Jeff is a great guy to work with for termite control. He is not only very knowledgeable but also very honest. I recently asked him to take a look at my front yard with termite like pests (ants with wings) and gave a cost estimate of getting rid of them. He told me that they were not termites even though they had wings, but they were regular ants! He didn't trap me for the purpose of his business. He explains all the options logically, even if it seems at times that he's undermining his own ability for a up sale. Other inspectors jumped right into wanting to tent the entire house after a 3 minute inspection. I felt 100% trust in his opinion and work. Thats really rare. No one wants termites, but if you have them, you should call Clean Cut Termites. After the dread of finding evidence of termites in our attic, we called several companies for inspections. After a few inspections and quotes, we decided to go with CCT because of the extensive knowledge the owner, Jeff Whitcomb, has, what they offer, and the high level of customer service. We had another company quote a slightly lower price but we went with Jeff & CCT because we felt he was more thorough in inspection, took pride in his work, and offered a longer warranty. We were lucky that we had found evidence early enough where we did not need to tent but just do an attic treatment. We have also learned that all homeowners should do a termite inspection every 3-5 years to stay ahead of any bad damage and the need for tenting. 10 days after finding the termite evidence, we are happy to be termite-free! I needed help with the tiniest black ants I have ever seen in my kitchen. I had been working very hard, doing everything I could to get rid of them, but nothing worked, and I was fed up. Very happy with Clean Cut Termite! Chose them because of great reviews, great price, and a 6 month guarantee (for their ants only service) I did not see with any other company. The technician asked a couple questions and looked around my kitchen. He knew exactly what to do, and got to work. First, he sprayed the entire perimeter of my home. Then he came inside to work on the kitchen. He removed two outlet covers in order to place a gel inside the walls where the ants were entering. Brilliant. Finally, he placed two bait traps next to the window which he said I could remove in 5 days. That was 6 days ago. On the first day I saw exactly 1 ant that somehow escaped the onslaught.
