Sales and finance folks are all extremely kind, professional and not at all pushy. All around really great sales experience.. both times. I regret not writing this earlier but as we've had a few interactions with this dealership since purchasing our Jeeps, specially the service department, I feel it's important to send kudos. Not only was sales/finance great, but it turns out, the service department is amazing too! So far I've had the fortune of working with both Oliver and Bill. Both of whom are wonderful - thorough, professional and caring. Great guys! Absolutely satisfied with the quality of the service department too! For warranty work, routine maintenance and - since it's a Jeep - when I want some mods, they are and will continue to be my go to dealership. If you're waiting for your vehicle, they often have snacks too! Can't go wrong there. I should also mention that I live over 30 miles away, so it's not short trip around the block to get there. When I declined the wrong vehicle, both the salesperson and finance manager told me their "policy" was to keep deposits on vehicle locates, even though they didn't provide the proper written disclosures and never delivered the vehicle I requested. I requested my refund multiple times and was ignored. I ultimately had to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. I strongly recommend caution when leaving deposits here.
