    I traded in my 2012 GMC Terrain for a 2015 GMC Terrain and I am very happy with the service I received. Tom and Marty were excellent.

Not only was sales/finance great, but it turns out, the service department is amazing too! So far I've had the fortune of working with both Oliver and Bill. Both of whom are wonderful - thorough, professional and caring. Great guys! Absolutely satisfied with the quality of the service department too! For warranty work, routine maintenance and - since it's a Jeep - when I want some mods, they are and will continue to be my go to dealership. If you're waiting for your vehicle, they often have snacks too! Can't go wrong there. I should also mention that I live over 30 miles away, so it's not short trip around the block to get there. And I have lots of options for Jeep dealerships not only between me and Ganley Village but also in a 30 mile radius, but, their quality work and friendly approach to business has me happily making the trip for both vehicles for everything we need! If you're looking for a Jeep and a good place to maintain it, this is THE place to go!

Just replaced 1 injector last week for 600 dollars and now all the rest of the 7 need replaced. So that is 4200 dollars more needed. I have never had any dealership screw me with a huge piece of crap on my life. This is the worst vehicle i have ever had. Do not buy anything from these crooks. 12 thousand for this piece of crap plus over 14 thousand on repairs. This thing needs to go into the shop every damb week. I am looking into suing this place. Stay away from this place

Came back told him the check engine light was on. He hooked it up and told me it was the fact that it ran out of gas. Not a mechanic so I believed him. WRONG!! Purchased the vehicle took it to my mechanic because the check engine light came on again. Catalytic converter!! $1,300.00 and haven't had it more than 2 days. Not to mention leak in my transmission line$700.00, lower ball joints $400.00, rear suspension and rear washer fluid line $1,300.00. I will say the ball joints were covered. That's it. Called to the shop before I got the work done for the converter he gave me a check for$200.00 what good that will do. Only thing I can say good is one the truck runs awsome with the ball joints done, converter, and transmission lines. Still have washer lines and rear suspension left. The dealer was friendly ( might as well be). Oh yeah 4-5 lights out. Thanks Action Motors

When it came to purchasing a new vehicle, I knew this location deserved my business merely based on the way Kevin Robinson, one of their Service Advisor's, took care of my vehicle maintenance needs. My wife and I had the good fortune and opportunity to work with Pat, who provided a great car-buying experience. Although we didn't plan on purchasing a vehicle the day of our visit, we did. We owned a CRV and worked with Pat to determine whether the HRV might be a better option for our current needs. Pat asked questions about what was/was not important to us. He compared and contrasted the models without being overbearing or pushy. Pat was well informed, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process stress-free. We bought the vehicle we wanted in the color we wanted without having to sacrifice extra time or money. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Steve Orosz who handled the financing end. He was professional, fast, fun and friendly. Everyone of the Honda of Mentor experts provided a great Honda experieence. The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying.

We talked about a new Forester Wilderness and then a day or so later she called me just to let me know about two certified Wildernesses that had come into the dealership. Her call was to simply let me know, it wasn't about pressuring for a sale, just to let me know a way to save some money. The whole Adventure Team was helpful and understanding of the financial burden that comes with such an accident. The sales manager, Dave Eartly, offered me a loaner to use once I had to return my insurance rental and before I could pick up the new vehicle. The finance department made it easy to get the paperwork complete, all while dealing with a new computer system. They allowed me to drive off the lot with my new car with simply a deposit while we waited for the funds to be transferred for my down payment. I cannot thank the team enough for their help and kindness.

    I have a Kio Rio SX that had an expiring extended warranty, so I needed to get my GPS fixed. The…read morewarranty was only good certain places but I believed I had moved far enough away that I could go nearer to home and have the warranty honored. I knew what was wrong with the GPS as the people at Mentor Kia told me what was wrong, so when I made an appointment to have it repaired there, I told them the problem and said there might be an issue with the warranty company. They charged me $130 for a diagnosis on a problem THEY told me had and then called the warranty company who refused to honor the warranty. I feel I was ripped off for $130. The service advisor said her people do not work for free (which I certainly agree with), but the amount for a 5-minute look at a problem they had already diagnosed was unreasonable. They also knew there might be a problem with the warranty company, yet they did not verify the status before ripping me off for $130. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth about this dealership which had always been great in the past. What makes me madder is that not only did the service advisor refuse to bend on the fee once I realized what was happening is that I contacted the General Manager who did not even bother to respond to my complaints.
