I came in for a basic oil change -- not to be pressured or talked down to. When I politely declined the upsell, her whole attitude changed. She became short, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. It was clear she didn't care about customer service, just pushing sales. I'll never go back. There are too many other places that know how to treat people with respect.

Then he asked about a military discount since he was getting the oil changed for his Dad who is retired military. She called him a liar and said she has worked their for over a year and she knows he can't be. In the end my son was called a liar, was charged over 100 bucks and left feeling taken advantage of and humiliated. My husband is retired military and if she wanted proof he could have shown her proof . My husband texted a copy of is military id but my son was so upset he just paid and left. I called corporate but basically got told a district manager would need to call back. I tried calling the store directly but it rings right back to corporate and I had already waited over a hour there!! Don't waste time here all you get is bait and switched!!

Our service was fast, affordable and this garage also offers a MEINEKE credit card for those repairs that come out of the blue. So I went this morning and he was on his way out to an appt. He ran outside and asked if I could come back in an hour as he needed to get to this appt. I said sure and left. He was very apologetic but I get it, life happens and we all have things that pop up. I went back around 12:45 and waited a bit as there was another customer in the bay ahead of me. As soon as the other car was complete I was waived into the bay. I showed him the Groupon and I accidentally purchased the incorrect Groupon for my vehicle (I have a Jetta) oops so he told me he would honor that one and had me pull up Groupon to see what the cost would be if I had purchased the correct one. He just charged me the difference for the one I had purchased and the cost of the one I should've purchased. I know for next time. It's a small business with two bays. I think it's just him and one other employee. He's very nice and I like to support small family businesses. I was in and out pretty quick too. He told me my tires pressure was really low. I went back inside to ask about it, and they told me it couldn't have possibly happened while they had the car. My door handle had two decently sized chunks scraped off and paint missing. It looked like it had hit something in the auto bay when the door was opened. Mistakes happen, I get it. It honestly would've been fine if they had just been honest and said they had an accident and helped fix it. It bothered me how quickly I was dismissed, and now I have to pay out of pocket to have this fixed. It makes me wonder what else they tell customers to avoid accountability. I would recommend another shop nearby if it is convenient.
