When I picked the up, the thread color they used way much lighter than the stitches on the rest of the pants. I asked for a redo with a thread color that was closer to the original. They re-did the stitching, but also hemmed them again, so now the inseam is just under 32" and the pants are now way too short.

The dude grabbed most of our items off the conveyor, then disappeared to the back. He came back with my son's suit jacket, not cleaned, with every one of his front buttons missing or destroyed/broken in half. They said when it was received, it was inspected before cleaning and the buttons were discovered as broken/missing. We know my son didn't break the buttons on his brand new suit, and we dropped it off with buttons intact. They claim that's how it was received. One button falling off, that I could find explainable. But a button literally cracked in half and the other not just missing but the threads looking like they were stretched to the max before the button tore free...that looks like obvious damage to me. They credited me the cost of the cleaning ($3.50), but they claimed zero responsibility for the damage.

I always try to support local businesses, but Riding Plaza cleaners makes it hard for me to justify…read morethe hassle. For starters, I dropped off 4 pieces of clothing and was told it would take three days. I was unsure why it would take long, but I didn't question it because I was in no hurry to get in back in time. When I picked up my laundry, I had stains on two of the garments. These stains were there when I dropped off the garments,but nothing that was so critical that it couldn't come out. I pointed out the stains and the owner stated that she washed it twice and it wouldn't come out. I just found this so hard to believe because I am sure my washing machine would be able to get it out. Again, I didn't make a dig deal of it. However, when I noticed that my ribbon off a blouse was undone, I was becoming a little agitated at all the "issues" I was having. The owner agreed to sew it back on and for that I am grateful. The price tag for all this worry and aggravation was $37.50. First and last time at Riding Plaza Cleaners.
