STAY AWAY!!! CROOKS!!! I use to use Harb's exclusively. They were expensive but did quality work. I trusted them and recommended family and friends to them. I was really disappointed when I took my car in for a repair and they came back with a laundry list of "problems." When I said I wanted to take it for a second opinion they started the old SCARE TACTICS. They told me if I drive away in my car the brakes could go out at any moment...it was very dangerous to drive and they highly recommend I have all the repairs done now or it will get worse and cost even more...and that the motor could fall out of the engine cradle. They wanted me to replace all the brake lines and get another sub-frame (I think that is what it is called) from a junk yard and blah, blah, blah. So basically several thousand dollars in repairs. I took the car to a body shop to get another opinion. They took me under the car and showed me my brake lines and where the engine attaches to body of the car. The brake lines were starting to go but were nowhere near as bad as Harb said. The engine mounts were fine with just a little surface rust. (The body shop owner even offered to buy the car if I was interested in selling it b/c it was in decent shape.) The car was only worth a couple thousand anyways. NEVER AGAIN would I trust Harb's to even put air in my tires. read more

My family has been going to the Harb's in Parma my entire life and when we moved to Brunswick Hills and we needed to have our car serviced it was a no brainer of where to go. We take both of our cars there for routine maintenance and for any repairs. They do excellent work at very fair prices and won't beat you up on price like the "big guy" competitors. Mike is usually waiting there behind the counter to welcome you with a smile. He greets my wife or I by name every time and provides excellent customer service. You don't feel like a number or a dollar sign like you might at other places. It really seems like a family oriented atmosphere where they care about their customer. We are so happy knowing our cars are in good hands at Harb's. read more

I have been taking several of my cars to Harb's for many years and they have been fair and helpful in resolving the problems and normal maintenance usually within one day. They have also followed up on the guarantees of their workmanship. Today they fixed a Brake problem and repaired the car at no charge, since it was a part failure from a previous Brake Job. The owner went out of his way to make sure my car was fixed right. After they did some work to my car, and I brought it home, I noticed it was leaking some fluid. I went up there to ask him about it and he responded by personally driving me back to my house to bring the car back up and fix it at no cost. Harb is a great guy who stands by his quality work. Called there Thursday, explained I had a power steering leak to the gentleman 'Mike' that works there, told me to drop it off and they'd take a look on Monday. Got a call Monday (today) from the owner, ranting and raving like a moron that the power steering line was leaking from two places and he's not being liable for anything that goes wrong, and to get my car out immediately. I live 30 miles away, he don't care! I said it's a power steering line, maybe even a pump too, that is ridiculous, how can't you fix this and charge me what it costs! This idiot continued to rant and rave making no sense whatsoever, yelling to get my car out of his empty parking lot so his customers could park. What!? What customers, where? If you have any choice, stay as far away from this place as you can. Completely worthless, unreasonable owner and incompetent crew! This was a first for me in my 50 years on this planet. I will never consider calling them for anything again. Stay Away! read more
