My husband got his suv towed there the other day for a no start/charging issues, and explained to…read morethem the symptoms of said issues and what he had already had replaced (the starter and both batteries). After they looked at the car for two hours, the mechanic told us that he "thinks" the issue is the starter. Yet it was just replaced. They wanted to charge us almost $1700 to fix the "possible" issue with the car. We both stopped up in the shop and spoke to the front counter gentleman who was very nice and understanding, yet he needed to get the mechanics to speak with us about the car. When the "mechanic" walked into the room he had a presence about him that was like he was Mr know it all. When he was talking to us he was rude and inconsiderate and never letting us get a word in. Mind you, my husband is a car guy and a gearhead, and while he's not an ASE master tech, he knows quite a bit. When he asked a specific question, the "mechanic" just blew him off like he would have with someone who didn't know what they were talking about. Then when we took a second to just think about our options he walked away. I don't now about anyone else who works in the shop and how they are but this guy was a total tool. We will never take any of our vehicles to this location ever again. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the guys at the front counter were very nice and understanding of our situation, and even waived the diagnostic fee.

They did a complete check on my car, and the brake system and called me to let me know that the brakes were clean and in good condition. It is easy to get appointment generally between couple days to a week. Once you are a loyal customer; if you have any emergency they are willing to work with your schedule. They are close on Mondays! Oil change manger was nice, older gentleman missing a tooth was doing my oil change. He drops the dip stick in the hood, instead of trying to find or telling someone he went to work on the next car. Once the younger gentleman came to my car he asked where was my dip stick then he says it fell inside. So he goes under the car start unscrewing the plastic under the body. He couldn't get it, now he's unscrewing the plastic from under the hood. He's under the hood moving and pulling trying to get the dip stick. All on a nut shell my car making a noise now that it wasn't before and I left messages with no call back. Today is Wednesday, I call and talk to a guy by the name of John, very rude guy I can't and I won't drop my car off there because I work 12 hr shifts mon-fri. He said it nothing they can do unless I drop it off and if it was even caused by them‍‍‍ Yes it's definitely something y'all can do pay for my diagnostic test and we can take it from there. Beware use caution with this place The oil change manager was cool but John was very rude and nonchalant.
