Very friendly employees. They make sure you are satisfied with your nails and also have a two week guarantee to fix any issues with your nails (chips, breaks, etc..)

She even created a skin care plan for me when I was preparing for my wedding last year. Sara is very knowledgeable about the product she uses and offers. This is the only place local I've found that offers Eminence, which is an organic product line. I'm hooked on it! It costs comparative to other luxury skin care products but I love that it's organic and natural. Sara is never pushy about purchasing product, but is more concerned about which would be best for you and your specific skin issues, and products that resolve multiple issues you might have. She's also very creative in using product for what's currently going on with your skin. I've had facials at other places before, and sometimes it seems they just follow a basic product regimen, or is limited. You can tell Sara really enjoys what she does and the products she provide because she get's creative with it! So why, if I love her service so much, wouldn't I give a 5 star? Really, it's a small reason, and it's mainly preference: Her office is a spa co-op space, meaning there are multiple service vendors in one building. There's NEVER a noise level or service issue, but it's just a little cramped for me. Once I get on the table and relaxed though, I don't want to leave! Her office is decorated very nice and simple, not kitschy or over-decorated. I'm sure that it helps keep the cost of her services down, so I'm totally okay with that!

My face looks so much better, from the first time that I went to see her, I can finally go out without foundation. It was really hard for me to go out I had acne, dark spots, redness I was picking on my face all the time. I thank her everytime that I look in the mirror . I RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. My mother in law went to see her she loves it. And she has some products they are so good, just go and try it you will thank me later.

Wow, where to begin?! I am so lucky to have found Jenny. I had been going to another esthetician…read morefor about 2 years prior to finding Jenny and was so displeased with her unprofessionalism and quality of service. I was fed up, and also wanting a service done that my old esthetician didn't provide. By chance I found Jenny, and haven't looked back and that was almost two years ago. Not only is Jenny sweet, clean and talented - she is genuinely invested in her clients. Not only does she know what she's doing, but she's not going to suggest anything unnecessary. I asked her about her different facial and peel options, and when she could've up sold me and tried to talk me into her most expensive peel, she listened to what I was wanting and used her knowledge of my skin type to suggest a peel that was better suited to my skin - which has never looked better than it does now. I see Jenny every two weeks and use her for everything from skincare products to waxing to skin treatments. I could never go see anyone else. (Keep in mind: she also does airbrushed makeup. I haven't ever used her for it, but I've seen her work and it is impeccable. Perfect for special occasions like weddings or photo shoots.)

For the past couple of months I've missed my hair appointments because of life being unpredictable…read moreand my regular stylist's packed schedule. I needed to find someone new, but after my last experience with another stylist when my hair was turned purple and orange, I've been reluctant to look elsewhere. After searching on Google, I found The Willow Organic Salon. Today was my first appointment. I'm so happy. Brittany did a great job. My hair was dry and brassy and she fixed it without using harmful chemicals. I look forward to my next appointment.

PRESSURE-BASED CONSENT…read more I HIGHLY do not recommend this salon. Would give 0 if I could. I chose this salon because I'm pregnant and wanted the low toxins even though my OB said it's fine for me to be around the dye in the second trimester. I came in after my hair was a deep red color from a salon doing it. I asked for them to do a color correction and really just move me more away from red and closer to my natural (I showed her pics and told her my natural has a bit of red already. I just didn't want the vibrant red). Still swore to me up and down she could get me there. Kailey started with a conditioning treatment, washing my hair and other things and as I was under the heat lamps, tells me to sign the paperwork and gives me the price. $360. What was I going to do at this point under the heat lamps? Refuse to sign their no refund and say no to the cost and leave with product in my hair? This is called pressure-based consent. She started on my hair- what was a decent red (just wanted a bit of my natural hair back in it) And it turned orange and blotchy. I understand that, that vibrant red is a process. My hormones may be affecting the color. I can't keep going to different people who don't know my hair. I signed a no refund agreement. So there are things I know I did not do correctly. But my first biggest mistake was not running. She did a choppy job. I would have stayed with the red-which like I said was fine, just not what I wanted then be orange and choppy. If she was honest up front and said, hey I am going to try but it may look like xyz, then I would have been okay with it. But promising me she can get me to my natural, was not the move. Now I will give it to Kailey-she was kind and explained what she did wrong and then the manager called me. I said, "I will just call my bank" she said, "You signed the waiver and you don't want to do that because we will pull your no refund agreement and have to fight it and we've done that before with another client" I told her Kailey said "if you're not wanting a refund and prefer a refund I'll reach out to my manager/owner." When I told her that she said, "I read your messages and you said refund first." Which I did, but why respond that way and why start on my hair and THEN tell me to sign it all? Again, pressure based consent/ soft cohesion. She told me to stop going to different people to do my hair- which I agree with and should have NEVER went to them regardless of "nontoxic chemicals". I went back to my salon I went to most of my 20's. She said this isn't even cut straight and she was in shock at how blotchy, orange, and bad it looked. She got me to my natural in one sitting for $95 and then I will have a touch up in a few weeks. Although the willow was overly nice, I feel like pricing+consent timing is something they need to work on and communication after the fact. Not put you in a position you feel like you have to pay for something you won't even actually get. They refuse to do a refund but offered to "fix it". I refuse to go in there and let them pretend to know what they are doing. Below are pics. Where I started, what I paid $360 for at the Willow and then what was accomplished for $95. Not to mention an even cut!
