towel to wipe the excess oil from her body. I wasn't offered one and ended up having to use paper towels from the wall. For a $250 massage bill, plus a $50 tip, I expected a much higher level of service, consistency, and attention to the customer's preferences. This was our anniversary, so we were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the experience together. Instead, I left feeling like the quality of my massage did not come close to matching what we paid. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Three Graces Day Spa.
