Worst place since their new ownership/personnel!!! I had been getting my nails here for years until they changed personnel. The last time I made an appointment to get my nails done for a special event, I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appt. They had me waiting for almost 30 minutes, only to tell me that they were not going to do my nails in a very rude and unprofessional way. They didn't give me a reason even though I insisted that I had an appointment. They had two other customers who arrived after me and they also said they had appointments at the same time as I did. It seems as if they are accepting all appointments just to have more customer traffic but they have absolutely no regard for customer service. I am NEVER going back! read more

Just moved here recently so I've been trying to find a new pedicure place. I tried a different place before but there was nothing good about it, but this place. Omg. The level of gratitude I have for the ladies that work here is unmeasurable. I called and made a last minute appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. Lyn did my nails. I am very picky and am hardly ever happy with my nails but Lyn did such an amazing job. Bo did my pedicure, probably one of the sweetest nail techs I have ever met. When I walked in she immediately remembered me, and I have only been there one time before. Both Lyn and Bo have astonishing work. Unsatisfactory service. As of yesterday came in for simple pedicure with just polish & service was fine but by the end of the day the polish was sticking to everything. Came back in today to have it re polished & they offered me gel. Women who'd recently helped me didn't even rinse my feet just did the gel & by the end of service I left & was chased to the parking lot to pay for the re-polish although I shouldn't had to pay anything. This is now my go-to nail salon. Lin and the staff are amazing! Came in Saturday afternoon- it was busy but I didn't mind the wait. Lin always checked up on me, updated me on my wait time- offered me a drink and snack. Lin did my nails and I couldn't have been happier with her work. She is very meticulous, gentle, and continuously communicates to make sure my nails are just how I asked. They offer sns which is also great. DONT GO here. It's very dirty and chaotic inside. I checked out this place to see what the reviews were so I came here. I made an appointment with Lin at 1:30 and by 2:00 I was still waiting. Finally when she started doing my nails she was having an intense conversation with the person doing my pedicure. It seemed like she was angry with someone based on her tone. She did a very sloppy job on my polish. When I asked her to fix it she said don't worry honey I will fix it later. Also I had a design that I had asked her to follow the exact thing and there not even close. Won't be going back there. Horrible customer service. read more

I came in today for a gel mani. I was hesitant and trying new spots because they always cut my cuticles & have me bleeding. And that was exactly what happened. The lady was nice yes but she cut me TWICE on two seperate fingers. I am a licensed nail tech too that has no time to do her own so i came in for the first time & I know the cuticle process was wrong. She went too deep into the side of the nails. Cuticle trimming shouldnt even be felt when done right & whole time it hurt & even told her to just stop doing that area and only do the base of the nail. When she cut me i started praying that I wouldnt get an infection. Yes the implements were not in a sealed bag, she had them in a basket next to her. Only putting them in barbicide doesnt prevent infection, they have to be seamed too. So who knows how truly clean it they were. If i do get an infection I will be calling in & ask for a refund because all she did was just cream, didnt try to stop the bleeding & use the SAME water my nails were soaking in before she did the cuticles. There needs to be more safety and sanitary precautions. Lets not even start with the polish process but whatever here are some pics. read more

I get it, they don't want to rush through their service but they also don't work efficiently. I've watched them take 55 mins for just a simple pedicure. All equipments are sterilized, the ladies all practice good hand washing techniques, and the place is clean and organized. But keep the names of the ladies that did your nails for consistency and get an appointment to get your service done readily and on time ... this is recommeneded. Quite frankly do not understand how this place even has 4 stars. I paid $100 for a full set & gel pedicure (that literally came off in TWO days)...a GEL pedicure. I had made an appointment on a Friday morning, get there in the afternoon and waited an hour & a half for someone to even start working on my nails. Really? Apart from that, the owner was the one who did my nails & didn't even know how to achieve a stiletto shape, yet kept saying "this is how I do it." She took 2 hours to do a mediocre set, & two days later my cuticle area shows how she didn't even bother to clean up the cuticles so the powder is all uneven around the area. The amount of time she was on her phone or got up from working on my nails to take a call was ridiculous. I wasted 4 hours of my time coming here & wasted money. I already know they won't do a refund based off the attitude that the owner gave off so please save yourself a day of troublesome & go elsewhere. read more

I've come here off and on for about a year now and usually love the results I get. However, today was extremely subpar. I hate to be THAT person who leaves a bad review, but the gentleman doing my MIL's nails did not listen to what she asked for at all, and, instead of getting help from someone who could better accommodate her requests, he just did his own thing and she was extremely disappointed. They were late to open today, their floors had debris from the prior day and everyone seemed annoyed to have to help customers today. I have short nails, so I'm aware of the struggle but the lady who started my nails glued them to my skin, not my nails and then rushed to a new customer. When I went to pay, my bill was higher than my MIL's and when I asked why (we both got a full set and pedicure) the gentleman said bc of my nail length. I've never been up charged for nail length and they were not long at all. They were the same length as my MIL nails! Just highly dissatisfied with their work and probably will wait a while before returning if I decide to come back. Super bummed bc they normally are clean and friendly and do a wonderful job but today's outcome left a bad taste in my mouth. read more
