I popped into Mufflers for Less without an appointment yesterday because the snow/ice had pulled something off the bottom of my car and it was dragging. They had my car lifted and screwed the piece back on and me out of there in 20 minutes! Would definitely return for future repairs big or small. Really appreciate the employee who helped me out. read more

I would not recommend this place to anybody, poor communication. The owner just told the tech to pull the car to the front to hand me my keys rather than resolving the miscommunication. Overall, place. read more

I recently changed engines in my classic car and need to cut the exhaust connections off since my new headers were longer than the old ones. Since this shop built my current system, I went back for the repair work. The technician's name is Aldi. He built the original system, and I wanted him to do the new work. He is a true master of his craft and if you have a hot rod that needs an exhaust system, you should go here for your system. Great work, good prices, and professional staff. read more

Very helpful staff. Prices reasonable and fast service . I love supporting local businesses.

These folks were the absolute best! My husband and I drove from Los Angeles to Cleveland to visit family. On our last night in town, someone stole the catalytic converter from our van (as well as the oxygen intake sensor) white it was parked in the hotel lot. We originally took the van to a Firestone location and they quoted us upwards of $1500 and told us they'd need to replace our entire exhaust system. Luckily, a friend recommended this place instead! We dropped it off (with no appointment) on Monday morning, and in 2 hours they had welded a replacement converter and sensor onto the van. We left later that day for our 36-hour drive back home and the van ran beautifully the entire time. Total cost: $280!! This place truly saved us. The staff couldn't have been kinder! If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable team to service your car, I can't recommend them enough!! read more

My son had his catalytic converter stolen during holidays and we were looking for a shop open on the day after Christmas. What luck we came across Mufflers For Less, they hit the big three criteria: fast, affordable and friendly. I'd highly recommend them and will even drive a little further to give them more business. read more

Taken a few cars here and nothing but courteous service and a great product at a fair price. Just had some warranty work done and brought in the receipt and no issues. Fixed the problem and apologized for the inconvenience . That's great. I recommend them for sure. Thanks read more

My go to place for muffler service. Trustworthy and fair pricing which is very rare. Great service!

As busy as they were the day I brought it in, they still took in my car and fixed the muffler within a few hours so I appreciate it very much!! I recommend to anyone! They're definitely affordable and work fast! read more

Fast and froendly. Made an appt on Saturday at 8 for a leaking flex pipe. Local shop had quoted me over $1000. They showed me the leak and advised I had a lnother very slight leak around the muffler but it wasn't pressing. Decided to have the flex pipe and muffler replaced. They gave me options and I went with a generic muffler to save money. They advised it would have one tip rather than two. Do I care? Cost me less than 1/4 of what my local shop quoted me! read more

My exhaust was cracked (flex pipe rusted) and after multiple shops told me they had to replace the whole thing for almost 1,000 dollars, I brought it here and they repaired the flex pipe on the spot for a FRACTION of that price. Naturally I was worried that a low price would mean poor craftsmanship, but the car sounds brand new. There was no wait, they brought me out to my car to show me the problem, they didn't talk down to me while explaining the problem. After bringing my car to pretty much every competitor in the area, I can confidently say these guys offer the best service at the best price, and with the best people. read more

The shop had a night drop off which was super convenient for me and they were were done in an hour the next day. The price was lower then a few other shops I called around to. They were straight up about the cost and they offer a year warranty on parts and labor so so far so good! read more

My car's exhaust pipe was falling apart in a few spots. They had me in and out in about half an hour and cost under $200. Great service, would recommend if you need exhaust work. read more

Not sure why I didn't find this place sooner!!! Honest, kind and very efficient!!! Was given a total re-do quote on my 2007 Sonata...resonator on back...$632! Well..I thought that seemed high as well as a lot since the problem started suddenly. I was told by several people to check Mufflers For Less and see what they thought. Not only did I get a fast appointment, when they called they said it only needed a flange part that had rusted off! Cost..$79 plus tax! WOW! Big difference from the other guys quote! BTW...I will no longer trust the other big business! Thank you Mufflers For Less! I will refer everyone to you from here on!! read more

Great place, great staff, great price, very little wait. Mr. Tire quoted me at around $600 to replace my whole exhaust/muffler system, so I looked for a second opinion. I scheduled a 3:00pm appointment, and my car was ready by 3:40pm. They only charged me $64 to patch up the exhaust pipes, and even allowed me to go in their shop to teach me a few things about the problem. Staff was kind, patient, and even cracked jokes with me while I was waiting. Highly, highly recommend. Made a yelp account just to write this review. read more

The good news is that the place is fairly clean, the guys wear uniforms and look decent. They got me in quickly. They are friendly and relatively quick. Lots of positives. The challenge with Mufflers for Less is part longevity. They replaced my flex pipe two years ago and I just had it done a second time. Their warranty is for one year so if you are expecting their replacement parts to last as long as the original parts then you will be disappointed. In conclusion, if you are looking for an exhaust system, at a lower price, that will last a couple of years then Mufflers For Less is a great economical choice. read more

I called and got an appointment for the same day. In and out within the hour. Friendly knowledgeable honest gentlemen. Price was great. Clean shop, they take you back and show you exactly what needs to be replaced.i would recommend them for all your muffler needs. read more

I have been driving my Jeep around now for months with no muffler. I was on my way to a run one day when all of a sudden I heard a grinding noise that would occasionally shake the vehicle. I pulled over to check it out; the muffler was hanging by a thread knocking into the main drive shaft. I later sawed it off and figured it was just going to be too expensive to fix. My uncle recently mentioned checking out mufflers for less. I knew of this place but forgot about it. Bad mistake as I could've had this fixed months ago for a very affordable price. They warranty their work for 1 year too. I'll be checking back with them as I know I need extra work done still. Good place for sure! read more

When you want a job done right and for a fair price this place is amazing. On top of that they go one more step and treat you like family. After living in Texas I didn't think I'd find a place like we had there but here I am in Cleveland and I found a place where I'll come and make sure I let anyone know looking for work to come here. Taylor who works there has always been super respectful and honest. I want to thank them for being a place that knows customers coming back drives their business and that treating customers like family is the beat way to have customers want to come back read more

Less than $75 to get my muffler fixed! Yes please! Another time I brought it in for a rattle (separate issue) NO CHARGE! Whaaaat! Great place for exhaust work. I brought in my Subaru needing a donut gasket replaced between the cat and the rest of the exhaust and they fixed me up for a great price! They allowed me to go back and see their diagnosis and observe my vehicle on the lift for free. I was offered options on the spot and I was able to have me car repaired within the next hour for a great price. Everyone was friendly and I trust them again with my vehicles needs. Would recommend read more

Good staff, quick service, and great pricing. I've worked at auto dealerships since the mid-90's, and I'd bring my car here for any non-warranty exhaust work I would need done! read more

I got referred to MFL by a mechanic who was too busy to fix my car. It was the best referral I've ever gotten. Mufflers For Less was a drive for me but well worth it. Its best to make an appointment ahead of time. They were very professional and even took me to the back to show me what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. They even give a warranty on their work!! One of the professionals there recommended I bring my vehicle back for brakes in the front. I'm going back tomorrow to get the brakes done and it feels good to know that I can trust Mufflers For Less to do an awesome job. Not to mention they were very reasonably priced. For those reasons and more I give MFL 5 stars. If you appreciate great service and professionalism...this this the place for you. They have a nice waiting room too. :)))) Guess I have to say "goodbye" to the mechanic who referred me. No need to go back. read more

I will definitely be a customer for life. The employees here are extremely knowledgable and trustworthy. They took me to look at my vehicle on the lift. I'm a very inquisitive person; therefore, asked a lot of questions. They were very patient and answered every question I had until I felt comfortable. They didn't treat me as if I was stupid, but with respect. They have very fair prices and fix your vehicle quickly. My mechanic was Brian. He was so nice, personable, professional, and went above and beyond with his level of customer service. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who wants their vehicle fixed right, treated with respect, speedy service, and trustworthy mechanics! read more

This is a real gem of a muffler shop. Great prices and quick turnaround. I've used them half a dozen times personally with good honest work performed each time, at great prices. Terrible quality. Installed full exhaust system per recommendation. It all started rotting out after 1 year. Took it back and they told me that was normal. Just out of 2 years the muffler totally rotted out. The owner said that mufflers only last for three years. It cost me another $80 for repair. Go somewhere else where they have better materials and honor they're quality and warranty. read more
