There was one code that was on the screen that is in the picture and it was only for the hybrid system, The check engine is triggered by the hybrid system And your service department wanted to charge the diagnose that So what you are saying as a response to my review is a lie like everything else you do at that dealership and your service department said it's not related and they have to charge for the diagnostic fee So obviously everything you say is a lie like I said before from top to bottom You would not bring the car in unless I pay for the diagnostic fee and your reviews on Google show that you charge for unnecessary services and your company makes clients leave reviews for brand new cars which of course have no issues yet Deception from leadership to scam service managers They charge 175 diagnostic fee for hybrid system malfunction which comes on all the time and triggers check engine light. read more

We are not from OH but Tim made the purchase very easy and with little time spent at the dealership to finish the deal and pick up my car. Tim was very knowledgeable and personable. My sales person was Phil and he was very easy-going guy to deal with. He explained all the gadgets in detail and how everything worked in my new Mazda CX 5. I think the only thing I did not like is when the finance manager got a bit irritated because I didn't want to take the extended warranty. They also will low ball your trade!! They were short staffed of a Friday going into the holiday weekend and the sales team and management were very attentive and aware that I was going to have to wait to finish my deal for a couple hours. This dealership's customer service is terrible I paid $4000 for some front end work that was the skill of a backyard mechanic. They overcharged me not only that I left the dealership and almost died because my tire came off causing me to get injured and damaging my car. After the accident that was there fault they had my car a month didn't apologize, give me a loaner car or anything. Instead they gave me my car back on empty fixed the body work and have me my car back running worse than before. All the money I spent with them its ridiculous they way I was treated total lack of empathy. I don't recommend Classic Mazda all they mechanics are not well trained and negligent. they had a 17-year-old detail a $22,000 plus car and put finite scratches all over it. Don't come here for a new car if you value your money. classic Mazda, offered to buff it out, but I could not imagine what they would do with a buffer if they scratched it with a fucking microfiber. Overall Impression: Classic Mazda is a Class Act. Our Story: Arranged to test drive a used CX-5 with 3k miles on it that was from the dealer's loaner program. On our way there, the salesman Lee Velazquez called to say the person who test drove it before us bought the car. But there was a similar car available to test drive if we wanted. We kept our appt. and test drove the similar car. Liked it but wanted a package that it didn't have. Lee arranged to pull a car that met our specs out of the loaner program and sell it to us for same price of the car we were interested in initially. No bait and switch. Instead, Lee went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted for the price we expected. Through the whole process, Lee kept in touch via text and email so were able to get all the financing information and documents in their hands before we came to pickup the car. Everyone at the dealership was wearing full masks (not bandanas) and following COVID protocols. Very professional. Quick Tip: Dealer financing can take a while. So you may want to make your pick up appt. 2-3 hours before you want to get home. But considering how much time Lee saved us by getting our paperwork in order ahead of time, at Classic Mazda, it's worth the wait. read more
