Without batting an eye, and without even checking what he had going on, the guy at the counter said it would take the rest of the afternoon. I replied with what time does the afternoon end, and he said, 6:30 pm. 3 hours and they didn't look that busy? I drove down the street to Monroe on Mentor Ave and the service manager said sure, we'll get it right in. Even though, he had nearly every bay full, except for one. Matt is the service manager and he is sincere and extremely helpful. He is the guy that I'll be recommending all my friends and family to. I could tell just by talking to him, that he had the type of integrity that I'm looking for! A+ for Matt and his Team!

I used the website to choose new tires and book an appointment. The man who greeted me for my appointment was anything but friendly. He was curt and cut me off when I tried to ask a question. After getting my answer by being persistent, I left the car only to get a phone call that the tires I ordered didn't fit my car. The website said they did, and of course the new ones cost more. I had planned on about $550. It was almost $900. Then I drove my car with the new overpriced tires and the tire pressure sensor came on. Took it to the local 10 minute oil change to check the pressure - fully filled. Must be a sensor. Called and said the sensors broken and was told to bring it back. When I took it in, the man told me they'd fix it, but it's gonna be awhile. When I asked how long, the man got mad at me as if I wasn't there because they broke it. I just wanted to know whether I should wait, have a ride come get me, or plan another day! I waited and the man all but threw my key at me and said your cars done. Thanks for fixing what you broke, jerk! Seriously. I know these people are mechanics but can't they take one class on customer service??

The Hyundai dealership says that the breaks work but the squeaking will continue INDEFINITELY unless I replace them for $900.00 . So I'm paying for them TWICE!! What a rip off! I'm NEVER GOING TO THEM AGAIN. On top of that they gave me a tire that went FLAT the very next day and tried to blame it on Natural causes.

I limped my car into the shop and asked if they had any spares. He quickly went out to inspect the damage and went through his inventory seeing if he had a replacement. Unfortunately my car had a weird size that wasn't easily found, but he did have one brand new. However I didn't have much money on me to pay for a brand new tire (which was a reasonable price) but he ended working with me and found a gently used tire that was very near my normal size and way less price. All in all I stopped her by random chance and I plan to be coming her for my needs in the future. He's very honest and doesn't play games or overcharge anyone. I listened to him talk to other people on the phone while waiting for my car to be finished and was really impressed with how he handles all his customers. Highly recommended.

I was able to fill her tires the other night as I got cold and a air loss is pretty much normal when the weather changes. When I started her car up this morning she lost 10 lb overnight which of course is not normal. While I was able to get her car from school and get it serviced I haven't had any Tire service done in this neck of the woods I normally go up to Painesville or mentor. My normal tire shop that I go to it's almost a guaranteed wait of half a day. However I wanted to roll the dice and try the first result that came up in my search and that was the shop. Most places are pretty darn busy nowadays but they tend to make room for folks that need help with flat repair. I called them and they got me right in and I was able to walk across the street to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich while I waited. Total time was about 45 minutes which wasn't bad at all and while I did not have any nails in my tire I did have bead leak due to corrosion in the aluminum. Sadly this is a reality of where we live however this shop was kind polite and got me in in very short notice. The total cost for the mountain balance grinding the bead and resealing it was $37 which is ridiculously cheap. Thank you so much for providing a great service at a great value.
