After two other garages suggested I have the power steering pump and lines replaced on my van, turned out it was a leaky rack and pinion. While more costly to replace the rack and pinion, had the pump been initially replaced, it would have not only added to the overall cost, but left me without a vehicle for several days. This is why I appreciate going to a garage that has experience. Zaps got my vehicle in, did the necessary repairs, and I was back on the road in record time. So not only was my PS pump just fine, but the overall repairs were handled at a reasonable cost. Couldn't ask for more than that. Thanks guys. read more

A co-worker gave us a tip that Zaps did not try to sell you unneeded repairs. We've been using Zaps for a year and are quite satisfied. Every repair they've recommended has either been cited by previous mechanics or is obvious due to the car's symptoms. So now I feel I can trust them completely. I like the fact that they do tires so I don't have to go to a tire shop ; also, I get to pick the tire brand I want. read more

Brand new to Concord! What a fantastic car wash! I'm quite a connoisseur of car washes and there's…read morealways pet peeves with each car wash and makes you not want to return. Mine is left over soap and not enough rinse water. So this is a conveyor car wash which has a flat track with these little stubby things called flights so there's no chance of your wheels getting damaged in the track conveyor. This means if you have a truck with wider tires or something with low profile like a Corvette you won't have any damage. There are two customer pay stations and a VIP all of them use license plate reader so if you have something this particular to your car it remembers your car. Typically car washes can run anywhere between 10 and $25 depending on level but if you go twice in a month the membership makes the most sense because you will easily come out ahead. I have the monthly membership for my truck and you get guided in they spray off the areas where bugs and dirt can hide and then off you go. I've never been through a car wash this long before it has two top rollers two sets of side wraps and a wheel scrubber and a ton of fresh water. My truck has some air scoops that soap constantly gets soaked in and never gets out and the hurricane of water that my car gets going through this wash completely removed all traces of soap. You then go through a drip dry and then the dryers. Once you're done you can go vacuum your car if you wish or what's cool is they have bins with these little detail towels so you can finish wiping off whatever water is left over. What's most interesting to me is the dual layer undercarriage wash. I really don't care for salt or winter loaded up on the end of side of my car so I'm very interested to see what this does this season. They also have a service that does hand washes and full-on details which I have not taken advantage of yet but I'll let you know when I do. There are four days for this. Welcome to Concord and I would encourage everyone to try this wash!

So in Cleveland if you have aluminum rims at some point you're going to start leaking and my…read moredaughter has a pretty good track record of not telling me when the check engine light's on or when the TPMS sensor is illuminated. I was able to fill her tires the other night as I got cold and a air loss is pretty much normal when the weather changes. When I started her car up this morning she lost 10 lb overnight which of course is not normal. While I was able to get her car from school and get it serviced I haven't had any Tire service done in this neck of the woods I normally go up to Painesville or mentor. My normal tire shop that I go to it's almost a guaranteed wait of half a day. However I wanted to roll the dice and try the first result that came up in my search and that was the shop. Most places are pretty darn busy nowadays but they tend to make room for folks that need help with flat repair. I called them and they got me right in and I was able to walk across the street to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich while I waited. Total time was about 45 minutes which wasn't bad at all and while I did not have any nails in my tire I did have bead leak due to corrosion in the aluminum. Sadly this is a reality of where we live however this shop was kind polite and got me in in very short notice. The total cost for the mountain balance grinding the bead and resealing it was $37 which is ridiculously cheap. Thank you so much for providing a great service at a great value.
