I've been looking, and looking, and looking for a respectable, reliable, and cost-effective shop for my German cars since I moved to Cleveland 7 years ago and FINALLY found one! I've had cars in other shops where I've been charged nearly $1K to diagnose problems they found no solutions for. It's been a journey to say the least. Finding Cary and German Auto Pros has been a god-send. They're down to earth, great to deal with, and most importantly, honest. I've had them do timing on my Phaeton, suspension on my S4, and countless other things. They've never let me down. Susie rocks and is a blast to text with. She always keeps me informed on the progress of my cars and is super friendly. Go here, you won't be disappointed.

His wife Suzie has to be the most pleasant person you could ever work with and Cary is straight shooter.

The auto shop has loaner cars which you think oh great what a great perk, however when I got in the loaner, the tire light was on so I went back in & told them the light is on and since it was the beginning of the colder weather it probably needed air in it and it would be fine. Chuck's response was oh don't worry about it, the sensor lights don't work in the car. First thought why is a loaner car from an auto service place not have their vehicles in top shape for customers. They asked me what I wanted to do and I insisted they take the car put air in the tires and I would take the car. Once completed I took the car, I got in, took a picture of the dashboard and NO big surprise the light went out as I drove not even 1/2 mile down the road. When I got back to pick my car up in the afternoon I handed over the key to their loaner and let them know the vehicle sensor lights work so they should use a different excuse. One of the techs was in the front and he told me if the light comes back on just bring your car back and I'll turn it back off since you're getting ready to sell it. I took it back one last time for them to ask to look at the vehicle and was told by Chuck we'll turn the light off when you pay to fix the problem. No dealership will take it with the engine light on. Well again, good thing I didn't listen to them, I traded my car in that day for a new car and got a very good trade in price for it. So never have to go back to Annie's and I'll make sure anyone I know doesn't go there either.
