Went there Saturday night with a couple buddies. $10 cover to listen to a wedding singer style cover band that was meh... food came out and was obviously sitting under the heat lamp for a while. I ordered the Almond Mole Chicken which was tasty, but the rice was crunchy. My buddy ordered the fish and chips and his fish was soggy instead of crispy. Expensive for what you get. My husband would have left hungry, especially since they do not serve bread. The service was terrible. Waited 45 min for the waiter to take our drink orders and another 20 to get them. The waiter kept telling us he would be with us soon but then would not come back for ten minutes and then made another excuse for why he couldn't take our orders. read more

Had a great dinner here. Our group shared a coconut shrimp which was great. My husband and I tried the juicy Lucy burger and the Cliff burger and our server, Mitch, was so kind and accommodating. He knew we wanted to each try each other's burgers so he said they would cut them in half, and then when he served them to us he had already had them split so we each had one of each burger half on our plate and half of each fry (I wanted to try the sweet potato fries). The sweet potato fries are more like quartered sweet potatoes, fried. Big wedges. They were good, though I think I would've preferred them a little bit smaller cut. The regular fries are thick cut and curly and also good. I liked both burgers but thought the Cliff house was a little bit better. The juicy Lucy had a homemade tomato jam on it, which turned out to be a homemade BBQ sauce. Mitch was kind and let us stay as long as we wanted to catch up with old friends. Don't get the steak. It was flavorless and the chimichurri was pasted on. It tasted more like pesto, but not in a good way. They put the steak on top of the fries making them greasy and soggy. read more

I came in on a Sunday with my family and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Mary was our server, she was very attentive and gave us really good recommendations. The Coconut shrimp and Salmon were both delicious. We were very impressed by Lise, the manager she seemed to genuinely care that we were having a good experience. We came in for brunch today, and I have to say this is one of the best experiences at a restaurant that we've had since we moved to Utah. Our server, Brian, was nice and attentive...he even brought waters for our two young children before we settled in. The kitchen sent out complimentary beignets as a starter and they were delicious. My husband had The Reggie which is a twist on biscuits and gravy....it wasn't what he was expecting but he thought it was really good. I had avocado toast with prosciutto, which I loved. We couldn't sit outside because it was pretty breezy and cool today, but the view is killer on the patio. We will be back for date night soon! read more

Woowzers this place is a gem,almost as much as the chef René that stopped by at our table to check how our meal was started off with the sushi nachos and a cliff kiss cocktail, both were to die for. My friend had the almond mole she said it was "A round trip ticket to flavor town." diffidently ask for a side of chips to scoop up the extra mole. OK, so this is the 2nd time I have been to this spectacular pub. I host a meetup social group that meets up here and its the excellent venue for adults. Great interior, the best food...go for the nachos with a group, its seriously the best I have ever had. Oh and the server, Bailey....AWESOME!!! I fully enjoyed my experience here at the Cliff. The food was absolutely fantastic and my wife and I had a wonderful date night. Food is usually what you go out to a restaurant for but honestly, if you are wanting to have a fantastic experience, Ask for a server named Mikey. I have a problem where I am always drinking my drinks too fast and it usually takes a while to get some more but Mikey was on it all night. I wasn't sure what to get and asking Mikey I felt like I was getting a real answer and all he wanted was to make sure we had a good night. We went here last week with a reservation. We arrived and the hostess sat another group that was there before us then told us we would have to wait 20 minutes. Odd since we told her we had a reservation. Another hostess came up though, looked at the list, called our name and sat us so we were happy. The appetizers, soups, salads as well as dessert were all incredible! Like amazingly tasty but in a subtle way. A little on the pricey side but the view was nice and the service was wonderful. The manager came over and checked on us, our server checked on us repeatedly but not too much and even the chef came out before our dessert and was nice enough to stop and answer a few questions even though he was simply passing by. We look forward to coming here again! I wish they would ask if we wanted straws instead of assuming though. I'm trying to cut back on useless plastic since it's bad for the environment. read more

The food was very good. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. The asparagus with prosciutto was a nice compliment. We started with the hungry boy fries and they were excellent. My wife had the lemon chicken pasta. The noodles were al dente and sauce was a nice combination of cream, lemon, and artichokes. For dessert we had carrot cake. It was moist and the frosting was good. Each dish was impeccably presented. Our server Daniel did a great job and was very attentive. We will be back. I liked this place from the moment I walked in. It has a dining side and an adult side (21+ ID required). We ate on the adult side. The young woman checking ID was very nice, friendly. It has great atmosphere and decor. Our nephew and friends had already been here once so we had an idea of what to expect as they had given us great recommendations. We started out with a Bloody Mary. I'm very picky about my Bloody Mary's and I thought they were very tasty!! They were garnished with asparagus, lemon slice, green olives and BACON! Also, they serve them in a mason jar which I appreciate because I don't like getting a drink that I need to stir in a tiny glass. Zach was our server. He was outstanding. They also bring complimentary beignets with a dipping cream. Yum! There were seven of us so we had different options to try a bite from anyone willing to share. We arrived at 12:30PM waited for an hour and forty five minutes, went to the front desk and asked how much longer, the young girl behind the desk said it will be another hour and half! I'm not sure how this place has such favorable reviews, but our experience was thoroughly mediocre. To start, we arrived with a reservation but had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation time for a table. The hostess explained that a table was lingering after paying the bill, so they comped us an appetizer which we appreciated. For our appetizer, we had the calamari which was good enough. After ordering, repeatedly dishes for the wrong table were attempted to be brought to us. Finally, 3 of our 4 dishes arrived and each had some issue. One of us got the wrong dressing, another had an ingredient we had asked to have removed. The 4th dish was apparently forgotten about and didn't arrive at the table for another 10 minutes, by which time our other meals were getting cold. We ordered a burger, lobster gnocchi, pear salad, and pulled pork all of which were underwhelming. My side salad was especially sad with some wilted lettuce and soggy croutons. When the bread came out there wasn't even enough rolls for everyone to have one. When we asked for more we had to pry three or four times before getting any response. The poor waiter had three VERY large parties to manage on his own with zero help from management. Food took another 45 minutes to come out. Appetizers came out with the meal after we had specifically asked for them to come out beforehand. The waiter never once apologized after coming out with three wrong orders. So bad.
