He and his Chief Mechanic, John, are amazingly knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He has solved every issue within my past 7 cars (all makes and models) and continue to do so with my current car. He'll assess your car's problem, let you know the cost of repair, obtain your confirmation before going through with fixing your car. He'll also order a necessary car part (again with your confirmation) if he doesn't immediately have it. You may wait in their office for oil changes, which take about 15 minutes, and cover regular maintenance. You may also make an appointment for most repairs, which are resolved within a few days. I'll continue to retain his expertise and highly recommend his services for anyone with a car.

So I went this morning and he was on his way out to an appt. He ran outside and asked if I could come back in an hour as he needed to get to this appt. I said sure and left. He was very apologetic but I get it, life happens and we all have things that pop up. I went back around 12:45 and waited a bit as there was another customer in the bay ahead of me. As soon as the other car was complete I was waived into the bay. I showed him the Groupon and I accidentally purchased the incorrect Groupon for my vehicle (I have a Jetta) oops so he told me he would honor that one and had me pull up Groupon to see what the cost would be if I had purchased the correct one. He just charged me the difference for the one I had purchased and the cost of the one I should've purchased. I know for next time. It's a small business with two bays. I think it's just him and one other employee. He's very nice and I like to support small family businesses. I was in and out pretty quick too. He told me my tires pressure was really low. I was looking along my route for place that would be open since it was 5:45 p.m. This place stated they were open until 7:00 p.m. I called ahead of time and said they would be able to look at it. I got in around 6:30 p.m. It was not a sensor issue and my front wheel bearings were bare. They gave me an estimate and I asked if they could finish it tonight. They said they would and immediately called to get a part. They first called one business and told them to deliver it tonight and they would not deliver the part. They called another place right away and got the part delivered. Can't ask for better custom service. They fixed it in about 25 mins and was able to get back on the road and get home.

It looked like it had hit something in the auto bay when the door was opened. Mistakes happen, I get it. It honestly would've been fine if they had just been honest and said they had an accident and helped fix it. It bothered me how quickly I was dismissed, and now I have to pay out of pocket to have this fixed. It makes me wonder what else they tell customers to avoid accountability.
