I used the website to choose new tires and book an appointment. The man who greeted me for my appointment was anything but friendly. He was curt and cut me off when I tried to ask a question. After getting my answer by being persistent, I left the car only to get a phone call that the tires I ordered didn't fit my car. The website said they did, and of course the new ones cost more. I had planned on about $550. It was almost $900. Then I drove my car with the new overpriced tires and the tire pressure sensor came on. Took it to the local 10 minute oil change to check the pressure - fully filled. Must be a sensor. Called and said the sensors broken and was told to bring it back. When I took it in, the man told me they'd fix it, but it's gonna be awhile. When I asked how long, the man got mad at me as if I wasn't there because they broke it. I just wanted to know whether I should wait, have a ride come get me, or plan another day! I waited and the man all but threw my key at me and said your cars done.
