The individual that greeting me at the door was super sweet. However, the older lady that provided my pedicure was rude and dismissive. Especially after I told her I was only interested in the classic pedicure. Visiting from out of state, CA, I would expect a better attitude in OK. Maybe it was my Minnesota shirt. Not sure. I had a similar experience as another reviewer. Save your time and money and go somewhere more professional. I had a dip manicure and gel pedicure done on Saturday. I've had to go back twice and had to have the dip completely removed and it's only Monday. No offer of a refund. They did offer to redo them but my natural nails are in terrible condition now. read more

I went to this place for a regular short acrylic full set with no polish. When I arrived, they said that it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting for an hour, I got up to leave and after seeing me walk to the door, a lady stated that they were ready for me. I sat in the chair to get my nails done and the lady asked me if I was from the area. I stated yes and did not think much of it. Then I realized that I was the only black person in the salon and it seemed like they weren't enthused to do my nails. Then after the lady started doing my nails, she stated that the cost would be $50 for the set which is pretty pricey for a short set with no polish. I told the lady that I was not going to pay $50 for a full set when my co-worker came in the day before and they charged her $40 with a gel set. My co-worker is white, keep in mind. So the lady proceeds to cut my nails off and I left with cut scraggly nails. Never again!!!! Beware of this place... Especially if you are a black person. It's clear that they do not want our business. I will never go here again. read more

Nice people could be a bit faster but good customer service. When they do something wrong they are quick to fix it.

I have been trying to look for a new spa to call home for a while now after just moving to the city for college. I drove 20 mins out of my way to try this place and boy was it worth it! Lily took FANTASTIC care of me. She was extremely attentive and very caring. She gave me a pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've ever had. I have went here twice to get a pedicure and both times they have caused me to have ingrown toenails on every single toe. The lady doing my nails also had me stick my feet into someone else's USED water. My friend came with me and they didnt even paint her toenails fully and she had to ask them to fix it. The woman had an attitude about it and started talking crap to the other nail techs. Do not go here! read more

I was part of a small group that came in with an appointment to get our nails and toes done before a wedding. From the moment I arrived and was seated in a pedicure chair, the woman assigned to do my pedicure had an awful attitude with me for no reason. I picked my gel color but then asked to switch to a different color before she had even started my pedicure at all, so this should have been no big deal. She audibly huffed and puffed about this and returned with my new color. The entire group I was with even heard her doing this from across the room. I had chosen the deluxe pedicure that included a warm towel wrap and massage. She took shortcuts and did not perform all things included in the service. The "massage" consisted of her digging her knuckles into my toes (not my feet, the bones of my toes, ouch) and hitting the tops of my feet with her hands-all the while visibly rolling her eyes! It was so painful I had to lean forward and say "ouch, please stop" at least 3 times. She rolled her eyes countless times during the pedicure and kept turning off the massage chair for no reason. After the pedicure was finished, she moved me over to the manicure section. When I told her I wanted my fingernails clipped a little bit, she held the nail clippers over a fingernail to see if that length was okay, it was too short and before I could open my mouth to say that it was too short, she clipped. I told her "that's okay, but can we make all the other nails a bit longer and that one will just have to be a little shorter?" I'm assuming she ignored me even though we were about 10 inches away from eachother. She then proceeded to clip the second fingernail even shorter. THEN she asked me if the length was okay. I said "no, but please just make them all the same length at this point," still trying to be cordial to her even though I was very frustrated. I selected a dipping powder color (the color was off white), and she dipped my nails with the first layer. I know that dipping powder can take a few layers for the true color to show, but the first layer was so clear looking that I asked her if she could dip one single nail a few times so I could see what it would look like on my nail after a few layers. She did so, and you could see my ENTIRE nail underneath the powder. No color at all, especially not an off-white. She acted angry and I asked her to bring over the color samples so we could compare. I put my 3-times dipped nail next to the nail sample and they were night and day different. At this point, I told her that I didn't want to continue the manicure and to please take off the powder so I could leave. She groaned so loud at this request that the manager, Hannah, who was doing my friend's nails about 15 feet away could hear and came over to ask what was wrong. I told her that I had a horrible experience and that I was ready to leave. She did offer to change my color but at that point, my strong, long, natural nails had already been ruined. The woman that had done my toes and *some nails angrily took me up to the payment counter, charged me for the pedicure, and glared at the receipt as I signed as if to pressure me into a tip. The ENTIRE experience here was extremely uncomfortable and the manager, Hannah, should have not let her charge me for anything because she herself witnessed everything. She allowed her employee to treat me like complete garbage and physically hurt me. Asking if I want another color and not doing anything further is not acceptable. I hope this review helps someone and saves them from PHYSICAL PAIN and from being treated horribly. When I called and spoke with Hannah, I was told there is nothing she can do because I called past the 24 hour cutoff. I fully understand store policies and respect that, however, I was in a wedding the following day and traveling the day after that and did not have time to call and recap what she had already witnessed herself. Save yourself from this woman and this establishment! read more

This place is unprofessional and needs to be reported to BBB. They changed the price of my fills every time I went in, they would say "five dollar more for thick nails and another five dollar for long nails." Just crazy! Please don't break a nail because the owner will harass you about it every time you go in (she's the one at the first nail station). I asked them just to charge me for my broken nail but that didn't stop the owner from talking down to me. I spend a lot of money on my nails and expect to be treated like a client paying you money but if you don't want my business, no problem. read more
