Very clean restaurant where you order at the counter. Food is fresh and bland. Gluten free option available. Take come meals available in the refrigerator and freezer section.

Have passed by many times but never had a chance to try. Great fast casual concept offering fresh healthy alternatives to the usual lunch options nearby as well as meal programs. Interior was nice clean and spacious with plenty of seating. We ordered the chicken pesto wrap and the Hammerhead (salmon, turkey bacon, spinach, guacamole with a cilantro lime sauce) wrap. Both wraps could've used more oomph. The description gave us the expectations that these were packed with flavor. The chicken pesto didn't have much pesto flavor & was pretty bland. Likewise, the Hammerhead should've had more flavor with a cilantro lime sauce but I didn't taste either. The salmon was odd little pieces & didn't taste like salmon at all. The veggies automatically came with a side of ranch which I'm not a fan of. If there was another option, I wasn't made aware of it.

You're better off going somewhere else. I just tried a bowl today and honestly worst bowl I've ever had.

Neat establishment offering ready-to-eat and frozen nutritious meals. After passing it numerous times, I decided to stop in for dinner. I ordered in advance and my order was ready when I arrived and accurate. I noticed the frozen meals and asked one of the employees how the meal plans work. The friendly, enthusiastic employee working the front, explained how you can buy as many or as few meals as you want. If you purchase a certain amount, then each meal is cheaper. Frozen meals start at $6.50 and meals with extra protein are $8. Meals offered change daily. After perusing all the freezers, I decided on two to purchase. They have a variety of frozen meals to choose from, but not many vegetarian/vegan options. From the cafe menu, we ordered a turkey burger with yogurt ($7.99) and build-a-bowl ($11.79). The turkey burger tasted okay, but was very simple (turkey burger on a sandwich thin with turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese). The yogurt was delicious. The build a bowl was good. The base was brown rice with beyond meat, zucchini, mushrooms, edamame, Thai sauce, and clean herbz. I was glad the sauce was on the side so that you can pick how much you want to add. The bowl overall tasted great, it was just spicier than I anticipated - I believe from the clean herbz spice mixture. Overall, we enjoyed our meals, it is just a little simple for the price. Portions are reasonable. Great idea for people who do not know how or do not have time to cook a meal. I would likely return if I forgot to meal plan for the week.

Good healthy food, a wide variety of options, and prices are pretty reasonable. I really enjoyed my shredded beef flatbread. They also had unique drop options including cucumber water, unseeet tea (with no cal sweetener nearby) and my favorite there strawberry lemongrass was amazing.

It's located alongside the leasing office for the apartment complex. The service is great. There were two young ladies working and they were both friendly. I arrived around 4:30 on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and ordered a muffin and a decaf latte since it was so late (for me to drink caffeine). The cranberry lemon muffin was absolutely perfect, so much flavor, so fresh & moist. The Salted Brown Butter Latte was the best. From the first sip to the last drop, I loved it. I sat on a small section of a very comfortable couch with pillows and all. I later sat out front on one of the benches. They also have a patio seating out back. A few minutes later we received our beverages. We found a couple chairs with a small table in between. The table was dirty so I asked for a towel or rag to clean the table with. I received confused looks from the two employees that were standing behind the counter. They didn't have a rag to clean with so they told me to use wet napkins to clean the table. The response wasn't what I expected, but I got the impression the employees don't clean this establishment. They had no idea what to do. Kind of strange. I used water and a pile of napkins to clean everything off onto the floor. Other than that, the coffee and atmosphere were good. Not sure we'll return. It is a cool place though.

Sad to say I've only had the salmon salmon & capers toast, but I loved every bite. The next chance I get to sit in and enjoy my visit, I'm trying another toast. The pastries are super yummy as well. They also have matcha, teas, cocoa and a variety of cold beverages. I went in today and they now feature local artisans goodies. I purchased a bag of Chad's Carolina Corn, Gourmet Popcorn. The coffee options were plentiful, with options for whatever your preferences may be whether you're more of a coffee enthusiast looking for lighter roast to taste all the notes, or enjoy more flavored and decadent drinks. One thing that was an incredibly exciting surprise the last time I went were the whole beans they had for sale from Fritz Coffee (imported from Korea im pretty sure). I had to grab a bag despite them being a bit pricey as they were freshly roasted too (price was expected for something like that). A slight down point for me though was the food, got a couple chocolate chip cookies and they were very much not worth it. Overall though would highly recommend and will likely return, though do need to be careful of timings as there can be quite the rush due to high demand.

Pairing with the yogurt made it taste a lot better though. Service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. It was a bit noisy inside, just because there were a lot of customers and everyone was talking. The store is clean and bright with a neat little riser on one side. My only complaint was that there were no refills. That's unusual for black, drip coffee.
