Two different stylists worked while I watched (just along for the ride, I guess). Long hair blowout looked good. Nicely done and flattering. Shorter, layered hair was quite the challenge. I watched as the stylist tried and tried, kept adding more gels and products and then tried again. Hair got stiffer and stiffer . . . and when she was done, it didn't look a whole lot different from when we walked in, other than it was plastered in place. This is not just a blow dry bar, this is a full-service salon. The majority of the customers getting blowouts here did have longer hair, or hair that was cut to one length. The layers must have really thrown the stylist off . . . which is weird. The following day, I was told it took two separate deep shampoos to get all of the junk out of her hair. Wow, if that had been me, I would have rated this place with several less stars. Only reason they get 3 stars is because the one stylist did do a nice job on the long hair, and I will give Flaunt credit for that.

My eyes immediately turned red, bloodshot, burning on fire, and Haze covered my eyes. My technician asked her coworker. If her coworker had ever had an experience and her coworker said that this particular product irritates her eyes as well. She was very apologetic and kind. We had to immediately flush and rinse my eyes and nothing was working. After trying everything we could I ended up canceling my appointment and barely made it home because of my vision and the burning. When I got home I sent my technician a text message asking for the ingredients of the product because I was going to have to have an emergency eye doctor visit and I also wanted to know how the owner wanted me to handle that visit to my eye doctor and my technician indicated that the manager was on the phone with the owner and that someone would be getting back with me ASAP. Not one person has called me or reached out to me in four hours and I think this is horrific customer experience. To not even have a little bit of humanitarianism to reach out and check on me. I am sure that the Young technician showed the images to the owner and to the store manager because they were offering me free services but no one has reached out what kind of human being doesn't have enough compassion to reach out and see if someone's OK are they that worried that there's gonna be a lawsuit or a situation that we have forgotten what it's like to be a human being and care about somebody and that's what makes me angry about this entire experience. Everybody has different reactions to products, and I understand that but the lack of humanism in this whole experience is infuriating and I am sharing my experience with everyone. Overall they have long lines when you go in, there are few people working behind the counter. I usually have experienced average customer service from the techs at the counter. i have only had one tech that went above and beyond. Today, was the worst experience ever. I went to pick up a script for my son and the girl behind the counter had an attitude already with the customer prior. Very passive aggressive with an attitude. She asked if I was paying with GoodRx, I stated no, my son has insurance. She then stated that the script was for tablets. I did not get the correlation between the insurance not covering because the script was for a different form. Instead of the tech explaining that the insurance would not cover the script due to the fact that they were in a different form and needed to be changed by the doctor, I had to ask a dozen questions to understand the situation. By doing so she became upset and tried not to look at me just the computer. She then stated bye, have a nice day in the most passive aggressive way. Not sure why she is not counting pills out. I have moved pharmacies to a local pharmacy due to this crazy negative attitude. I just wanted to pick up a script and most pharmacies will contact the doctor for you to get this small minor detail fixed so insurance will pay for it in full. Not at this place if its up to this tech. She wants little to do with people and their problems. I had to laugh as I walked out. There are other pharmacies with better service.
