While he doesn't have loaner cars, he schedules the bigger appountments to be done in one day. I had my tires rotated, electrical fixed, oil changed, and tune up done. My husband picked up my car and dropped of his. He had 4 new tires, fuel lines replaced, brake lines replaced, and some other stuff I forgot. The price was extremely reasonable.

The shop has flatly refused to diagnose the engine light in my VW Beetle. Their sales pitch about using "the best oil" is no more than a full synthetic compatible with your car. Any shop will do this. What's more, Foreign Auto Solutions doesn't care about their customers other than getting paid. They don't clean up their parking lot nor do they salt it. Right smack in the middle of the winter, I slipped and fell on the black ice in the parking lot, and a kind bystander helped me back to my feet. Bystander, and not one of the shop workers. I walked inside and grabbed a piece of a paper towel to stop bleeding in my hands. I was actually lucky to even find a piece of paper towel; it was almost used up and not refilled. This was the last time that I visited this shop. Never again, and don't recommend it to anyone. Enough said.

Subsequently I have contacted Nelson the shop owner to rectify this…read more I offered to have my car towed to the shop but Nelson said that this wasn't necessary since they offer in-home services, and sent Alex the mechanic over to where my car was parked. The mechanic scanned the car and told me it was a malfunctioning oxygen sensor. Then he left to buy the part. Then he disappeared and never showed up again. Didn't reply to my texts anymore. Left me high and dry. So I am back to square one looking for another mechanic who can hopefully finish the job. I am very disappointed and can't recommend KARS.
