Sometimes I pick out my steak I want right there, but this time I just went in. Seated, we get those wonderful soft fluffy buns with that butter. Everybody grabs one. We've all been to Texas Roadhouse before so we all know how it works here. We get a couple of orders of those loaded potato skins for starters. One guy gets the full rack of ribs, I get the rib eye as do a couple of others. We all go for the Caesar salad option. The potato skins are so tasty! no skimping on the bacon! My steak arrived cooked as ordered, med rare, the that full rack of ribs looked good too. My steak was juicy and tender, maybe not prime grade $35/lb kind steak, but for the money it was well worth it.
