Just an update...been have all sorts of random electrical issues since they worked on it. Took it to a Firestone for routine maintenance and told them about the issues and they checked it over. Turns out Junction didn't properly reconnect/attach the auxiliary battery cables and it was causing all the issues. Firestone properly hooked up the battery and it hasn't had an issue since. So again, I won't ever take a vehicle here unless my company forces me too. I wouldn't have any faith they're doing anything right if they can't do their own recall repairs properly. read more

Beware Junction's service department. I took my 2014 Wrangler in to have an issue fixed with my exhaust and stuck Ebrake. Just to look at it, there is a $137 fee. Both issues should are immediately apparent and should take no time at all to diagnose, but that's beside the point. After being given a fairly high price for repair, I decided that it was best to have Junction take care of the problems assuming the diagnostic was rolled into these high repair costs. This was not the case and the diagnostic is still being applied on top of a repair that already has a massive sales margin. I'm still being charged full diagnostic fee for diagnosing repairs the I clearly stated and took no effort to "diagnose". Needless to say, I'm taking my business to a trusted shop with reasonable prices that doesn't treat their customers like an ATM. I've been an avid Jeep owner in Chardon since 2002 and have taken my vehicles here several times in the past with limited issues, but this is the last straw. Junction will no longer get any of my business and I encourage anybody looking for Jeep repairs to do the same. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I bought a used Ram 1500 in March 2021,109,000 miles sold as is. Now I understand the sold as part and things do happen. But what I don't understand is how my vehicle went through an inspection before it was put up for sale and the shop/Technician missed so many costly repairs. Since I purchased the vehicle I've replaced the rear shocks, front differential, both CV Joints/ Front Axles and the third break light because it was leaking into the cab and staining my headliner. Today I took it to a local Dodge dealership and now I'm staring at a quote for $1700 to have the lower control arms replaced. I luckily purchased an extended warranty that covered about $4500 of work that has been done, but won't cover everything else that is needed. I now know why the dealership pushed me to get that warranty. If value your money like I do, DO not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. Being as we purchased it "as is" we didn't call them when we had the issue (it's also over an hour from my house) but when I called today though and spoke with Russ in used car sales, his short answer was "We present all the facts about the vehicle and the decision to buy it is up to you. Its not like we put a gun to your head." **Update** Shortly after speaking with Russ, the used sales manager returned my call and was just as "pleasant" as Russ. He asked why we didn't contact him about anything, to which we responded because we purchased it as is and which usually means tough shit. He offered to "re diagnose" it, even though we already have the diagnosis in hand from the other dealership. He couldn't get around the fact that we didn't call him first because he could have tried to do something for us and just kept arguing with us. After going back and forth a few times, he told us it would just be better to stick with the dealership we took it to today and not to come back to them. For the amount of money that we bought this truck for and the amount of money that has gone into it in repairs (so far) I could have bought a brand new one. So incredibly disappointed in this dealership and the way they treated us. I would never recommend them and I hope my review helps others make their decision when purchasing a used vehicle. read more

Not good. They welded my tie rods under my truck. Now I cannot get it aligned because of the weld job. Not professional, they just want your money. They didn't even ask, let alone inform me that they welded underneath my truck. Do not recommend. read more

Mike Simpson is a great salesman to work with but the service department is extremely disappointing. They are slow (never wait for a simple repair or oil change- it will take hours and you may need to come back another day), they are expensive (always get a price from somewhere else BEFORE agreeing to their service), and most recently they are dishonest (they tried to scare me into expensive and unnecessary repair work without any justification to support it). I like to support family businesses, but when honesty and transparency become an issue it's a deal-breaker for me. read more

It truly amazes me how Chrysler Dodge has not taken this franchise away from this dealership. I have never had a problem with their dealerships in the past but this was my first visit to junction in Chardon. Absolutely horrible experience the sales team and so-called manager could care less if I ever brought them another dollar. The service manager literately hung up on me. Is that the way to treat customers spending thousands of dollars on overpriced dealer repairs? He literally said I do not care there's nothing I can do and hung up the phone. I used to be a big fan of this place. I've purchased three vehicles from then with a smile! Over the last year or two the service department started to really fall apart. Twice in the last year they have neglected to close my windows. Unfortunately it poured rain and soaked my seats and carpeting. The first time it happened they owned up to it and cleaned it up. This last time the manager asked the lot driver if he left the windows open, in a panic, he said no. The manager backed his employee and said sorry, there must be something wrong with your car. Sat in the service lounge for hours only to hear they needed me to come back on another day; I was told to come back at 7:00am on a Monday, only to find they don't open until 7:30am! This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I bought a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler and 4 months later I took it off riding once and a couple months later I was having radiator problems and also engine coolant problems. I took it in to get serviced and told them I needed them to check the radiator engine coolant and the electric. 3 weeks later I came and picked up my jeep because they had to put a new radiator in. when I got it it had no engine coolant and still had electric problems and the next night my entire wheel came off my car while I was driving. We purchased our business vehicle from the Junction Auto because it's a local family business and we always try to buy local to support the local economy. Plus, we were looking for more personalized service hoping to purchase more vehicles as our business grows. Unfortunately, the feeling is not mutual and supporting a small local business is not on Junction's list of importance. I was understanding when the repair took two weeks longer then anticipated (over a month, while we are loosing money waiting) and I didn't expect every thing to be perfect, however I did expect all the required items to be completed and in working condition. Not the case. After the inspection, we've noticed the left side mirror was broken while in their possession. In additon we paid for the hitch wiring which apparently wasn't done property as we have a brand new trailer we can't use because the lights are not working. I have tried to reach out the service manager and to the General manager with no response. We keep losing thousands of dollars and Junction keeps replacing the same fuse and refusing to run a diagnostic (that we've asked for from the beginning) to fix the problem. Not only we will not purchase another vehicle from Junction, I refuse to buy another Dodge. Being indifferent to customers is a path to decline. I have to say the sales team was great! read more

I called junction auto on April 1st at 2:17 in the afternoon and spoke to the service department about my 2010 truck having issues with the heating/cooling system. They forwarded me to the warranty manager to see if they could do something with my issue since my truck just came out of the 3 year period. I called back and spoke to the warranty manager on April 4th at 11:27 and wanted to make sure he had my contact info. He said he did and that he was going to speak with the service manager and get back to me that afternoon or Friday morning. I heard nothing back for weeks and called back on April 25th at 9:07 and left a message with the customer service rep about no one getting back to me. Did not hear anything back until May 2nd when I get a call from them about getting an extended warranty????? I called Dodge corporate and let them know about not receiving any response from Junction. At this point I would say stay away!!! read more

Bought a NEW 2015 Jeep Cherokee. After some haggling about monthly payments, a few years of complimentary oil changes would be thrown in. My fault, should have looked in the paperwork for this 'extra' cause they have no record. Shame on me now I'm paying $70 for oil changes. At 4 months of driving - I started noticing loud humming noise coming from the rear of my Jeep. Junction had my Jeep from a Wednesday at 3p till Friday at noon with negative findings. They recommended a replace all 4 tires (with only 14,000 miles on them). Remind you - BRAND NEW JEEP! It wasn't until the last minute of our phone conversation that the Service Manager noted about the tire warranty and recommended I take the Jeep up to Firestone for pro-rated tires. I took the Jeep up to Firestone immediately after picking the Jeep up - Firestone gave me 50% off all 4 new tires and I returned the following Wednesday for installation. On the Wednesday after installing new tires, Firestone interrogated me: Who drives my vehicle? Does anyone drive it and keep it somewhere overnight? (Obviously with both answers being 'no one'). Firestone showed me what the problem was that Junction Auto couldn't figure out. I had 3 '65' tires and 1 '60' tire on my Jeep. Ironically, the '60' tire was on the right rear. Not only was that one tire smaller, the whole tire (rubber and rim) were different from the remaining 3. ALSO, Firestone put my Jeep on the lift and showed me where someone replaced the front driver's side trailing arm. Junction Auto Service Department is neglectful I put my TRUST in JUNCTION AUTO and they sold me a vehicle with the wrong size tire and attempted to cover up the issue that this vehicle could have gotten into an accident which required the trailing arm needing replaced. This could easily cause me major issues in the future. Where is the DEPENDABILITY in this vehicle now? I'm extremely disappointed with Junction Auto - according to Chrysler, they made requests to pull records on my vehicle from Junction Auto however Chrysler is telling me Babcocks are never in to receive their calls. If Junction Auto sold me a NEW vehicle with a wrong size tire and a replaced trailing arm, what kind of NEW vehicle will they sell you? read more
