    I used to go to Conrad's for car service. I now go to Harbes. Great service, great communication and pricing is good. Joe was great.

    Found the problem quickly and repaired at a decent price. Very happy and will be back again ( for sure with this old car)

    I called Mr. Tire to get a quote on a set of 4 Goodyear WeatherReady 2 tires. I got a quote of $907…read moreout the door after $100 Mr. Tire instant rebate. I elected to purchase the tires from Mr. Tire over other places due to this $100 instant rebate. I dropped my van off one the night before the scheduled. I asked the price to verify the quote. I was told $100 more than my original quote. I had Mr. Tire do the work since the price was comparable to other tire places. During the courtesy inspection, I was told that I needed a new cabin filter, wipers, and alignment. I declined to getting the cabin filter, and wipers but elected to do the alignment. Upon picking up my Honda Odyssey on a Friday evening, I noticed that I was charged $26.99 for a cabin air filter. I figured since they charged me, I won't go back in and complain since its done. However, I decided to check the cabin filter myself and it was not replaced. I went back to Mr. Tire on Saturday for a refund. I took my cabin filter inside to show that it was not replaced. The customer service agent didn't know what to do. He went to another room and talked with someone. He came back and informed me that they could not give me a refund as it was a day after the purchase. I had to call the corporate office to get a refund. I do not understand how you can't give a refund when you offer price protection; if you find a lower price in 30 days on many items, Mr. Tire will refund you the difference. Mr. Tire offered me a free oil change. I accepted the oil change, though I was still paying $26.99 for it since I was not getting refunded. Noted in the picture is the mileage sticker. 101,840 at time of service. Look at my mileage from a day after the tires were completed. 101,182. Off by over 700 miles. I would not recommend Mr. Tire for tires or vehicle maintenance.

I originally asked about a warranty and was told not to worry, it would be taken care of. Delivery of the vehicle took almost 2wks. Believe only reason I got it when I did was due to refusing the delivery if it was any later than that date. Was asked before even getting the car to call the finance company and advise them everything was good since they had been calling the dealership to verify. Once I got the car, it seemed pretty nice. Liked the ride, how it handled and it actually saved me on my payment. On the 57th day, the motor seized. I had a Hyundai dealership do the estimate and they found the motor was seized and quoted me $13,200 to fix it. I called Michael to find out about the warranty. Never got an answer to a warranty but according to the finance company, there wasn't one purchased. Michael said they would try to get it fixed and that possibly they could get me a loaner to help mitigate the problem. This was Sept of 2024 and I still have not heard anything from him. This is after several calls, email, texts and messages from other people. So i would say I am being actively ignored. Hyundai attempted to step in and provide help, but they eventually refused. So here I am almost a year later and still paying for a vehicle I cant use at all, and haven't been able to use since Aug of 2024. I feel like I was targeted due to the fact I had already filed bankruptcy(how they got my info in 1st place)and they saw a way to get rid of a problem with a guaranteed payment since i couldn't file on it. Looking at VIN search, this company had my car from new, so they are the reason that Hyundai is refusing to help me. After reading the other reviews, I am going to make sure that they didn't cancel my GAP insurance. Feeling like legal assistance is only course of action I have now.

Within months of having the truck, rust started coming through on the fenders. The dealership had put a bandaid on it to hide the rust, and it was too late to do anything about it. Piss poor job in my eyes. Don't trust them.
