    I went into Deka in Yukon and the Young technician guided me to remove my eye make up with their…read moreproduct at the sink. I had an immediate reaction to this product that is branded with Deka. My eyes immediately turned red, bloodshot, burning on fire, and Haze covered my eyes. My technician asked her coworker. If her coworker had ever had an experience and her coworker said that this particular product irritates her eyes as well. She was very apologetic and kind. We had to immediately flush and rinse my eyes and nothing was working. After trying everything we could I ended up canceling my appointment and barely made it home because of my vision and the burning. When I got home I sent my technician a text message asking for the ingredients of the product because I was going to have to have an emergency eye doctor visit and I also wanted to know how the owner wanted me to handle that visit to my eye doctor and my technician indicated that the manager was on the phone with the owner and that someone would be getting back with me ASAP. Not one person has called me or reached out to me in four hours and I think this is horrific customer experience. To not even have a little bit of humanitarianism to reach out and check on me. I am sure that the Young technician showed the images to the owner and to the store manager because they were offering me free services but no one has reached out what kind of human being doesn't have enough compassion to reach out and see if someone's OK are they that worried that there's gonna be a lawsuit or a situation that we have forgotten what it's like to be a human being and care about somebody and that's what makes me angry about this entire experience. Everybody has different reactions to products, and I understand that but the lack of humanism in this whole experience is infuriating and I am sharing my experience with everyone. I will not go back to this place and I will share my personal opinions and my personal experience with everyone that I come in contact with about how the leadership of this organization handled this situation I would not recommend this business in my personal opinion.

    I've gone to Brittany a few times for a Brazilian. Today I had an appointment and knew I was…read morerunning a little behind because of traffic... so I called 10 minutes before to notify her. She tells me that it's ok and to come anyways. I get there and she waits until we walk into the room to tell me that she won't be able to give me full service and that she can only give me half service because she doesn't have enough time. She tells me that her next client will be there in 20 minutes which is a lie because it take almost a hour to get through a full Brazilian.. I've timed her service in the past. I then ask if she has a grace period in between clients and she tells me no.... she schedules her clients back to back. This definitely doesn't make any sense because she would need to clean the room and get product together for her next client. I declined her "half" service because she was going to charge me full price for a half service. She then tells me that even though she's NOT giving me service that she will be charging me full price. This is not the way to handle a loyal customer who was less then 10 mins late. She's been late herself or even ran out to her vehicle to grab something for herself before her service and I've never questioned her about it but the moment your on time client is late you treat them like this!? She's lost a loyal customer.
