They never fix the original problem and accused me of fabricating a new problem when they never fix the original problem.

I originally asked about a warranty and was told not to worry, it would be taken care of. Delivery of the vehicle took almost 2wks. Believe only reason I got it when I did was due to refusing the delivery if it was any later than that date. Was asked before even getting the car to call the finance company and advise them everything was good since they had been calling the dealership to verify. Once I got the car, it seemed pretty nice. Liked the ride, how it handled and it actually saved me on my payment. On the 57th day, the motor seized. I had a Hyundai dealership do the estimate and they found the motor was seized and quoted me $13,200 to fix it. I called Michael to find out about the warranty. Never got an answer to a warranty but according to the finance company, there wasn't one purchased. Michael said they would try to get it fixed and that possibly they could get me a loaner to help mitigate the problem. This was Sept of 2024 and I still have not heard anything from him. This is after several calls, email, texts and messages from other people. So i would say I am being actively ignored. Hyundai attempted to step in and provide help, but they eventually refused. So here I am almost a year later and still paying for a vehicle I cant use at all, and haven't been able to use since Aug of 2024. I feel like I was targeted due to the fact I had already filed bankruptcy(how they got my info in 1st place)and they saw a way to get rid of a problem with a guaranteed payment since i couldn't file on it. Looking at VIN search, this company had my car from new, so they are the reason that Hyundai is refusing to help me.
