We are not from OH but Tim made the purchase very easy and with little time spent at the dealership to finish the deal and pick up my car. Tim was very knowledgeable and personable. My sales person was Phil and he was very easy-going guy to deal with. He explained all the gadgets in detail and how everything worked in my new Mazda CX 5. I think the only thing I did not like is when the finance manager got a bit irritated because I didn't want to take the extended warranty. They also will low ball your trade!! This dealership's customer service is terrible I paid $4000 for some front end work that was the skill of a backyard mechanic. They overcharged me not only that I left the dealership and almost died because my tire came off causing me to get injured and damaging my car. After the accident that was there fault they had my car a month didn't apologize, give me a loaner car or anything. Instead they gave me my car back on empty fixed the body work and have me my car back running worse than before. All the money I spent with them its ridiculous they way I was treated total lack of empathy. I don't recommend Classic Mazda all they mechanics are not well trained and negligent. They were short staffed of a Friday going into the holiday weekend and the sales team and management were very attentive and aware that I was going to have to wait to finish my deal for a couple hours. Good conversations were had and we had a "we're in this together" mentality. When the deal was done I was pleased and FINALLY have a Miata to have some fun with. I just went for my first oil change since the horrible incident at Classic. It turns out that they stripped the oil plug so you could not remove the oil. The new place that I took my car had to drill out the plug and replace the whole thing. Seriously?!? Stay away from this dealership! read more

Overall Impression: Classic Mazda is a Class Act. Our Story: Arranged to test drive a used CX-5 with 3k miles on it that was from the dealer's loaner program. On our way there, the salesman Lee Velazquez called to say the person who test drove it before us bought the car. But there was a similar car available to test drive if we wanted. We kept our appt. and test drove the similar car. Liked it but wanted a package that it didn't have. Lee arranged to pull a car that met our specs out of the loaner program and sell it to us for same price of the car we were interested in initially. No bait and switch. Instead, Lee went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted for the price we expected. Through the whole process, Lee kept in touch via text and email so were able to get all the financing information and documents in their hands before we came to pickup the car. Everyone at the dealership was wearing full masks (not bandanas) and following COVID protocols. Very professional. Quick Tip: Dealer financing can take a while. So you may want to make your pick up appt. 2-3 hours before you want to get home. But considering how much time Lee saved us by getting our paperwork in order ahead of time, at Classic Mazda, it's worth the wait. read more

We were told we could down a deposit and they would hold the car. Not even a week goes by and they tell us they can't hold it AND had been showing the car to other the whole time.
