Westown Tire Bros had excellent service and the kindest people helping. I came in for a routine alignment. A mechanic noticed that I needed a new tire and struts, but wasn't pushy about selling me an additional service. I appreciated that so much! While they do take reservations/scheduled appointments, they serve all customers on a first come, first served basis. I had to wait for the team to finish serving a walk-in just before my appointment. I'd absolutely return to Westown Tire Bros, but I'd plan to be there as soon as they open instead of scheduling a midday appointment. read more

Westown Tire Bros (3620 Pearl Rd), quality has gone completely downhill, I went in for 4 new tires and back brake pads and new rotors. I supplied the parts for the job. Any rebuttals from this company shows how horrible customer service is, and they will not accept any responsibility for their mistakes they occur from doing business from them. They should have said how may I fix the problems!!! Thats is a start to a positive rapport with business to customer situation when an issue occurs. Whoever has overcite to respond with negative experiences with Westown Tire bros needs to be educated better with handling issues with customers. So let's get into the issues I had with this company; I made an appointment for 8am Monday June 9th 2025, It was already rocky because the employees didn't start showing up until after 8.15am, I then found out my tires were not shipped to the place but they would do my brakes in the meantime that didn't start until after 8.30am, I then was asked how to put my vehicle in Maintenace mode!? They finished up the brakes on both sides around 30mins, not bad time frame but wait till the end that time will play into the billing hours spent to install them, I also supplied the parts brand new brakes pads and rotors, I then was told the tires were still not in and running late. I waited for over an hour to be told the tires were the wrong ones and had to go back to the warehouse to get the right ones, here is the ironic part the employee didn't ask me the right questions and then the manager scolded me like it was my fault for the improper tires sizes and why didn't they get the tires this fast to where my vehicle was in the morning??? Everything was finished after 11am finally. After looking at the bill I told them they charged me too much on the bill and I timed them doing the job, it didn't take that long with replacing my brakes and rotors. Here is the icing on the cake, it was raining all morning, and I didn't notice until the sun came out that I witnessed a scratch on the back right area where the tire would be lifted and brought back down. I am going to be filing a case against Westown Tire Bros next week unless they refund 100% my invoice they charged me. read more

DO NOT GO!!!! Tire Bros or Western tires at 3620 pearl road do not go to. I went there and purchased four brand new rims and tires and I went home they did not balance my tires so I had to go back for a second time. Then I got an alignment from them and my truck worn down two front tires equally and they were brand new at the beginning letting me know that the alignment is incorrect. This is after the second time I took it in to get it aligned because the first time was not correct. The owner refuses to responsibility for his employees and the work that they do. I now have to take my vehicle because since I had a bad alignment it now has bad bushings and control arms from vibrating. See the pictures that I have attached this is 3-month-old tires. Woke up to a completely flat, un-drivable tire... sadness ensued. So, I unpacked my shiny new spare for the first time, popped it on, and drove my droopy tire straight to Westown Tire. They greeted me with smiles, immediately took my tire and started patching it, and told me it would be $15 and done in less than 30 minutes. $15!! They have no AC in their waiting area, but that is not nearly enough to take away from their 5-star service. They even repacked my spare, with all the equipment and styrofoam packing, perfectly back into my trunk. I was on my way home in less than 20 minutes. TL;DR: Cheap, fast, excellent service read more

I love this spot! The guys at Westown are friendly, fast, & competent, & I never feel as though they're trying to screw me over, upsell me, or take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. For example, I had a blown tire replaced here, & they replaced it with a high-quality, slightly used tire that matched the wear & tear on my other tires - so I didn't have to get a full set replaced. Whew! They have do oil changes, & they'll fill your tires with air for free, without you ever leaving the car. Nice guys, professional & knowledgeable. OK- so, maybe I haven't had my car fixed here *yet*, but I live with my bf and often struggle through his car issues with him (as he does mine.) His Jeep had just been fixed and, of course, something started scraping horribly... like, makes-your-teeth-hurt scraping. Yikes. We he first heard it, he was closest to NTB, so he went inside for a quote. They told him that caliper on the left side was broken, and basically he's been driving with his brakes squeezed onto his wheel. Quote? $700. Why? They were telling him that they had to replace his brakes in pairs. Westown lifted his Jeep up, saw that his right side was in perfect condition and actually offered to fix what *only* needed it. Wow, seriously? Honesty in the car repair world? All and all, this fiasco will only cost my beau under $250, including an oil change. Now that's a deal. Place looks dumpy from the outside but for tire repair it can't be beat. I came here to get my tire plugged and they did it within 20 minutes and were courteous and nice about it. Their brake job & wheel bearings needed to be completely redone by another shop. Their cheap brake pads tore up my rotors. Mechanic forgot to screw in a bolt on my brakes, creating a dangerous situation for myself + my kids in the car. The wheel bearing they installed broke after 1 month. I'm now paying triple the cost having everything they did completely redone at another location, plus more in repairs from the damage done by their poor job. read more

RUBEN AND HIS STAFF ARE AWESOME. I got into my car last Saturday morning as the temperature began to drop and my low tire sensor light came on, I thought oh god, I must have a flat tire and I am not prepared for this to happen again. I got out of the car, checked my tires, none looked flat but one looked a little unhealthy. DISCLAIMER: I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS EXCEPT HOW TO DRIVE THEM. I turned to Yelp to find the nearest, open, well-rated mechanic/tire shop. I found a couple places closer than this one but I couldn't turn away the reviews on this place. I called just to be sure that they were open, and they were. I explained my situatuon to Ruben and he told me to just come on in, and so I did. I made the two mile drive to the shop, waited about 20 minutes before my car was looked at. They were busy working on a few other cars but I was greeted and felt welcome. Ruben reminded me of my own father in a way, and you can tell he was a kind-hearted guy after exchanging just a few words. It was finally my turn, and the tire I suspected of going flat, was not going flat but just needed air, in fact, all of my tires were unsafely low and needed air. After being there for about 45 minutes total, I walked out with no flat tire-- thank god. They did this free of charge and were just so kind throughout the entire experience. I hope I don't have any other problems so I don't have to come back but if I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else but here and suggest if you're having car problems to come here to an honest person. Seriously - I never thought I would take the time to review a tire & auto place.. but the service I received as Westown from Ruben (the owner) and his staff was remarkable. I had an unfortunate post Halloween party incident that resulted in needing 2 of my tires replaced. I was tired of getting the run around from chains, and feeling like I was getting taken advantage of. After reading the other reviewers remarks - I decided to check out this local shop in my neighborhood. Unfortunately - I had a pretty long wait (over an hour) but there were many people ahead of me as a lot of tires had been trashed in pot holes. I ended up getting two installed used tires for $40 out the door. Ruben was really delightful. They didn't try to "up-sell" me, and they were actually straightening out rims with hammers instead of advising people to automatically replace them. Imagine that - a repair shop that actually REPAIRS cars and parts. Love this place, I definitely will go back and definitely will tell me friends. I don't know how it took me so long to write this review. I picked Westown cause it was close to home and had stellar reviews. I mean, come on- when do tire and auto repair places have stellar reviews? The guys at Westown Tire were great. They hooked me up with some new tires quickly, easily, and for a great price. I had a few questions about an issue totally non-tire related that I had spent ages looking up on google and Ruben's quick-fix suggestion for me to try was spot on and resolved the issue. As a young single female I tend to deal with a lot of people that think I'm mechanically incompetent when it comes to all things automotive (ironically I'm a mechanical engineer) and I did not have to deal with any of that nonsense here which was immensely refreshing. I was amazed how many people they got in and out while I waited for my tires to be changed (which wasn't long- I was getting all 4 vs some people only getting one). People driving by the shop would honk and wave- Ruben has quite the fan following. What's more to love is that there are turtles and 50 cent sodas inside! This is one of those good, honest local businesses that you think doesn't exist anymore. As long as I'm in Cleveland I'll be a loyal patron of Westown. read more

I have a VW EOS and needed to replace the headlights. The VW dealership quote was around 55$. Obviously I thought this was way too expensive and I searched for a different garage in the area. At this place, the price was around half of what the VW dealer requested. I still thought it was expensive but just wanted to get it over with. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They seemed honest and didn't try to sell me the usual crap the dealership tries (we found bla bla and highly recommend u fix it or else you car will blow up bla bla). To the contrary, these guys suggested I keep an eye on certain components and they wrote down the part numbers if I wanted to search/buy them online etc. I would definitely go there again - hopefully I won't need to:) read more
