Always friendly with fantastic quality service. Jenny and everyone there is wonderful.

I've been looking for a new salon, I moved to Edmond from Bethany and I heard really good things about this nail salon so I decided to walk-in and give it a try, I did not have an appointment but after walking in someone said they would be with me in fifteen minutes. I took a seat and some younger girl came to me and said they did not have time to get me in today. She didn't offer to make an appointment, she didn't say anything else to me so I left, I would have made an appointment if she offered but they apparently did not want my business. read more

Jenni & Spring have done my nails for years. They are always friendly and do an excellent job! I wouldn't go any where else!

Good nail spa. Their prices have jumped $10.00 quickly. Probably to pay for their recent remodeling.

Well... my best friend and I went for pedicures and full sets and after spending over 2 hours their we left spending $220 and beyond unsatisfied the lady that did my friends nails did horrible she is missing chunks of nail as well as she was not even able to do what she wanted color was beyond darker than she requested and the just look bad will not be returning again read more

I went in today to get my USUAL PEDI! ive been coming for years and some lady who has never done my pedi begins adding to the price then begins to insult me in front of customers insinuating that the Price was not a big deal! The fact that i told her several times what service i get and she debate with me about it was rude and very discriminatory.yes i am a black woman who went in and had to wait, be embarrassed and get fees assed on read more

Awesome service! Work very professional and quick! I was skeptical at first but will definitely be coming back! Refill was 35 +3 for fixing one of my nails. read more

Awful experience here... I made an appointment and upon arrival they said they wouldn't have time to do both services that I made an appointment for, and that I had to pick which service I wanted more. Two hours later I got a pedicure where the gel polish wasn't working (clumping up), so I left with three toes of polish on. They only took $10 off my balance. To top it off they had no regard to the time they were taking and kept accepting walk in clients. Never again... read more

Came in for a pedicure this morning. It was ok. Massage was good but she cut a toe nail too short it bled. Came back for a manicure this afternoon. She only did the manicure on one hand and when I asked why she wasn't filing, pushing the cuticle or buffing my left hand like she did my right hand, she looked confused and went over it very quick resulting in cutting my finger. I even asked if something was wrong and if I should come back at another time. She didn't say anything. Disappointed. I won't be back. read more

After being a long time customer the owner was made a rude and disrespectful comment and I will never go back.

Everyone was so nice to me and I was so pleased with the service and skill! Very convenient for anyone interested in supporting local! Super sweet staff read more

This was my first time visiting the salon and I was not disappointed. I really appreciate that they take their time doing your nails, no one seemed rushed. Normally when I leave my last salon that I was going to my nails would feel really bulky and like they weren't shaped very well. This place did an amazing job and everything feels really good! Definitely recommend them! read more

They did a great job on my nails. The place was clean, the chairs were decent. They were still opening when I got here, which is fine considering I came in about 20 mins prior to them actually being open. The atmosphere was what I was looking for, mostly. I come to the nail shop to relax so I really don't like a whole of noise or talking. When I first came in, there was a lot of talking, but none of it was to me. But after they got everything situated, the conversations pretty much ceased, or at the very least were held at much quieter volume. She took her time on my nails, made sure that I was pleased with the result before moving on to the next phase. I would come back again. read more

Second time here, and I vow to no go anywhere else for manicures again. I'm crazy in love with my newest set, especially after a botched set before these. I'd recommend this place to everyone for both manicures and pedicures. They have fair prices, and are very honest about everything. They give you what you want every time! read more

Every nail tech always does a great job! Was disappointed when I found out that my regular was no longer here but I went in today for shellac and Jennifer did my nails. She was awesome! Everything is always clean, the work they do is quality, and you get a great value for your $. I have tried most of the nail places in Edmond and this one is my favorite BY FAR! read more

I have visited Tip Top Nails a couple of times and its really just...not that great. I visited here because it is literally right by my house. This last visit however, I was super unhappy with the outcome. I had a pedicure and got dip on my nails. First of all, the pedicures are timed depending on which one you purchase which is kind of strange to me. If you get the basic pedicure, the nail tech grabs the timer first and sets it for 25 mins before she starts. This last time I went, she barely cut my nails for me but sure finished right as the timer went off. I usually have Spring do my dip and she is AMAZING at it. However, she was not available this time so I had one of the guys do it for me. I went in on Thursday, and my DIP chipped on FRIDAY. The next day. Of course, when I need them to be perfect for my bridal shower that weekend :/ I went back a few days later and had the owner (or maybe she's just the manager, not sure) fix the chipped nail for me. She asked me who did them and I told her the guy that's usually working...she told me next time I have him do DIP for me that I "need to tell him to do it thicker, he always does it too thin and that is why it chips" lol what?! Shouldn't she be telling her employee how to correctly do nails?? Not the client?! Anyway, it has been less than two weeks since I had the dip done, I now have multiple chipped nails (including the one the owner/manager JUST fixed for me!!) and toe nails that I will be fixing myself today. read more

My first visit here was great, I was gobsmacked by the amount of nail colors and my set lasted! My first set was done by Ethan, and I was impressed enough to go to this salon regularly. It's small and quiet and I liked that no one tried to push me into getting a pedi despite my wearing sandals like I've had happen at other salons. I have a fear of people touching my feet and it is really awkward to refuse several times in a row in the same visit and this has been the reason I left my last salon. The people here always did what I asked as I asked it and got me in and out. For this, I wish I could give at least four stars. However, my last visit was just very subpar. I went in and got a full set with gel done. The manicure was very painful, messy, and the nails were never compared hand to hand, so they are all uneven in length with two that slant diagonally at the top. My gel has silver glitter from a different polish (mine was red with no silver glitter) that probably got picked up into the top coat from another set. It isn't a complete disaster, but just very disapointing for something I sink 40-50 in and that I got done before a special dinner. It's not noticable to a third party, but I feel frusterated each time I look at my nails when I usually feel a sense of pride and prettiness in them. I don't need a refund, and there is no way I can fit a fix between now and my next appointment, I just feel really frusterated that this happened on a slow afternoon and I really hope they are more attentive in my future visits. I will be back and I am hoping this was just a fluke and my first two visits weren't just happy accidents. To any one looking to come in, I would definately suggest Ethan for acrylic sets and gel, he has done an amazing job both times and is very particular on how he sculpts. He always sets it thick on the nail, making it much less likely to break and hurt the nail bed, especially as it grows out. They have the most cat eye colors I've ever seen, and more dip colors than I could try in a year. They don't have hot wax for hand dipping, and of course I've never tried the pedis, but of your current salon is lacking in colors, it would be worth coming to get a set here and getting like a $15 treatment at another salon. read more

I've been to this salon several times and they usually do a good job, but I got cut three times on my last visit and the tech still tried to trim the cuticle on a finger that had already bled. My nails look fine, but the pain and lack of care will keep me from coming back. Also, they offer a rewards card, but you only get stamps by paying with cash or check. Not an ideal experience. read more

Literally the ONLY thing that could've been better is if I could've had an ombré design with Dip Powder (but I understand why they don't do it... takes forever!!!) I ended up doing acrylic. It's been years since I've used it, so I thought why not!? Let me start by saying I'm VERY picky ab my nail shape. I do a point and if it's crooked or has a Knick or whatever, it annoys me and I'll pick at it until I ruin it. Curtis was very patient with me while I chose my colors and my shape is literally ON POINT! Curtis was social and quick... and above all, quality work! At any other place I would feel $50 is too high but seeing as how I got every nail tipped and they are pretty long... I didn't mind! I'll pay more for good work! Will definitely be returning... FINALLY a salon I can go back to!! I just moved to Edmond and was beginning to worry! read more

I have been here in the past years ago for a pedicure, and I have always remembered it to be a great place. I went into get a powder dip removed + new dip. I should've read the reviews that they take their time.. because they definitely do. I was there for almost 2 hours. However, I really did love the staff, and I loved their interaction with other customers around me. It seemed like everyone were regulars there, which confirms great quality each time. I will be back, however I will just need to allot a little bit more time. read more

I arrived not expecting too much. I mean, how awesome could a nail salon be? The staff here are phenomenal! While getting a pedicure, I repeatedly apologized for kicking the nail tech (very ticklish). She was cool about it and asked what I was comfortable with, which was nice. The nail tech who did my fingernails was helpful in informing me of other services the shop offers. All-in-all, I experienced a welcoming, calm environment with a friendly, knowledgable staff. Came in on a Saturday morning and they were very busy! We still got taken care of pretty fast! All of our pedis look great and the staff was very friendly. The place I normally go to get my nails done was fully booked and I had heard good things about this place so I decided to give it a try. I booked my appointment for 4pm and got there around 3:55. I waited in the waiting area until 4:35 when they were ready for me. My nail tech got switched halfway through to a completely different person which was odd. The techs seemed a little rushed which I didn't love. My nails did however turn out great and I really like them, I just wish that I had been able to get in at 4 like my appointment was scheduled and I also wish the techs didn't seem so rushed. read more
