Started out at a location in Seven Hills , 2 techs working in a 3 bay . 1 car was leaving in first bay and other bay had a car being serviced. A tech comes out with bottle water and states they are short staffed and would be a 45 min wait, so I decided not to stay. going on to Brookpark location and first bay had employee car parked in it and second bay had a car being serviced . After another car pulled in next to me is when employee said I will move my truck out and then pulled that car in that showed after I did.. no biggie. Once pulled in no greeting it was pop hood and they got started, offered add Ons I accepted 1 of a new filter at a discounted rate . finishing up I presented a coupon which was scanned and proceeded to pay . Total seemed incorrect so I asked tech did you apply coupon and discount HE offered for filter his response YEP. Handed me receipt and I started to drive off and seen it was not applied. I get out go in and tech who said he was manager started to make adjustment. When the other tech popped out I said I asked if you applied discount , he said well you had a coupon so I didn't give you discount. If that was the case I definitely would have went elsewhere for a cheaper filter. All out RUDE with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. read more

Extremely overpriced for the service offered. I wouldn't trust their "Technicians" to cut my grass let alone work on my car.

So I just pull in to get my oil changed; been coming to this location for the past 6 years. Kid comes up to my car looking completely pissed off that I'm there and says "if you're here for an oil change, pop the hood and it's going to be a long wait". Nice customer. If Take 5 prides itself on quick, efficient service, then why tell me it's going to be along time? If the staff you hired is slow and inefficient, then why is that my (the customer's) fault? May have to start looking for another place to service my car. read more

The oil change was done and as expected they do try to sell add ons. I didn't need add ons because I have k&n air filter so I let the employee know so they didn't try to open my filter box. The oil change was done but when I got home I noticed that this location is not a customer satisfaction location. The employee spilled oil all over my valve cover. Now. I know it wasn't like that because I have a painted valve cover. I painted it myself and I would never mess my stuff up. I also do my own oil changes and I'm not messy. I went to this location because I was in a time crunch and the weather was raining and I wasn't going to change my oil in rain. I just wish they would've taken the extra time and cleaned up after themselves. I'll never go to this location. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Brian and Austin. Both young men were professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. Brian asked if it was ok for him to access my glove compartment. I asked why. He indicated that is where my cabin air filter was located. Hmmm. I have had my car going on 5 years and NO other oil change business and auto shops mentioned anything to me about cabin air filter. I was truly taken aback when Austin pulled the cabin filter out. It REALLY did need to be replaced. Because of Brian and Austin I m breathing in cleaner air. Thank you! read more

I normally do all my own services but im currently 3k miles from home and didn't feel like doing an oil change in the hotel parking lot. Searched yelp for a shop and finally picked this location had solid reviews, I pulled up and Jon greeted me, I'm Picky on what I use so I asked if they had a certain oil type and weight. They didn't have it but Jon said I could supply my own oil if I was able to find it (supply has be extremely slim on the specific weight and type I use). I was able to find some down the street so I headed back over. Jon greeted me again, directed me in, got some info and they got started. Got me in and out and did a nice clean job. Took forever to get oil changed. Understaffed employees arguing guy came into work late appeared hung over from night before smelled of weed. Had to return to correct the skid plate not being properly attached flapping down the road. Resucured skid plate says they bow n could be taken off so i guess ford just puts them on for no reason. Take 5 more minutes to drive somewhere else. read more

They broke my oil filter cover didn't let me know till my boyfriend found hanging down broken. Next day called and went back. At first denied then agreed to replace. Three weeks later (part came in?) Went back t ied to replace with wrong piece, tried to hammer into place, (got video of this). Left, ordered my own part (correct one) had another mechanic replace,(fit perfectly). Asked them to reimburse for the part they broke that I ordered and NOTHING!! NO RESPONSE. Don't TRUST this place!!!!!! read more

This is a pretty good location friendly service and very fast service they explain all your options and get you in and out . Clean and conveniently across from Bestbuy on Brookpark. I normally change my own oil but I decided to give it a try . Thanks again Take 5!!! read more

Amazing service! Great people! They give you water & come out & acknowledge you while you wait... I only had to wait 10mins and they were super busy! The service team here was fantastic! Clay, Bella, Jeremy and John all worked together with efficiency which would be expected at a quick change shop but they were also informative and demonstrated above & beyond customer service. For years I've had an slow gasket leak so I'm used to the techs saying it's pretty messy. Bella actually found that the plug in the oil pan had an extra metal washer on it and wasn't sealing right in the first place! She replaced it with a correct plug. I was given a courtesy coupon on my service and my passenger and I were even offered an extra bottle of cold water on a day when it was 92 and very humid. I don't live near this location now but get to the area occasionally. From the excellent service I received, I might just plan a trip over that way when I'm in need of an oil change! read more

Came in Ejay directly came to us and offered us water in this hot weather. He informed us our options on oil change. sweet guy making conversation with us. wish i would say ill be back but it was a quick oil change during our vacation. unfortunately there is no take 5 oil change back in VA by us.
