Bob + team were so friendly, speedy and knowledgeable. I was able to get in and out with just a tire patch in under an hour. Here are my learnings: * Mark your tires to verify rotations are completed as expected. * If services are suggested, review prior invoices to identify if the same work was completed previously and if it is still under warranty. * Avoid repairs that "potentially" will address an issue when there are multiple troubleshooting options.

So oil with splattering all over our engine!!!!! This could cost someone their motor!!! And do you really think Valvoline would pay for a new motor??? NO! Well hey great for you Bob, but this number is calling me and you should look in to that because if I'm getting these calls, who knows who else is getting them. Rather than listening to me for helpful feedback, he says "look I'm not going to spend my time fixing this." And hangs up. I get it, maybe you're having a horrible day, but you should never treat any client or caller in this manner especially when they're letting you know of a potential problem that could lead to bigger issues from people like me who have no idea why they're getting multiple calls from your business. Shouldn't you want to fix that instead of dealing with a bigger headache and aggravating people in the process? Horrible customer service, horrible business acumen and an outright miserable person as the first contact for the business. If this is how they handle their operations, I'd steer clear unless you want to risk being treated like you're not worth their time. While I had to wait about 10 minutes for my car to be serviced, I was offered a water and the time moved quickly. It is important to note there was only one person working and two cars in before me.
